gallbadder removed years ago now i feel like heavy digestion foods sitting in my stomach and feel like food is stuck in my throat what do u recommend i take please
I have an issue that I produce too much bile, but if I take bile salts, it messes with the fact I have low acid in my stomach. What should I do? I would love a good answer. I totally regret having my gallbladder removed.
Begin with a digestive enzyme that also has ox bile in it and HCl...this will help support bile excess and low acid. Begin with 1cap with each meal. You may need more with each meal if symptoms do not change.
@OswaldDigestiveClinic Im just now seeing this. Could you lead me in the right direction towards brands I should try? It's been a nightmare trying to figure this all out. I didn't even need my gallbladder removed. I had sludge that I could've fixed through dieting. I actually needed a serious hernia repair done. As crazy as it sounds, my insurance wouldn't allow it, but they allowed the Dr to do the hernia repair with the excuse for operating on me being the gallbladder removal. I had a hernia that was pressing against my lung. I had no choice but to give in to their crooked ways. I couldn't breathe. I was literally dying. I know my gallbladder didn't need to be removed, and I am still looking for help to fix this mess. I'm sure I have a fatty liver due to this issue. I don't even eat badly, but I stay bloated and can't lose weight. I eat healthy fats, oats with greek yorgurt and fruits. I dont even eat much throughout the day. I used to fast a lot, but if I do that now, the bile builds up after hours, causing diarrhea when I do eat. It's all around a terrible situation. I'm just looking for guidance. Please and thank you!
I had my fb removed 6 months ago because it had many stones and the attacks were terrible. I have zero side effects. Everything seems normal like nothing happened. But I am curious how would you know if your body is producing more bile. What are the symptoms.
@@OswaldDigestiveClinicHi doctor, just curious 1. how these supplements wud absorb if without a gall the natural forms can't be absorbed by the body sufficiently? 2. Ox bile supplementation mean bile going into stomach. Won't the bile itself break down in d stomach and be rendered ineffective?Already experiencing defeciencies after removal shortly.
@@OswaldDigestiveClinic I read that you should take it an hour or so after a meal so it doesn’t mix in with the betaine HCL stomach acid and defeat its purpose-please advise as I am totally confused

So you should take vitamin D and magnesium supplements to get adequate amounts without the gallbladder?
You may need to supplement with Vitamin D and magnesium. You can have your blood serum level checked to see if your values are low or optimal.
