2017 Honda Accord Push Start Button Always Blinking When Shutting Off

- Just a quick video describing the cause of the 2017 Honda Accord never powering down when trying to turn off the vehicle. The light would be continuously blinking on the push start button and the center screens would stay on and so would the instrument cluster. No codes present at all.

I’m wondering if the park neutral switch data in tcm was reading park or “ In Gear”
Yes, that's why it displayed correctly in the cluster and operated fine with no trouble codes
So, does the whole shifter assembly need to be replaced? Or is there a quick fix?
yes the assembly should be replaced
scanner has no PRINDL data pid for us to look at?
Your logic was to go after a malfunctioning component as the first suspect?
The logic was to find what affects the "ignition positions" which led me to the shifter
