Great video. I always travel premium with Thomson/TUI. Flying to Cancun in three weeks and yes will be turning left again for the forth time. Highly recommend it for a bit of a treat, your on holiday so spoil yourself....... your worth it.
On a side note, everyone watching this please put some headphones on and crank up the volume for this beast starting up during push back. The bass is amazing.
Plane Tales Also when your coming home, you arrive for check in at the same time as a dozen other coaches all seemingly going on your flight, great look at that long line of people....... but wait we are the smug gits in premium and we have our own check in desk. Yes it’s costs extra but the satisfaction when you just walk past all those people in the line is priceless. And priority boarding! Dial the smug level up to maximum.
@@jamied8076 experienced that last year to Orlando. That is probably the best bit of the whole package not having to wait!
TheHesK9 I flew to Mexico again in September from Birmingham, this time my experience was less than premium. Check in at the airport took longer than standard as there was no one manning the premium desk, flight crew were not friendly and never spoke. Then due to a medical emergency in the seat directly in front of us we diverted to Bermuda, not the crews fault as they handled it extremely well as the guy nearly died however after it they never asked if we were ok, was very traumatic to watch. I tried to complain to TUI about the holiday as we had issues at the hotel, took three months for them to reply and that’s only because I got ATOL involved. Will never fly TUI again because of their customer service.
@@jamied8076 I have heard that the customer service is awful. We had an issue with train tickets to Gatwick which we bought through their website but just didn't bother complaining because we knew we wouldn't get anywhere
TheHesK9 sorry to hear that mate, but you were right, been on hold for an hour before to them and when you finally get through there is no apologies for the wait and 90% of the time its not a UK based call centre so you have a language barrier. TUI also tried to charge me extra for a standard room, Grand Sirenis has standard junior suites and new refurbished ones so booked for a new room, £250 extra, however closer to departure I learned all rooms were refurbished so I called them, they came out with some BS excuse and refused to refund me, so I waited for an online sale and booked a much more expensive hotel at the same price. Two can play the game TUI 👍

Was interesting to see the meal option. I saw that someone else had commented on food not being as good on the return (it’s not usually!) but this looks pretty good!
Thank you for the review on the return flight, first one I have seen, we have heard that that the food isn't as good on the return flight, we have flown twice in Economy and this time we decided to fly premium to Costa Rica in October, hope we have a good a flight as you 😁
What was it like having the toilets in front of row 1? Any issues?

I have booked to go punta Cana on the 17th April next year for 10 days I’m flying from Manchester airport with tui on the Dreamliner but I have booked premium club tho which I’m looking forward to be honest with you, my first time me flying to the Dominican Republic with tui very excited it gives me a idea what it’s like on board. really amazing video love it’s so amazing
I’ve just flew back from Jamaica on the 787 economy and I couldn’t fault it! Food was good we were given unlimited drinks and also free blankets and pillows

Any idea what the Seat Width was in Premium? Looks very similar to normal economy seats from what I could see in your video.

Is the food any different to regular economy?
Plane Tales thanks for the quick response. I was curious because I flew from Gatwick to Orlando in economy a couple years ago and I had a chicken dinner on the plane, it was rather bland and would have preferred something different. Next year I’m flying to punta cana from Gatwick in the premium club seats so this was very helpful.
I'm looking at booking Gatwick to punt cana with Tui. Just says with Tui airways - how do i know for sure it will be the new dreamliner? I like the comment about sitting at the front, but when you recline your chair, does this annoy the person behind? Or say I sat at the back row so no one behind me, but then you have someone reclining into me, which I get...yes they have like we will, paid a premium for the seat, but surely the bags of leg and knee room you are paying a premium for will be taken up when the passenger in front fully reclines??? I assume if you are not at the front, then the TV screen will be attached to the headrest of the passenger in front of me, so when they recline, does that not affect your viewing? Sorry for all the questions - I've only flown short haul european holidays upto now!

Emritates business class, now that’s the one. A bar and seating and bartender serving cocktails 🍸. However I’ve booked tui premium to Cancun in December 😎

Is it worth paying the extra for premium would you say? Disapointing presentation of the food, just looks like it's been plonked on your table like in economy.

Waste of money on premium, not worth the money! This sound like very cheap and rubbish food.
Ive seen they give you priority check in and fast track sercurity.
Is this just at the standard check in point and where do you go for fast track security
