    Guys, the music sucks so we can't hear what he is saying. Solution, mute the video and turn on the subtitles. It actually helps.

    Great video… play music only when your not talking. Or no music at all for this DIY. Thanks again!

    They're Torx T15 screws
    At 1:46 you put the pin in from outside on the right while the spring and clip are already in place; this is a good way to break the console lid. It's way better to assemble the clip with the pin and spring before putting it in; just slide the pin left/right as necessary to to get both ends of the clip in.

    Thank you!!! I got my armrest finally fixed!!! I have a Honda 2011 and I had to place the bar first and then load the clip and spring together because the bar couldn’t load from the right side like your demonstrating its as if I had to bend the bar to get it inside so I placed the bar on the right side like you said and then loaded the spring with the clip and waaa la! It loaded! I’m so excited thank you for your awesome teaching skills!

    Hey great vid! I have a similar problem. In my case the latch is not broken but the part on the arm rest that holds the latc (the one that you slide the spring in to) I cannot find a replacement for it anywhere on the Internet. Any advice?

    • @ashleyc3907
      @ashleyc3907 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Did u ever find the solution having the same problem rn

    • @mikrobinamtv1
      @mikrobinamtv1 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ashleyc3907 I completely dismantled the arm rest. Drilled a little hole in the plastic and ran a wire trough it to hold the spring for the latch. I fixed that but I managed to break the sliding mechanism of the armrest, so be careful.
