The cloze overlapping part doesn't work for me, I subscribed to glutamate only to find I had to downgrade anki to an older version to make cloze overlapper work, I did anyway, but now it still doesn't work like yours, it just makes every line a close and starts with {{c not {{oc / can you elaborate more on that, I don't know what im missing
I figured it out, it needs to be [[oc1::text]] not {{c1:text}} , although i dont know how to get the first one with a shortcut. also, there is a free cloze overlapper on the anki add-on page that supports the last version, i wasted a fiver for no reason. Could you please tell me what's your shortcut? thanks
nvm figured it out, it was because I had the god mode add-on, so it was ctrl E, im going to leave this for anyone who might be having the same issue, thanks for your work mate.
Can tell me. How graduate card interval calculate, If I pressed good button. learning step are 10 1440 8640 Graduate interval 15 Ease 250% Then first Graduate interval what will? Then 2nd what? Then 3rd what? Here some confusions created by other different sources. Someon told 22(15+7) 59(how don't know) Some told 15 times 2.5 ease times 1modifier Someone told 15+7 Some told 22 . 2.5. 1
Graduate interval will be 15 if that is what you have set it as. No calculation needed. After the initial 15, you multiply by 2.5 to get the next interval which is 38. Then multiply that by 2.5 again and so on.
hey there an IMG here... BTW there is also a deck made out of pass medicine that is found over the Reddit. but having seen both the deck I'm talking about and the flash finals deck..... they are not even remotely close to the Anking based on quality. my question is since I'm planning to sit for PLAB exam, should I just use the Anking deck and edit the management part. is it manageable to do so in 2-3 months? What I don't know is the extent of difference in management and practices of the us and the uk. TIA
Hi! I agree that no deck can realistically compare to the AnKing deck considering the number of people that work on it. I would suggest you use it and edit it. A lot of the stuff will be similar so you shouldn't have to edit much. Not sure if you can do it in 2-3 months (although I have literally no experience with the PLAB so I may be wrong). UK and US are mostly similar. The names of certain medicines and such can vary, but I would say 90% is extremely similar.
@@revisingrubies4724 thank you so much! before the anking came out, i have finished the original zanki, so finishing that deck wont be a problem. my fear is there are a lot of minor details that are found in pass medicine that US based decks haven't touched. since i haven't done pass medicine i wouldn't know the extent of it. but, ideally a deck based off of pass medicine would be the best for my exam. but those decks aren't that ATTRACTIVE. and as you suggested, i am planning to finish pass medicine and edit Anking deck as i go though pass medicine questions. i hope this works but i would love it if you go here www.reddit.com/r/medicalschoolanki/comments/e0jqrr/plab_1_deck_uk_clinical_subjects_deck/ and check out this deck and give me your opinion on it since once i start changing my course is extremely difficult. would it be worth it?? thanks man!!
@@kibrekidusanmequanint4874 Sorry I haven't ever used that `passmedicine deck so I wouldn't be able to comment on it. US decks are somewhat similar to UK so if you just use them you will be fine.

Was looking for a video like this and found it only just published! Thanks Revising Rubies x
Thanks! Hope you enjoyed it! :)
Can you make a video explaining how to use The Anking pre-made deck as an UK student ?
Good idea! I'll see if I can make it happen
Thank you my brother
No problem 🙂
Video on "How to make anki flashcards from Passmedicine?"
(Year 1-3)
Good idea!
Is the flashfinals site still available? I couldn't enter. Also, the current anki link also looks like broken.
Which Is better cloze or basic flashcards for a GCSE student
I would say cloze is better for almost all students

Sorry I wasn't able to reply. Glad you were able to figure out a solution.
Could you let me know what the free version of the add on is? I cannot find it.
