Thank you 🙏 I’m bad about asking for help so I don’t know what I’d do if I were to become paralyzed or disabled. I’m hoping life just takes me out quick before that happens.😬
Glad you’re back. I skidded on my brompton last December and sustained a fractured shoulder. Being depressed is understandable, I totally sympathize. I miss my bike too! :(
Thank you for sharing your story Brian. Realizing we need to be grateful for our health is something I’ve had to face recently too. Glad you’re back and looking forward to the next video!
Glad you're back and OK. I'm about to be 62 and I got into casual cycling late. So I can relate to the effects that aging has but I still get that euphoria after a bike ride. I like to do 20 to 40 miles on the weekend. I want to cycle every other day but the work I have is mentally exhausting so I use the evenings as downtime and recharge time. I too got depressed the last 2 winters here in central texas because of the weather. Rainy, cold and windy every weekend got me angry and depressed. So I just scheduled a long weekend off, drove my butt and my bikes to Tucson and rode the Loop for 2 days. That was the "therapy" that I needed. I drove back home and started work again. I enjoyed it so much that last November, I drove to Tucson to do it all over again but this time, I made a side trip to Phoenix, rode the bike paths and bought a P line. Moral of the story: when you're down, find a solution. When none can be found, that's when Divine Intervention will happen. Happy trails, Brian !!
As Willie Nelson observed, “When I started counting my blessings, my whole life turned around.” Thanks for sharing this important life lesson on gratitude with us.
Great to have you back Brian!! And for my money one of your best videos. I can relate to the insight you had on seeing that girl. Had the same sort of thing after feeling sorry for myself about my minor disability for years. Saw someone much worse off than myself and realised I'm a fool making my own life miserable, and never looked back.
I just found your channel because I'm considering a BF. I've battled depression at different times in life and I've discovered that Depression and Gratitude cannot co-exist. A daily practice of gratitude has changed my life. I've also learned that "today" is tomorrow's "good ol' days"...Hang in there. You aren't a terrible person...Thank you for being real.
Hi Brian, here in Yorkshire we call that noise your cat makes whilst on heat 'crouching'. I rescued a couple of stay kittens a few years back brother and sister, so had to get them fixed quickly, it calmed them down. My male cat does have the zoomies about once a day tearing around the house growling which is amusing. Just accept slowing down on the bike, I'm in my mid 60's now and I think I'm not prepared to take the same risks I did ten years ago. Then I was pushing my bike through snow drifts at a high trig point on the Pennine Way, just me and one other man on a mountain bike. This year I've not ridden in the snow. You've inspired me to upgrade my folding bike. Since watching your channel I've bought a Brompton and last October a Tern Vektron S10 electric bike. (Living in a hilly area I just wasn't getting out enough). Just before Christmas I had an accident with this bike, didn't even fall off it, but onto it, pushing it down a steep muddy bank coming off the moors. The brake leaver cut into my cheek (just missing my eye) blood everywhere. I had a wonderful black eye for about two weeks! Did ride home though no problems. I'm just happy to still be getting out there, even if it means having some help.(battery power) I come across quite a few men my age on electric mountain bikes in the middle of nowhere but no women. Most of the ladies are younger on road bikes and serious cyclists. Hope to get out this week now the snow is going. Glad you are feeling better, I think we all get depressed at this time of year.
So good that you are back and (mostly) healthy. 3 remarks - I feel you if you say vlogging during a depressed phase is just another weight on your shoulders - I‘d really be interested how your trip went after the break at your brother‘s - If you come to Europe let us know when/where if you’d like to meet your fans over here
Happy New Year It’s a very good day to see you again. I’m 75 years old with a California Dreaming of what a wonderful world to sing to you to remember how many hearts you make happy with your views 😎
Good to see you back online man. I'm 60, have just bought my first folder and it has given me back a cycling buzz that had been flat for a while for the reasons you mention that get you down about ageing. I've enjoyed it so much I've pimped up the cheapie folder a lot and have made some other upgrades on my other bikes that is giving me more pleasure in my cycling again - new seat, cycling computer, a fancy bell, some new tyres here and there. And now I'm riding every day again. Its great. Also you just have to get used to the drawbacks of aging and power through them - I found adjustment depressing too but you do plateau and realise there is life, there is cycling, as an older rider and keeping it going increases your quality of life so much. So keep it going and I look forward to your videos upcoming. PS love your electro beat riding montages.
Thank you, I appreciate the insight. Riding gives me so much joy and helps me feel young, except when I crash😂 I love the electro beat music as well, but so many say they don’t. 🤷♂️. I might mix it up a bit.
I appreciate your honesty, sincerity & candidness about being depressed. Most of us have or will experience those episodes in our lives. I have & I haven't always dealt with very well. I was really glad when Simone Biles, Olympic gymnast, talked about her mental health struggles in the media. As a country, we need to take better care of ourselves & others. I think many of our social ills are caused by lack of physical & mental healthcare, social safety net programs, working too much, etc.
Hey what an uplifting video - it’s so so fantastic to have you and beans back -I worried that something had gone wrong as you had not been around for so long and I dropped a couple of tweets but didn’t hear anything . My advice I’d be depressed if that’s where you go but meditation and focussing on how good your gunna feel when you get back on your Brompton in the sunshine - it’s just round the corner and winter is coming to a close soon - remember you can never be happy unless you experience sadness a loss or pain because only after you’ve been there can you ever know how cool it is to have a brilliant day - that day WILL come!!! I am in my 60s and retired and I’m doing more now than I ever have done. You have so much fun ahead of you and years of happiness- you just have to go create a plan for a perfect Sunday - where to go - what to do - plan it on one sheet of paper over the next week or so - stick it in your wall & keep returning to it and enriching it - the set a goal for a specific date and force yourself to do it . By the way I find antibiotics and some medication messes you up and they heal but do damage - eat lots of fresh veg and pro pre biotic foods - cut out highly processed foods and sugar - lots of filtered water and it may help . Diet is a big factor - start meditation before sleep - one that focussed on clearing your mind and seeing the positives - when you sleep your mind heals - anyhow great to see you back - BROMPTONS ARE FUN !
Good to see you back again, Brian. Sounds like 2022 really smacked you in the face! Fingers crossed that the knee will sort itself out properly soon; I don’t imagine the cold weather is helping. Definitely get Beans spayed - that will help her a lot. Looking forward to the videos for this year - and delighted to hear the magic words ‘European tour’. Here’s to a better 2023!
Thank you, I appreciate it. Yeah I’m falling apart like a poorly maintained folder. 😁. Yes-Euro trip is in the planing phase- we are thinking sometime in the first part of June. As of right now we are planning to hit London- Paris- and Amsterdam. 😁👍
Happy you're okay! You've gone through a lot, and by yourself is especially difficult. We all have ups and downs but being grateful is the right attitude. I'm 60 years old and have a couple hours planned this year.
The bikes been fully repaired, but the issue is one that would only affect a certain demographic of cyclist. 95 percent would probably never have this issue.
Great to see you back. Dear little Beans too. She's such a cute little character even if she drives you nuts LOL!! Get well soon - and keep counting your blessings :-)
This was a wonderful video. Welcome back. You must not think the way you did and I’m so happy that you realized it. Your concern on how it was when you were younger an injury,I know a sixty year old who bikes like you did,say to me that her falls when she was younger were worse then now. So don’t worry it was a big bang up this time,of course you needed more time to heal. We missed you a lot.
Good to see you back Brian. You are an inspiration to so many of us. I got back to riding my folding bike because of your channel at 58. More power to you keep fighting. And bringing the magic of the folding bike. I have been running Vee Speedsters 20x2.00. And they hold the ground and spin like no other tyres I've ever used. At our age Brian you have to be more careful. Injuries linger. And recovery Is slower. I wear knee pads and elbow pads to give me a bit more protection. Icy weather or not. And of course a helmet. And yes whenever you feel depressed ALWAYS remember there's people worse off in this life. Then you realize you truly are lucky just to be able to get on a bike and ride. At 58 everyday I wake up now is a bonus.
I have been concerned about your health and safety. I'm very glad you ARE safe. Your content about folding bikes and a life lived with folding bikes is very high value. It shows people what is possible. I am grateful for it.
It's nice having you back. That was a hard story to share. I understand completely. I'm 66, and as we age, we need to remember all the good times. I'm very into cycling, and I totally relate. I look forward to seeing your future vlogs. From Hawaii, aloha!
Looking forward to your review on the Bike Friday Diamond Llama. That's actually my dreamed bike so what you have to share could change our decision. Curious to hear what you think the problem with the BK Diamond Llama is.
It’s an issue that 96 percent of riders won’t have…..nonetheless I’m going to share it to inform riders of potential issues for informational purposes. Yes, it’s a great bike all in all.
Sorry to hear you had a bad crash, but glad you are back up and going again. I'm definitely older than you and can agree that it sucks when your body starts going to hell. But at the same time, not everyone has the privilege of reaching old age while still being able to be active. My hubby and I struggle with this all the time. You'll get through it. Your reviews are great, and I'm really looking forward to hearing more about the Diamond Llama as we were getting ready to order them. Take care, and thanks for all the great information. It's hard to find reviews like yours that are not done by brand "fan boys and girls."
I'm glad you're feeling better now. When depression persists (so, not just situational down in the dumps), it's worth seeking treatment. Treatment exists and it helps. With the fear of disability, I'll also say as a disabled person who works with disabled people, life is rich and full of meaning whatever the particulars look like. Relationships are possible. Adventure is possible. It's not easy or straightforward. It's not the same for everyone. But disability isn't the end. I hope you will continue to feel grateful for what you do have. I especially hope you will continue to do what you can to keep yourself safe and healthy. And I hope you can also hold onto the belief that whatever your physical capacity, you can have a good life. That has been true for me. I believe it is true for you too. Also get Beans spayed ASAP! It'll be a huge relief for both of you.
Great to see you're doing well - sorry about the accident and fully understand the difficulties associated with that. Some similar feeling about getting older and slower recuperation.. but mostly, don't be too hard on yourself! Many of us are dealing with similar questions, doubts and concerns and I find your perpective very helpful so glad to see you back and interested about those Europe plans - always interested to see if it would work out to join you for a few rides :-)
Also I, an elderly man of 75, lost my balance, when trying to enter my Brompton, and scraped my elbows, knees, nose and brow, with a lot of blood coming out! My dear wife forbid me to use it for a time, but now she has fallen a little down again. So I expect to bring it on our coming vacations also. Finn. Denmark
Hi Brian, thank God for your channel, it's been informational and helpful. It's okay to be Not okay. You are not alone in the darkness. Hope you see the light at the end of the tunnel soon! 😊
Glad you're back Brian. I was worried you were bored with creating videos. Glad it was just a bad bike accident j/k. I started creating my own TH-cam content because you make it look easy. It wasn't long before I realized making it look easy is actually very difficult. Looking forward to your next update.
Brian, it's good to see that you're up and running on all cylinders. And make no mistake. That gratitude goes a long way. At age sixty-nine it has dawned on me that there's no shortage of people my age and younger who have to have a cane, walker, or wheelchaie to get around. I'm grateful that I can still ride the Brompton. Say maybe when the weather improves you can go up to FFB and do a video or two with Chuck. All the best to you Brian. One day at a time.
Fabulous to see you back Brian, we all get our bad spells when it is hard to find the positive. Gratitude for what you have will help and I really feel pleased you are back with us and will bring us some great material. Really cheered me up this evening to see you and Beans again :)
Life is just plain hard. We are all just getting through day by day. But we got to keep going. We can't let it defeat us because there are also those days where everything goes great and those are the days we live for.
Glad to see you're doing well (had no idea you were injured!), and also glad that Beans has recovered from the stress of the last trip, I was really hoping she had recuperated from the trip. Life is definitely way too short. I hit that realization recently too, about having more days behind me than ahead, and it was definitely disheartening, especially with all the things I've always wanted to do that I haven't yet. But I agree, we have to be grateful for what we've had, it's all a matter of perspective sometimes and we don't always appreciate what we've got until we lose it. Getting Beans spayed should help with her going into heat constantly, and should actually be healthier for her in the long run (constantly going into heat is a typical cause of cancer for female cats). Another companion for her to spend time with during the day could also help her loneliness, though I can understand if one cat is a lot of responsibility already. Scheduling time to play every day to tire her out can also help with reducing her energy levels and help with the cabin fever (if it's safe, harness-training can also be good mojo). Rehoming can be so very stressful and heartbreaking for cats, but if you do land there, I hope you can find her a loving home (shelters can be very traumatizing experiences for cats, so I wouldn't recommend it unless it's a last resort and a no-kill shelter). Good to see you again dude, and hang ten.
Brian, I've always wondered why you need to carry so many bags to work. Is it not safe leaving your stuff at work? Just curious. Keep it up! and soldier on. I've always admired how you can cycle to and from work in thunder, snow and rain. Something I'm not prepared to do yet.
A lot to unpack there that resonated with me Brian and I'm glad that you are climbing back again! Thanks for trusting us with baring your soul. Whilst it's great that you're back there's no expectations on you re: content - do it when you're ready. PS - Only good people want to be better, so by definition, you are already a good person - we're all 'work in progress'😉.
I was getting worried about you! I got hooked and all your folding bike videos and took the time to go back and watch all the previous ones. Riding in Denver must be dangerous!
Great to have you’re back. Missed your videos! Can relate to your feeling I have gone through similar experiences. Looking forward to your videos coming up. My wife has a bike Friday, so it will be interesting to hear your experience. Also would like to hear your take in the Zizzo Forte - 2023. This is the upgraded version from the one you own. Sounds like they incorporated some of your suggestions. Would be interesting to hear what you think. I know they upgraded the derailleur to an Altus, went from 7 speed 28T to 8 speed 32T and changed the crank to match the Urbano/Liberte. These sound like some of your suggestions. Thank again.
I was about to pull the trigger on a Bike Friday. I'll wait and see what you say about your wreck now. I suspect I know what it was, but will have to wait and see if I was right.
Hey, everything changed, and for the better, when you started talking about gratitude. Flag that dynamic. If we keep recognizing what we are grateful for, the "funks" will be fewer and far between. You mentioned that you're planning a trip to Europe this summer. That's where I am writing to you from right now. I am a Bromptoner living and working in Budapest. I mention this because if you're thinking about Europe, Hungary is a hidden gem. Europe's 2nd largest lake, Lake Balaton, is here, and it has a world class bike path that circumnavigates the entire 150-mile lake. It's spectacular. And, and this is important, Hungary and Budapest are 1/3-1/2 the price of those cities in Western Europe like London, Paris, even Vienna. So do check-out Hungary, Budapest and especially, Lake Balaton.
Well done picking up the camera again 👍 It’s hard keeping momentum with the video making , I know first hand. Sometimes I wish I had a job so I could eat better food, since it helps improve the mood. Living off yt income less than 10 bucks a week is enough to make me want to quit most days. Good on you getting back to it you’ve got a really supportive community here checking in and waiting for your next episode 😊
Good to see a post from you, I was wondering what happened. Glad you are okay, I completely understand everything, unfortunately. Yeah, Beans should be fixed, they will drive you insane with that stuff. Males aren't any better. They will be calm, healthier, safer.
Thank you, yeah I’m making plans to get beans fixed. The first place I called wanted $79 dollars for the consultation, $150 for bloodwork, $400 for the spay, and $150 for medications😬. I asked that lady “how do you sleep at night?”😂
@@ph5915 apparently the places near where I live are geared more for rich people. I’m surprised she didn’t ask if beans needed a shampoo and conditioning…
@@ibikeunfolded One of mine had an overnight stay at the vets. £600 was the bill for bed and board, plus some food. "Did you take her to Nobo?!?" went straight over their head 😆
Glad to see you back again, I really thought you and the cat had been taken by a grizzly bear In Yellowstone national Park. Get back on your Brompton and enjoy your riding.
I don't think you are negative--you are honest and accurate--the world is NOT getting better. Love Beans--did you give us an update on what happened with you trip with Beans, the last I saw was your brother had to take her (smart) but how did you get her back home? The "fix" will calm her down. Seeking happiness is the wrong objective--being content is the goal--NOT happy. Think about it.
🤦 "Dont ve so negative/be more positive". Those who say so, in my experience, have never been there. So if mind or body wont let you do what you want, thats it. It cant be helped. Take care.
What a lazy bum! Just kidding. Hey, all the pros get injury time-out. Beans, please tell your Daddy that blowing through red traffic lights, especially when there are cars waiting at them, really creates a lot of hostility towards ALL bicycle riders, besides being dangerous as hell. Brian, next time you get depressed, remember this: I admire you. I admire your personality. I admire your skill at making entertaining videos, I admire your opinions. I admire your dedication to the folding bike life. You are admirable in so many ways. SO SNAP OUT OF IT!
Well, we all have to remind ourselves about our behaviors and thoughts. Like it is said, you complain about not having shoes until you meet someone without feet.
IBU..no one wants a cat unfixed, get your friend fixed, than find a happy new home for it.. pet's are nice but come with a lot of baggage..I say this with the best intentions..🚴
I like your videos. But I'm sorry but putting a cat in a bathroom alone all day long is VERY, VERY cruel. If you love your cat, you should consider finding him/her a better home, with people that are there all the time or, at the least, does not confine her/him in a tiny room.
I don’t put her in the bathroom all day. I put her in there when I’m getting my bike through the door. So when I come home I will leave my bike in the hall, slowly open the door until I see her head, then I will pick her up and take her to the bathroom. Then I bring my bike in. When I leave I put her in the bathroom until I get my bike through the door then I come back in and release her and slowly creep out the door. The only room I ban her from while I’m gone is my bedroom because she tends to chew on my computer cables. Sorry for the confusion
@@ibikeunfolded Oh... I see. _I'm_ sorry for my misinterpretation. Honestly, I didn't think you looked at all like someone who treats their cat like that.
Please kindly bing bean to a vet to get her spayed and the problem will be solve, by right you should do that when she is 6-8 months old . After spayed , She will not go into heat anymore and it is good for her health also. A pet is considerer as your own family and it is for life please do not give up so easily . Try to do more research onto feline and you will understand more about their Behaviour.
Great having you back, good buddy, we missed you!!! It's not easy 'being human' ...
Thank you, I thought I was invincible until I realized I wasn’t.😁
Glad you're back and feeling better. Don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it. We can't do it all on our own.
Thank you 🙏 I’m bad about asking for help so I don’t know what I’d do if I were to become paralyzed or disabled. I’m hoping life just takes me out quick before that happens.😬
Great to see you back Brian. Depression can be very debilitating. Glad you are feeling more positive.
Thank you my friend, unfortunately depression runs strong in my family. I’ve gotten much better than I was in years past. Thanks for listening.
Glad you’re back. I skidded on my brompton last December and sustained a fractured shoulder. Being depressed is understandable, I totally sympathize. I miss my bike too! :(
Ouch, that sucks. Unfortunately I still had to ride hurt. 🤕. Thank you for sticking with the channel.
Thank you for sharing your story Brian. Realizing we need to be grateful for our health is something I’ve had to face recently too. Glad you’re back and looking forward to the next video!
Thank you, I appreciate you sticking around to listen. 😁
I wouldn't put any weight on my back if I can help it; been riding 40 years, God's willing these old bones carry me another 40.

Great to see you back. Dear little Beans too. She's such a cute little character even if she drives you nuts LOL!! Get well soon - and keep counting your blessings :-)
Beans is a mess- totally boy crazy. Thanks for the well wishes😁🙏
Thank you, I appreciate your insight. I guess I just miss being 20.😁
It's good to see you back and looking forward for new videos. Stay safe!
Thank you I appreciate that.👍😁
Good to see you back Brian.
Welcome back, keep safe, and try to be positive. You've got lots of fans and supporterà and lots of good things going on 👍
Thank you, I appreciate all you guys and gals-(the five that watch the channel)😂. You guys are great.
@@ibikeunfolded You deserve many more subscribers!
I was thinking of you a few days ago and wondered when you'll upload a new video. And there it is :-) I'm happy you're back.
Welcome back Brian! We missed you.
Thank you, I missed everyone as well.😁
Welcome back Brian!
Thanks my friend😁
Looking forward to your review on the Bike Friday Diamond Llama. That's actually my dreamed bike so what you have to share could change our decision. Curious to hear what you think the problem with the BK Diamond Llama is.
It’s an issue that 96 percent of riders won’t have…..nonetheless I’m going to share it to inform riders of potential issues for informational purposes. Yes, it’s a great bike all in all.
Checking in again, hope we see you you soon!
Good to see you again Brian. I have had accidents too. And, thanks to your tip, stay 90, I have fewer now doing messenger job.
I was just thinking of you the other day! Good to know your back with it!
Thank you, I appreciate that.🙏😁
Sorry to hear you had a bad crash, but glad you are back up and going again.
Glad you’re back, how was your Brompton bike tour to Yellow Stone?
Glad you’re back! We missed your face. 😊
Great to see you again Brian!
Thank you, I appreciate you.
I know, life sucks sometimes. I am sure your survived! Keep up the good works. Peace!
Finn. Denmark
So glad you are back Brian, you’ve been missed, take care of yourself.
Welcome back!
Thank you, I appreciate you sticking around.
Good to see you making content again bud. Glad you're doing better.
Thank you my friend, thanks for sticking around during this madness.😁👍
Fabulous to see you back Brian, we all get our bad spells when it is hard to find the positive. Gratitude for what you have will help and I really feel pleased you are back with us and will bring us some great material. Really cheered me up this evening to see you and Beans again :)
Welcome back mate.
Thank you. 🙏
Life is just plain hard. We are all just getting through day by day. But we got to keep going. We can't let it defeat us because there are also those days where everything goes great and those are the days we live for.
I agree-😁👍. Thanks for watching.
good to see you back on your feet.
Yep, thanks. I’ll try to keep the rubber side down😁
It is very hard to make a video of quality, takes a lot of time and people dont always understand that? you did the right thing taking a break.
Your back!!!👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾
Yeah!! 🛹🛹🛹🛴🛴🛴🚲🚲🚲🩼🩼
Thank you for watching👍😁
Glad youre alright my man.
Take care and keep on living the bike unfolded life. Life is short, Bike on!
Thank you my friend🙏😁
so whats up with the diamond llama? whats the major issue? its been 2 months and no update
Good to see you again, just remember, we are all here for you Brian.
Good to see you bro!
Thank you, good to be up and about again. Thanks for sticking around.😁👍
Brigham City Utah has milder weather than Denver and a big enough town to enjoy growing and adventuring. Lots industry too. A good place to live.
Been looking for those Yellowstone videos after all that hyping. No mention of it in this vlog?
21.55 I mention the Yellowstone tour videos. 👍
@@ibikeunfolded looking forward
I was about to pull the trigger on a Bike Friday. I'll wait and see what you say about your wreck now. I suspect I know what it was, but will have to wait and see if I was right.
Well I will say that 95 percent of people will never have this problem.
WB Brian. Thank you for that perspective, God uses different ways and people to get his point across my thick skull.
Thank you for watching😁👍
Sorry for my absence guys-🙃
No worries, your health, both physical and mental, is the more important
@@ibikeunfolded Wow! Didn't realize it was that expensive! Is that via the local SPCA? I thought they were more affordable. Yikes!
@@ph5915 apparently the places near where I live are geared more for rich people. I’m surprised she didn’t ask if beans needed a shampoo and conditioning…
@@ibikeunfolded Ah! 🤣
@@ibikeunfolded One of mine had an overnight stay at the vets. £600 was the bill for bed and board, plus some food. "Did you take her to Nobo?!?" went straight over their head 😆
elcome back and hoping you have a buddy you can chat to in Denver
Glad to see you back again, I really thought you and the cat had been taken by a grizzly bear In Yellowstone national Park. Get back on your Brompton and enjoy your riding.
I don't think you are negative--you are honest and accurate--the world is NOT getting better. Love Beans--did you give us an update on what happened with you trip with Beans, the last I saw was your brother had to take her (smart) but how did you get her back home? The "fix" will calm her down. Seeking happiness is the wrong objective--being content is the goal--NOT happy. Think about it.
We take care of a lot of cats and getting her fixed will calm her down dramatically.
I hope so- man she is been driving me crazy😜
Welcome back. Depression is real take care of yourself
Thank you, I’ll try. 😁🙏
I'm watching Messi play now.
😁👍
🤦 "Dont ve so negative/be more positive". Those who say so, in my experience, have never been there. So if mind or body wont let you do what you want, thats it. It cant be helped. Take care.
I agree- thanks for the insight. 😁👍
👍
Memento mori
IBU..no one wants a cat unfixed, get your friend fixed, than find a happy new home for it.. pet's are nice but come with a lot of baggage..I say this with the best intentions..🚴
You suing company, right? This is the reason why you don't talk about it...
Try to do more research onto feline and you will understand more about their Behaviour.
yes my cat been done she's ok now.
Hopefully my cat gets better after I get her spayed.😬
Welcome back!
