Havent played in months but i think the best motor for this was a flat 12. It wont get you to 400+ but with the suspension setup i had tryhards were struggling to get away from it. Chasing 400+ causes some cars to be not so well rounded. Also the flat 12 sounds similar to the v6 if you set it up right.
@@MilitiaGamingCommunity i was also able to get the back end to rotate a bit more using the lower level suspension. The down side is when you get the car to "dance" you start losing those precious tenths on the lap time but then you get the joy of getting the car to grip and slide as you see fit.
The dodge challenger is a 9.5 acceleration car it's sane as the grand national track suspension and differential with race tires anything handles good just not on the circle tracks lol
I love the new format for the wrong build videos and I love the longer videos keep up the good work man. And also everyone take it easy on me in the tournament I have been playing The Crew 2 and I haven't been practicing lately. Can't wait.
Trigger, I love your videos. I just have to say even though I love the Grand National and Monte Carlo style cars. Every racing game presents them as a fast moving brick. You have to use some drift parts to get them to corner better. Just my experience and opinion.
Glad you like them! drift parts will help it be more smooth but also slow it down quite a bit. It feels better but its not faster...which really stinks.
I recently got this game and I've watched a lot of videos. Aside from how great your videos are for so many reasons, I'd like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for just speaking normally.
Make a build with higher torque to HP ratio and you'll be able to kick out the ass of the car. Not to mention acceleration will be higher and it'll drift well as well as being a great track car

my build similar but i use the screw supercharger and my tuning has steering on notch to the right, downforce is 3 notches to the right, traction off, and gas drift and its pretty easy to get under 3 on aerion and im not very good at the game
Hey I’ve been binging your vids and love your content but I was wondering if you could do some testing on the 718 Caymen gts I’ve been trying to build it up but don’t have the cash to buy all the engines and the stock one is garbage lol but take care!!
Ay-up Trigger, There are some cars on NFS heat to be disappointing with respect to the modern US muscle car apart from the Mustang. With their big litre engines, I find them to be slow and cumbersome. Which would be the best engine to go for to give it some pep, please?
I guess/hope this is NOT the new "wrong build" format because is much more less informative regarding stats and specs: no resuming tables, no time charts. So if your're doing a "transition" then this video is OK, if it is intended to be the new one than thumb down for me.
By doing it this way I've been able to cut down on the amount of time it takes to produce the video and thus I'll be able to test more cars. All of the data is still available as I do write everything down in a spreadsheet. I will look for ways to include more of the data like the older videos. But also, I'm planning on making my spreadsheet public so that you can reference the data at any time, not just when I put out a video! long story short, I'm not dead set on this format and will adapt it with feedback. Thanks for the comment!
The new format is fun and informative trigger, thumbs up from me!
Awesome!! Thanks!

Do you want to know how driving a brick feels? Try the Dodge Challenger next lmao.
I know it handles terribly haha
Idk the grand national turns Worse
@@jasiah9253 Its the wheels and the missing body mounts. I have a GN in real life and it's not as bad everyone says.
Man fr tho that mf ain't got no steering lol

How you explain things n show proof you are the best I've seen hope I see more muscle car builds keep up the great vids🤓

I really appreciate that and Im sorry about all the "TH-cam" personalities. I'm just a normal guy. Thanks for the compliment!
Mine is a drift build which I would place in my top 5 favorite drift builds in the game
same. the grand national can make great slides.

Better than what I can do. I had a sick GNX in the game, I had to sell it to get more upgrades for a new car I bought.
Yo trigger, a SCREW SUPERCHARGED 6.2 with a 5 speed is faster drag build 8.83quarter mile, 1043 torque
Most old schools turn terribly. I simply go to the race track to do turn test.
Funny enough I was a muscle car guy when i started this game... sadly they are pretty slow 😥
Agreed
@@Kingy_Wingy fastest one I could find was the boss 302
I use muscle cars to collect flamingos or spray cans or cruise around but for races I use an F40 or the Porche r2r.
your a goat for putting the builds in the description ✊🏼✊🏼

I was asking for this video for quite sometime. Im a happy man

I don't understand how this guy isn't at 100k subs yet, c'mon guys he deserves it.
getting close though!
True
I reached my highest speed trap in the game with this at 241mph with the 1st V8 you used.
The Grand National is a American car I know the Grand National is good at Drag Trigger can you make a wrong build for the Nissan skyline R32
Yeah it’s coming up on my list! A lot of people have requested it.
Nice information trigger
You are kidding right. Humor me and put the 6.2liter V8 and without any ultimate parts the car is at 385.
I wish they added wire wheels tho

@@MilitiaGamingCommunity wow thank you!
Great advice on the Grand national thank you
Yes they did best I can get out of this is a 9.6 acceleration the foxboy gets 9.7 and the 63 chevy truck gets 4 10s

Thanks been looking for a video on this car wondering if my build is good or not
No problem 👍
Trigger I use the viper v10...I use that engine to get that one achievement for reaching 230 I think I maybe wrong
You should try the red Volvo for a video like this I ran it with the highest hp engine and I think it was alright. I also like the new style video
Thanks for the feedback!!!
left once i heard him say “it would be wise”
I clicked on this video as soon as I saw it
Me to
Thanks!!!
Can you do a wrong build on the 1965 C10
ill consider it. thanks!
Nice format!
Glad you like it!
Thank you for the INFO
You’re welcome!
I just seen a guy build one at 289... I said bro, bring to the track. Smh...
I was here before you blew up!!
Thanks you!!!
Why not ever use the stadium for time trail?
Out of curiosity did you do a build on the fox body mustang? Wondering what the best motor was.
I have not. You can reference all of my builds here: docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ijC34JXRcRsTNfkdqfrkqsIJJ6hl8B2bZ5vDnu-mckM/edit?usp=sharing
Why stance it? It's not a tuner
Had to comment 2024 player my 87 Grand National All 10s drags tires 8.4L V 10 master bro promise
I just got burned by this car and I was in the Ford gt
Duel turbo is not always the best. Check the F1 . Roots super charger is Best.
Try out the gt 2015 mustang or the boss 302 they can move 🔥💪
alright. thanks for the suggestion
Can you do a charger build guide
This build videos are way better...
Im an idiot i didnt see your video all the way through, bought the wrong engine, sold it with all the plus parts when found out it was the 3.9 v8...
Grand national was a great drag car.. It was cool as hell back in the day.
Still is cool as hell!!!!

One of my favourite muscle car ever after the '67 Camaro SS!
Use stock engines sometimes
Thanks for the suggestion but I always use the fastest engine.
I was thinking about making a lame Mad Max/Interceptor with this car. I wonder if someone already made a wrap of it.
1:56 I always go for the 1 tank nitrous kit becuz power
Bmw m5 built video please
#refills
There must always be some poor, crappy cars to be better the others ones :) So they put " this " in game, yes this car is rubbish :D
Can I still get the xbox? Lol
I bet I can beat u u have all wrong engine the downforce ur missing stick shift I can go faster
Nfs heat isn’t realistic enough, back to hp
