I am 66, my wife and I are raising three foster children, 6, 8 & 9, and I need to live a long, healthy life to see them married and even see my grandkids. This helps. Thank you so much!
Okay James, I'm with you! Im 79 and even though I have had asthma since a baby I do no meds and I don't eat until late afternoon. I do use a lot of herbs, vegetables and fruits. Distilled water, Himalayan salt, raw honey, gee and wild salmon. Occasional pizza, chilli and enchaladas on weekends. I hope to live and teach till I'm 120. I and my son are building a (somewhat compromised) Tiny House off-grid in Texas right now. Hope you'll visit me when I'm finished.
Financial books have been so helpful. >> I’m 54 and my wife 50 we are both retired with over $3 million in net worth and no debts. We got to realize that the secret to financial freedom is making better investments.
I read a book that talked about having a financial adviser. Well, Credits to ROCHELLE DUNGCA-SCHREIBER, she saw me through the process. You can glance her name up on the internet and verify her yourself. she has years of financial market experience..
This is one of the most inspirational interviews i’ve heard with Dr Sinclair! I feel the joy and passion of his mission in this interview ! His information has given me the hope i had lost in the past few years. I’m 57 years old and started seeing aging in my 40s that i’ve gone to many doctors for, and they would all just say “ it’s part of getting older there’s nothing we can do about it” 🤯😓 I am hopeful and feel I have more inspiration to take my physiology, my mind, and purpose to being here to another level than I have in a long time. I had lost hope before. 🥺 I’m so grateful to find Dr. Sinclair’s messages and the pyrenees of his hearts mission is felt when he shares. This is the first time i’ve seen your podcast Mr Mylett, Thank you for the interview!!! Thank you for being a bright light to bring information forward to the rest of us!! God bless you🙏🏻💖✨✨✨ Juhl Valecourt
I think this is one of the reason why Sinclair is aging more slowly lol.. you just cant get around (not)being fulfilled everyday Like you can do everything well he's saying but if you are just staying depressed while implementing everything well on paper, its not gonna work is it?
He was so right! My dad always said he would just like to go to Dignitas and end it all when he got old and doddery. He's 82 now and old and doddery and I see no sign of him wanting to make that trip, just a strong need to find out what condition he has (prob diabetes, which is odd as he's slim and cycled 100 miles a week the last 30 years!) and how to fix it!
Christie Camizzi that’s awesome!! I’m doing mostly the same, minus the cold therapy. Question: which NMN brand are you taking? I have an NMN that I got from Amazon (seems legit but I still question it) and then I also have NR by the brand Elysium.
Ed-I’ve watched David before but this is the first time I’ve watched you. I just wanted to write and say you’re a super cool dude. I appreciate your enthusiasm, your intellectual and emotional honesty, your humility, and sincerity. All the best!
Yeah he is awesome hard to find just great positive enthusiastic human lives out there that's friend with a amazing scientist. Nonetheless were all PRETTY lucky to see these guys Act and live to tell these videos til this day.
I have never heard of Ed Mylett. But obviously he's famous and an accomplished guy. I really enjoyed Ed's genuine personality!! This was one of the best Dr Sinclair interviews. Great questions and topics!! THANKS!
I must say I’m very gladly surprised by the interviewer. Excellent questions, contagious energy as opposed to annoying interruptions and really informed comments. Amazing conversation! Bravo!
EdMylett !!! You’re an inspiration brother. Thanks for that, and for asking. I’d ask him how many people don’t want to take the medical tests once they are told they can know exactly when they’ll die. Would you want to know? The mind is a powerful thing - not sure that’s a thought I’d want to meditate on.
Ed, I would ask him what options do I have for my 2 year old boy with osteogenesis imperfecta, (brittle bone disease) He’s missing the gene entirely that creates collagen. I’m on a mission to make his life the best I can. It sounds like he’s had experience with genes etc. I get changing them via epigenetics, but is it possible to add a gene that is missing? Or have his body produce it in another way?
@@EdMylettShow one question would have been; There are stories in the Bible of people living hundreds of years old. Is there any links from those times to now?
One of the best, if not THE best interviews I've seen, with just exactly the answers I've been searching for for decades. I will be reading the book for sure.
Saw Dr Sinclair on JRE and was blown away, Ed does an excellent job asking almost every question I would have. I started HRT after seeing Dr. Sinclair on JRE and have never felt better, this discussion just reaffirmed my commitment to HRT. great job!
You got to respect a man like david Sinclair blessings us with his knowledge for more or less free of charge he could of happily kept his knowledge to himself but showed real care for humanity great person and unforgettable soul nice interview ed also 👍
Gonna get David Sinclair book, and just so you know... Can't get enough of him. I search the net for him ... He gets so excited about his passion " living longer / healthy... and I love his smile. California calling... Newport Beach
I love this guy and Mr. Mylett. Not to mention him in other interviews, but he's telling the truth about this interview being the best one he's done. Much more professional in terms of the language used, alone. Thank you for keeping it clean and professional as always.
Absolutely loved this! I had heard in my twenties that our cells have a lifespan of 150 years, and I have been taking action everyday since to try and reach that longevity. So great to see a scientist have the same passion and bring it to the world! Thank you both for be-ing super hu ( god) mans. Much love
Wish I knew about this shit in my twenties. I experimented similar to what Sinclair recommends just for the challenge of it but by now I would've tried to invent something biologically. Might have had something created by now to make our lives much more convenient. Lord knows we need all the help.
Hello Ed my name is Antonio and I wacht your video with Professor David St.Clair on his discoverings and research and his knowledge about aging and reversing the human clock and add years of your life spam having no only a good health but what we can do to reverse diseases was really FASCINATING! Thank you so much making this video interview possible to all to see. I am definitely gonna buy Dr. St.Clair book and I'll be watching you for another Fantastic interview like this. Thank you and have a great day brother.
Great interview! I am 77 and always looking for ways to stay healthy and live longer. No smoking, no alcohol, no suger, no meat, now I am taking NMN, TMG, Oleic Acid, Nitric Acid every day. Tomorrow I get my first blood test. I definitely have more blood circulation and energy.
You both two are inspirations! I’m in my 20s and have strong desire to find methods of longevity, reverse aging, anti-aging. And doing a lot of research. This video is profound, thanks for making it!🔥
Any other suggestions to me like podcast books or othe brilliant scientist recommendations? I'm in my 20s too. I'm also very much interested in longevity. Anti aging methods etc.
It's not possible fr all of us here to have resveratrol in wines or pills... so do plz tell us Dr. which plants we can eat.. intake in food that contain it ... * R* 👌 🤗 plz 🙏 💐
I’ve listened to dr Sinclair before but he’s super informative here. I’ve never heard you before but your a great interviewer. Thank you for your honesty, and commitment to others. Bringing up the problems family members might have and the applications for his research. I feel you could have made four other interviews about the subjects you covered. There was just so much. Dr Sinclair seemed so comfortable with you, talking to you like a brother. It made us all feel like family, you cared about of course and just wanted to inspire to be better and correct our mistakes. The most important thing I felt you spoke about was the results of these changes being living a pain free active old age. The misery I see older people go through was what made me draw the line on an undisciplined life. I’m ready to start a new chapter to my life and I want to thank you Ed for the encouragement your offering.
I was both surprised and encouraged to know that my personal longevity program is very similar to Dr. Sinclair's! I am 74 and most days I feel like I am still in my 50's! Keep up the great work, Dr. Sinclair, and thanks Ed, for having him on your show!
This is a transformative interview! So well conducted and delivered! This has to be an inspiration to everyone who hears it: everyone’s purpose in life ought to be to left this world a better place.... in whatever we do, but Dr Sinclair’s work changes humanity and people like you and I. Congratulations! We need more of you both in the world ..... if possible in my neighbourhood in London 😁
This video is almost the pill he speaks about helping millions of people. Just the fact the entry is 120 is the new 80. Makes me feel so happy to be alive
I feel so blessed to have you in my suggestions tablet TH-cam.I am 72 years old and got inspired to be a 72 years young woman, thanks for your research and your presentations presentation.
This is a brilliant interview! @Ed thank you for listening to him answer these questions! Great active listening! I have recovered from ME/CFS by virtually all these things medically. There is also a mental/spiritual aspect that doubled my vibrance and health. Cheers 🎉
I LOVED that he asked him if he was afraid of dying! I don’t think you could’ve asked a more intuitive question to this man who probably appreciated the ingenuity of this interview.
Sign me up for the human trials! The million dollar question, who makes and where can we get NAD and Resveratrol that is actually effective? Thanks for the upload and interview. Dr Sinclair is extremely impressive and I love the fact he genuinely wants to help humanity!
Your enthusiasm is infectious Ed, and of course I’m a huge listener to Dr Sinclair. I’ve been on the same trajectory since my mid fourties, about 3 and a half decades ago. I’m a former pro ski racer from back in the seventies when dual courses where the rage, did the endless winter thing, with winters in Vermont, racing and coaching at a private ski academy helping to cultivate young Olympic quality ski racers. Then summers in Chile racing on the South American circuit and coaching the Chilean national woman’s team in the early 70s, this also happened to coincide with the fall of Allende and the rise of the dictator Pinochet, and I was a front row witness of Allende’s supposed suicide by rockets launched from jet fighters. Yes specific explosive strength with a focus on eccentric to isometric contraction in the right energy system and part of the ROM was paramount to power generation and specificity so I became obsessed with moment arms, force angles and myofibril enhancement systems, to maintain the ability of sliding filaments to cross-bridge and stay stronger for longer at the lengthened state. “ we must admit to the weakest before we can commit to the strongest”.So right away the focus was not on bodybuilding, although it did create some hypertrophy, but only enough to be sport specific, and ski racers are some of the strongest athletes on the planet dealing regularly with multiple G forces while traveling in excess of 70 mph. Then came to the realization that yes the type of exercise was important but nowhere near as important as nutrition, remember this was in the 70s and up, so the whole focus back then was anti- oxidants. Recently I’ve transitioned to a neurological approach with learning to train the brain and nervous system with fantastic results as far as regaining lost ranges of motion. Thanks Dr Eric Cobb and Z health. Also now I’ve learned about the power of intermittent fasting and working out in a fasted state to accommodate a more efficient state of autophagy. Grasping the concept of increasing brain plasticity, I started work as a pedicab operator on the Embarcadero in SanFrancisco about 6 years ago at the age of 67 and what a challenge that has been, you can only imagine. So here we are, I’m feeling great at 73 and getting really excited about what Dr Sinclair is doing, but more important the reason he’s doing it. There are so many scam artists including big pharma that this research in more valued to me, because the purpose isn’t instant capital gratification, although success will surely follow. Ive never heard your podcast before but love your focus and enthusiasm. I will subscribe to your channel. Thanks. Live long love strong, Karel.
I really love this guy, for the scientific revolution he is doing, that will eventually change our lives dramatically. Dr Sinclair, thank you very much!
What a miraculous blessing. You both inspired my heart, which means so much to me. I shared your inspirational message with my 18 year old daughter. How exciting for her generation too!
Ed this is great! I want you to know that I’ve listened to the podcast about “identity” about 10 times now and it is starting to dominate my everyday thinking! So grateful for your content
This interview gets an A++. Ed asked all the best questions at the right times and Dr. Sinclair (AS ALWAYS) provided thorough answers that most anyone can assimilate. Excellent interview, excellent people. Thank you.
I own and have read Dr. Sinclair's LIFESPAN, and you were able to add a layer of clarity and depth in your discussion together that I truly appreciate. Thank you, just an excellent video.
If you don't have acsess to NMN or NR, is it still a good idea to supplement directly with NADH? It says it should be taken on an empty stomack in the morning, and perhaps I can fast as well for a few hours after consuming it.. And then break fast with a little meal, and add reservatrol and quercetin etc. to enhance the effects? Will that still be good? (Using NAD supplement, instead of NMN or NR, is basically what im asking). And if so, how can I best enhance the effects?
Hello Ed! I've followed David's work for a while. Let me tell you that this is the best interview I've ever seen with David Sinclair. Your input is amazing the way you connect a very complex topic with the general public is just UNIQUE. You made me dream high, I got goosebumps a few times and tears too!!!!! Keep up with the great work and please keep up posted.
Reading comments and so far see you have a savvy filling. This intérview is wow. David Sinclair and you are among the best "out of the box" people I have ever come across. G-d bless and keep you on course as long as you dream. Am writing from Bnei Brak, Israeĺ.Brought to this particular facility with unknown illness. Recovering mainly through faith and determination. That appears to open doors and windows. Feel as though I have just begun to live. I want to live long because have so much I want to do and learn, and of course contribute to world. Have already share this interview far and wide. Thankyou.
This is so interesting! I’ve been taking mettformin for years because I was diagnosed with PCOS at 25... I started bodybuilding at 46 now 52 and I am in amazing shape with lots of muscle 💪🏼
Something Professor Sinclair said reminded me of my father. He lived till almost 102 and died from pneumonia after 2 weeks in the hospital. He was a quiet man--always calm, happy, and accepting about everything in his life. I never saw him upset or angry at anyone or about anything!
I've been 70 lbs OW for 20+years. Did Noom recently and counted calories for the first time. Learned a lot. This video moves me to the next level. I now know I'm going to reach my goal. Thank you both. Awesome video.
Was pre diabetic one time.Said this is NOT happening! Went sort of keto style. Cut out all fruit. Within 3 moths was down to 5.8. Currently 5.4. Do eat fruit now. Organic blueberries are my favorite! Get plenty of cardio and some weightlifting. Do Intermintant fasting and definitely agree with the small eating window. Have noticed the smaller the eating window, the better I feel the very next day! Low carb veggies are high on my list. I think most weightlifters do not get enough cardio and are afraid of losing muscle.
Solowolf Hi, just saw this. I am 69. I did cardio blast, body pump, and Zumba at the y today. Thanks for all the positive comments. I make it look good, but I just lost my awesome husband after 39 1/2 yrs of marriage. He asked me just to keep up with my health and artwork which I do with pleasure. He was 83 and had many health issues before I met him. I am sitting down to paint now. I should mention, sleeping is under rated. I try to get 9hrs a night. 7 1/2-8 was good 20 yrs ago. I sleep very well. My resting heart rate was 45 last night.
What an jntelligent Dr. David Sinclaire. I admire his " coolness," simplicity/ humbleness in delivering his knowledge, about this topic he discussed today w the show moderator. The world needs smart people like him. We in the Netherlands, Europe, enjoyed listening to him & all the new stuff he shared. Some are shocking to know hut can be very helpful, esp to those who need that info. We wish him all the best in his future/further researches.
Inspirational and captivating! I’m truly impressed with what I learned today! I see the future and have a desire to learn more of the future! Let’s have more of these and thanks Dr. Sinclair, you are a gem in your field! Carry on this good start to a perfect finish! LadyL
Do not be surprised why this doesn't have over a billion views, most of the world are on the other side of TH-cam. This is basically the best interview I have watched, it made me a Sub.... the questions changed the dynamic a whole lot and you were still able to keep on track, and two great personalities you won't easily find anywhere, no words to describe how good this is.
I watched this interview with the intensity of a Hawk. I found myself laughing loudly by nothing that was funny per se but was rather a reflection of a happiness that such a interesting topic was being discussed with the seriousness that it deserves. If you think about it, this topic covers something that gives almost all of us a hope in a topic that we are almost always innately anxious about-growing older and the suffering involved, if not by ourselves but those we love. Could not have found a better interviewer to quite possibly one of the world's most important people. I have not known Dr. Sinclair long but I have come to almost love this dude. I am definitely applying what I have learned to my patient's lives to help them live much longer.
Saw Ed Mylett on IT and he made me cry talking about his experience in the gym with the obese woman. Def gained alot of respect from me. I'm a fan of David Sinclair and to see that Ed is too and how much he values and researched his guest just ups his already high stock significantly in my eyes. This and the Joe Rogan podcast with David are by far the best ive seen for value extraction from him for different reasons. Really good job.
@@jamescraig9045 thanks James ive looked into Rhonda Patrick and was really impressed. A great guest for Ed (in my opinion) would be either her, Dr Matthew Walker or Dr Jason Fung. I'm sure Ed has a much better idea of how to run this type of channel than me but those guests on the couch with Ed would prob blow my mind.
I've seen multiple interviews and speaking events with David Sinclair and this interview was by far the best. I was already excited about his findings, but this really went up in levels. I will share this interview with others. Honestly, I have never heard of you until now, but now I'm a subscriber. Thanks
Most amazing interview I have ever seen/heard! Iam a healthy but aging 72yo married to my adorable, gorgeous, 37yo Filipina. I was terrified that I could be so selfish to create such unfair future for this extremely healthy sexy young woman! But, she was determined to marry me and promised she would aid me to live to be 120yo as Moses and still enjoying daily sex with her!! I feel younger than when I married her 10 years ago! We are having fun learning to live longer every day! I cannot image even 10 years without her! Happiness is a huge factor! I know that I will live to see her promise to me fulfilled. We are working together on a humanitarian project amongst the poorest Filipino's whom we love and serve daily helping them to bring in incomes, to be healthy, to be happy and to serve one another! This interview was so pertinent and so sensible. Thank you! I am looking forward to many more posts and I will be following both of you!! I will be sharing this with thousands!!
Wonderful interview and one of my favorite topics (I'm buying the Audiobook of Lifespan right now!) . Thank you Ed. You have changed my life. From introducing me to people like Joe Dispenza and Jim Kwik, to the ongoing inspiration from your videos and you're amazing book I finished reading recently. My ultimate vision for myself is to make such a huge impact on the world that you invite me on your show and I can thank you in person. See you soon brother.
I have done this. As I say on my new Podcast, after curing a debilitating autoimmune disease. At nearly 68 I have never been stronger. Can't wait until I get to 70, then100. And re evaluate after that. #whocantpodcast.
Hi Ed i am a first time listener. My Mom is 94 and will be 95 in October. She is on zero meds. She works out every day walking and doing mild aerobics about 2 miles a day in the kitchen with Leslie Sansone videos on TH-cam. I'm trying to get her to start working out with hand weights. She doesn't think it's ladylike but I'm not giving up :). She has been a happy person keeping her weight down all her life with low carb eating but nothing drastic. She is a breast cancer survivor for 20 years. Happiness I would say is a critical component.
Wow. One of the best interviews I’ve seen. Absolute authenticity. Loved the questions about mental health. That has been my primary driver in longevity research and in general health. Thank you so much!
Great interview. I appreciate that you raised the question of hormone replacement therapy. I'd love to hear more on the contrast between long term anti-aging and the more immediate effort to accelerate muscle growth.
I am 60. Before the pandemic I was not exercising much and just trying to eat normal, not much fat or sugar. Maybe looking 10 years younger. I started 4 months ago to exercise daily, only one day rest. I do 30 minutes jogging and than 5 , 4 minutes sand bag boxing quite intensive, with 30 second rest in between, with proper boxing techniques and movements. Started 3 rounds the first month , than 4 the second and 4 the third. I do two sets of 10 pound each weights per day, 8 different ones every other day. I do abdominals also a whole complete set per day starting with the lower ones and going to the side and up. I might look 45 now. Breakfast eggs every three days, fruits every two days and cereals every two days. A good balanced lunch and a light balanced dinner. Never more than 4-6 once of meats or fish. Yoghurts almost every day. Great results. I might look like I am 45. I lost weight and gained muscle. I work at home now, no stress on driving etc. When I miss one day I am hungry to hit the routine early in the morning, same as Mondays. Great talk you showed to us. I just want to share how good it has been for me these days.
Same here, I started exercising 3 months ago I also changed my diet. I can't believe the results! the weight has come off I feel better and I look forward to exercise everyday. Im 62 but I look like I'm in my fourties I've always looked young for my age. The only to thing was belly fat back fat and my arms. Now through exercise and healthy eating I'm back in shape. Love it!
Just downloaded the audio so excited!! I too am so grateful he has spent his life studying this! I was in Metformin, need to get back on it!! I’m 50 and Like Ed have worked out my whole life and very active. Yet have huge amounts of inflammation! I eat keto, fast 16-18 hours a day... need more put of breath!
Metformin takes weeks or months to accumulate in the body before it starts working. It takes weeks to leave the body so how would skipping metformin a day or two per week when you work out have any affect?
I just turned 70 and listening to that interview made me feel hopeful of all the advances in science that can be of help to mankind. Let’s just not forget that we have a God above who made man in his image and likeness thus equipping man to come up with these discoveries. God is the source of all knowledge and man must always acknowledge Him. That is also the answer to being happy on this earth and into the next life FOREVER. Ed, you gave an excellent interview ! You intuitively asked all the questions your audience would like to know. Dr. Sinclaire looked like such a humble man who is mainly interested in contributing something to the world. The world definitely needs more people like him. This is the first time I have listened to both of you and I must say you both gained a fan!!! We’re from the Philippines and many here would be very interested in the topic - It’s a must share! God bless you both and the work you do!
This is by far the best interview I've seen of Dr. Sinclair. I've watched 20+ interviews of him over the last couple years and the questioner has a real stake in getting clear & thorough answers. And that motivates Sinclair to really lay it out and go down multiple pathways. I've learned shit here that isn't even mentioned in his book! This is superb. I'm in Thailand taking over-the-counter 850-mg Metformin, very cheap, and I've been even more encouraged by what he's saying. Wish this interview was 3 hours!
It could never be inconsequential to have lived as a human being, in my opinion. As long as we are part of at least a little bit more good than bad, it should be worth it.
@CARINA I like your outlook. I think we would have such a better experience if we were more involved in our biology than just depending on scientists that are either under assisted, underqualified, or over ambitious to sell snake oil. When we follow these folks we have a better understanding than the lay person on this science. We need to add more value ourselves by providing some intellectual creativity that they may not possess. That is if we want to get more out of this existence other than obeying this natural law and the law of sociopathic man. Tell me what you think.
Inspired by amazing advances and by what Dr. David Sinclair shared . .gave me excited chills. Been practising intermittent fasting and getting to the gym regularly as well as putting into practice cardiologist Dr. Deepak Chopra his book New York Times best seller 1993 ..."your mind will believe what you tell it" ...Told myself I'm 20 years younger! Kickin it @ 74 ..ty for all your extremely valuable shows . Eve Cordova. .agape love friend
Ed just so you know I did watch this particular interview alredy 6 times and i'm going to watch this probably to the end of the year every day twice a day not only that you and I are the same age but we have a lot in common and I absolutely fell in love in this subject ,it kind start making sense everything I've learned alredy about neuroscience , I can believe it is happening ,,thank you sir !
Ed this is so amazing! Do you remember when Dr Joe Dispenza talk about reprogramming our cells, it is exactly the same thing when he said about resetting our cells! Thank you very much, powerful interview. Btw, I do Dr.Joe Dispenza meditation and I see significant changes in my life! Have a wonderful day!
I am a Dr Joe follower too and loved Ed's interview of him. It was such a great honor to go to two advanced retreats this year. The changes in me are continuing. Just today, after a meditation my back pain was gone and I was able to bend backwards really far without pain! Yesterday I couldn't move an inch!!! Thankful for Ed and all the knowledge he brings through his interviews like this one.
Mr. Mylett, You are such a pleasure to watch as you are so well-spoken, well-informed, humble and curious. You are a breath of fresh air. Thank you very much for sharing these interviews with us and for your insightful questions. I live in Europe and so I need to get this kind of information on-line in English. that is genius!
PRICELESS wonderful response ;-)
@michael p Dr Sinclair promises both.... long lifespan plus health to the last breath
K N Hi, diabetes is reversible with change of diet. Look in to it on you tube.
Good luck to your dad.
I love David Sinclair. I’ve watched nearly all his talks and he seems the most comfortable and happy in this interview 🤗

Bravo!
I love Ed - definitely among the top show hosts on the internet. Such an engaging host with really good questions and genuine interest.
Thank you so much for the massive love and support! What's 1 thing you would have asked him if you could?
EdMylett !!! You’re an inspiration brother. Thanks for that, and for asking.
I’d ask him how many people don’t want to take the medical tests once they are told they can know exactly when they’ll die. Would you want to know? The mind is a powerful thing - not sure that’s a thought I’d want to meditate on.
Ed, I would ask him what options do I have for my 2 year old boy with osteogenesis imperfecta, (brittle bone disease)
He’s missing the gene entirely that creates collagen. I’m on a mission to make his life the best I can.
It sounds like he’s had experience with genes etc. I get changing them via epigenetics, but is it possible to add a gene that is missing? Or have his body produce it in another way?
Chelsea , I truly hope your mission is a success! You sound like a great mom. Stay strong and may God bless your endeavor to find a solution. 🙏🏼
Sinclair on JRE and have never felt better, this discussion just reaffirmed my commitment to HRT. great job!
We are indebted to you ,David. You are working non stop to help all of us to live healthier and longer. Thank you.
There are no limits to our lifespan/longevity. Educate ourselfs to improve and live longer. Thank you for this program!
You got to respect a man like david Sinclair blessings us with his knowledge for more or less free of charge he could of happily kept his knowledge to himself but showed real care for humanity great person and unforgettable soul nice interview ed also 👍
This shows gross misunderstanding of the concept of entropy.

Just learned about Mr David Sinclair, he is such a brilliant and humble man. Amazing! ♥️
You can't prevent death and judgment but you can live a healthy life. Focus on the things that are important.

The best Dr Sinclair interview I’ve watched so far 👍🏻 I just admire him and his work ❤️ He is a real blessing to this world. Thank a lot Ed! 👋🏻
This is the best interview David has done. Congrates to Ed..you Rock.
Absolutely these are angels from heaven

4 years late finding this Priceless, Transformative, Inspirational Interview!!! Thanks Ed Mylett!!!
What a great interview! Asking good questions to smart person and let him answer. So simple but so rare these days...
AGREED!
How much is your book on line please?
It's not so much 'live long' that I seek, I want to be healthy and agile as long as I live...be it 60 or a 100.
That mindset will evolve as you approach 60 I'm sure
True this is what I wish.
Pre Rona this was the goal living long n healthy. Post rona the goal is dying quick if you got a fucked body lol.
It may not seem like you don't care if you live to 60 or 100 but you will when you're 59.
Ok buddy say that again when you are 70
This is a transformative interview!

This was absolutely the best interview with Dr Sinclair I've ever heard. That's because of you and your interviewing skills. Thank you so very much.
I LOVED that he asked him if he was afraid of dying! I don’t think you could’ve asked a more intuitive question to this man who probably appreciated the ingenuity of this interview.

Thanks.
Live long love strong,
Karel.

I just discovered Ed from this because I’m passionate about anti-aging. WOW impressive. Loved this! Bought the book. Also subscribed - Ed rocks!

do you look younger than your age?
Something Professor Sinclair said reminded me of my father. He lived till almost 102 and died from pneumonia after 2 weeks in the hospital. He was a quiet man--always calm, happy, and accepting about everything in his life. I never saw him upset or angry at anyone or about anything!
I came to listen for 5 minutes and ended up paying attention for the full hour.
Thank you both.
Sounds like you have you have your head screwed on just right 👌 great work

I agree with Sinclair that this was one of his best interviews yet.
Awesome ❤
Great interview. Creating a life worth extending should be the focus for all of us.
Most amazing interview I have ever seen/heard! Iam a healthy but aging 72yo married to my adorable, gorgeous, 37yo Filipina.
Love it!

What an amazing interview! I was glued to it. Just bought his book and I can’t wait to dive in!
Me too :D
Same.
watched many of the interviews you do but this one had me captivated for the whole hour! Amazing!
Another amazing interview. I can’t wait to listen again. Definitely sharing with my team at work. As usual, thank you, Ed!
Life of being inconsequential is worst than death" Wow! that is heavy!
It could never be inconsequential to have lived as a human being, in my opinion. As long as we are part of at least a little bit more good than bad, it should be worth it.
It's also bullshit.
