Sir 1 suggestion is always whenever you are preparing Tadka after putting haldi immediately put lid and then after putting anything 1st add little and again immediately put lid for 30 seconds makes the food more delicious. Try this to put lid on Tadka increase the flavor in food. Else your recipes are mouthwatering. Try my trick.

Chef Ajay....I have a question. When I make oats idli, using the same recipe, it always comes out sticky and soggy even after I cook it for 15-20mins. I wonder what do I need to do to avoid it from becoming sticky? Please advise.

Don't grind your oats to a powder
Use half oats half suji chefs Idli looks like that too
Mix some rice powder
Mix sooji also with oats
