I got my licence only half a year ago and I have almost a third of the entire country memorized. Hard to overblow how tiny Slovenia really is.

I think the thing I really love about the G&G roadtrips is that I regularly find myself rewatching them the I can't find anything else to watch. between the content, the editing, and my love of unreliable cars, these just feel like when the perfect show came on cable as a kid.

@@thierryreindorf8864 If you are under 6 foot you should be able to make a Miata work for you, above 6ft your mileage may vary. I'm about 5' 11" and 270 and I fit comfortably in a na. The only things I had to do was I have a aftermarket steering wheel and quick release to push the steering wheel forward and off my legs. After that, taking foam out of the seat does help, but it's not 100% necessary.

It depends which Miata. NA-NB can only go so fast and the optional cruise control. ND I've reached triple digits on long stretches but a bit stiffer ride.
@@jg5001 My dad has a 90 NA, and the gearing is short enough that its turning 3000 RPM to do an indicated 60 MPH. Even though it has cruise control, it has a nice sporty sounding exhaust (that drones at highway speeds) and the wind noise from the soft top is enough to get on your nerves after a while. Plus the lack of head room. So, even with cruise control it's really not a great road trip car. My '91 Civic hatch is a much better car for long drives in comparison. It too needs some additional sound deadening to be what you might call "refined", but a set of ear buds cut down the background noise enough that you can ignore it.

I miss my 1998 DX Hatch. Also didn't have AC, but too busy doing real driving to care. I put 300,000km on it and never got rear ended or rear ended anyone while constantly redlining it. Key to the safe driving is NO sway bar. However, Had strut bar all around, including rear upper. Pro-Kit springs with Tokico Shocks. Without the swaybars, it allows the progressive springs and double wishbone suspension to do it's magic (this car needs to lean into turns). The car is a monster at finding grip in the most chaotic situation. Might lose a few second off the track time (bit of under-steer without rear sways), but on the street, this setup cannot be beaten by any car in existence.

Honda person here all day long, for me longevity with little repairs is key. I've had 2 civics, 2 Odysseys and 2 Honda pilots, all hit well over 200,000 miles with no problems 👍. I've wanted a civic hatchback since I was a teenager but never got one when I was single then got married and had children so it was out of the question but now my children are older so 🤔😉

My first new car purchased was a red, 1989 Honda Civic hatchback, manual transmission, no A/C, no stock radio. $6,600.00. First Miata was a red, 1992, manual transmission, with matching stock hardtop. Both excellent vehicles. Reliable, easy to work on, & will last forever.

What I learned when I finally got a convertible was that the temp range to truly enjoy the top down is more between 60 and 76 and not a "hot day" like one would think.

You guys should go to Europe and drive there. I would recommend to drive in Norway from bottom to the top. There you will find some amazing roads.
I watched this when it first released, and then for a family vacation we went to Key West and I forgot about this video. Seeing them go to some of the same places I went is awesome.

@@wheeloftrash4113 EX is the trim level, the technical name for the 6th generation civic in North America is EH2, but people tend to call it the EK because that's what it is in Japan.

@@QuintonTV actually I made a mistake, EJ is the designation in NA for the 6th gen, 5th gen is EH.
@@justryan5697 I know homie, I had a 98 hatch, literally said EJ6 in the VIN. I usually just call it EK so most will understand.
