    I went from Birmingham to Jamaica it’s a 9 hour flight and it had so much leg room with a 3 course meal and on the way back they dimmed all the lights to make it easier to to fall asleep

    Hi was your lounge pass included with premium? If yes, do you get some kind of paperwork to show lounge, thanks

      Hi Pauline...yes lounge access is included when you go premium & for us that was access to the No1 lounge at Birmingham. They will give you details so you can access when you check in

    Brilliant video. Are all drinks included throughout the flight? Or if you want cans of pop, do you pay for these? Thanks

      AS Travels I know in economy you get drinks included at meal times, but any others you purchase yourself. Thanks

      On TUI Long Haul flights all drinks apart from champagne are free in all classes.

      @@petermelia3384 Which probably shouldn't be the case considering the cost of upgrade...but fair enough.

    • @alexsmith5031
      @alexsmith5031  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The entertainment screen use’s a standard 3.5mm headphone jack! There is also a USB-A port! Sadly no bluetooth connectivity for your own wireless headphones or earbuds

    To be honest, I prefer the Thomas Cook Airlines Long haul as the IFE is way wider and crew are friendlier. Also, we have more recline and more movie choices! But on TUI I think that it is a let down as all the cabins are worn down, I would rather fly their economy than Premium.

      I've flown both Thomas Cook economy and Tui Premium and there's no comparison between any standard economy seat and Tui premium. May be just personal preference but, it's not just the seat, it's the priority check in, fast track security, private airport lounges, priority boarding, priority disembarking, wider seat, more legroom, more attentive service (more crew per passenger heads), more freebies on board, food is better, complimentary drink waiting for you when you board, foot rest for added comfort.....can't be compared to sitting in an everyday economy seat. Although, I do miss flying with Thomas Cook generally.
