Bina soda aur fruit salt k ye dishes nhi bn sakti kya😌, uska bhi samadhan kijiye chef Ajay ji. Mujhe humesha ye chinta rahti h ki hafte me kitne din ye soda, eno wale instant nashte ko hm kha sakte h. Hm logo ne sugar ko jaggery powder me convert kiya to fermentation ko eno,soda me😢. Plz aisi steamed nd instant dishes bhi bnaye jinme inka koi prayog n ho🙏
