Fold unfold fold unfold ... ... for 18 months-screen cracks from the middle. Foldable are nice, but I noticed a depreciation/life cost of around 50 to $100 per month on your phone. I can put a bold statement that any foldable does not live more than 12 to 18 months at best. It could drop to 6 months for nonserious issues like protector peeling. I appreciate really non advertising based channels to say that instead of giving fake promises. Having said all of the above, I will most likely buy the Magic V3. Fordables are nice, but I hope the thin design does not worsen the numbers.
The "Dust Resistance" on the Z Fold 6 is just a marketing exercise because it's only "4" which means it's protected against debris 1mm and bigger.. which means it is not rated for protection against dust or even sand. "Rice protection" is all it's good for.. it's better than no rating at all but until it's 5 or 6 for dust it's basically meaningless. As for water ingress, they could go as far as Sony does and offer X8 and X5 (or X6) because these lower numbers are often harder to pass as they test with pressurised jets of water, where the submersion tests are static and shallow, so there is no real pressure on the seals. A great IP rating (but realistic for these devices) would be IP58 + IP55

The aspect ratio of videos dont get corrected if you are using apps like linked in and instagram. Instagram videos will show in the middle if you click into, that is a relief in some format. 3. Once the leather cover is placed, phone is quite bulky and cannot be held for long in hand 4. The front screen feels good, but then why do you need a foldable if you are going to use only front screen 5. Too many pop up windows and tips. Have been trying to minimize for the last 2 weeks, have given up 6. The kick up stand is somewhat wierd. It is functional if you place the phone upside down. 7. Rubber beeding is provided as additional protection for the foldable part with front screen. Makes the phone quite thick and is not an easy fit in pocket or in mobile pouches. 8. Once the night mode is switched on, the phone looks quite dull and old. 9. Somehow after purchasing this phone at such a price, it feels very stale. There is not element of wow or novelty when you look at it. It functions smoothly no doubt.
My only problem with foldable phones is that typing can be a drag when the phone in unfolded as it can be tight and when unfolded it can feel like they are too far apart. Epic phone and damn they whoop ass of the others... I will see if i can order it ASAP
Now that's a foldable phone. This is it for me.
Hello. Did they fix the play store and google services ? Nice video.
I wish they have option for 16G memory model.
Thanks for the video. Does V3 have different home screens like Samsung? Also, does the software have support for app pairs, edge panel, Multi tasking with 3 apps, pop up apps, spen support, and Dex like functionality?
Yes to Dex and wireless Dex equivalent (Magic Desktop), pen support on both screens, two apps side by side and two pop ups max at once.
I live in a country and part of region where it is not rare to see a Lamborghini, Ferrari, etc in every other day or so. I haven't seen a $2,000 phone yet to be carried by people who drive $250,000 cars much less people I actually know. I came close to buying a Zfold 6 but my brain said hard "NO" due to many practical reasons. I think I remember the time one could get a drivable used car for around $2,000. This world entertains me more and more.
I live in a country where a Honda civic costs 250k. Can u guess where
Denmark?
Yeah lol most successful people I know use 4 year old iPhones. Our top engineer still uses an iPhone 8 😅

Foldables are for tech enthusiast only. Average people will choose the newest iPhone.
Love your videos. Just convinced me to get the V3, swapped out my V2 for it.
I know everybody just saw the advert
Awesome video and just looked up for spec's.Your Cat is Beautiful. Thanks so much enjoyed.💯✌️
SORRY honor 😂 this is trash
It is
Absolutely
Trash pro max
Good thing you didn't say trash
Hey, great vid!
Why didn't you mention price and where is it being sold (you said UK but where else?)
That's smoother than butter ❤❤❤
Getting mine tomorrow, NGL I'm really happy you can still do 0.6 photos with this one... I love taking pictures of my cats in 0.6 😂
Will current foldables hit the point where the thickness (or thinness) of the phone decided by the size of the USB C port?
im currently maining this phone and it's far better than my s23u. One thing I've read online about this thing, is that it also has 2 way satellite connectivity (the China version at least)
This phone is a great phone even without unfolded, the unfolded is the cherry on top. Putting in a 8 Elite will take foldables to the next level.
Yo, I just got the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. I was considering something different, but the repair cost put me off. How's the warranty on this thing? V3 fold
Uk doesn’t seem to offer the 16gb as of now 😢
I am a massive Flip fan, but the Folds, I have never been bothered about, but this looks brilliant, love the fact it is as thin as it is. ( on a random note, what make or your green trousers in the outside video?, been looking for some similar for ages lol ) great video.
Does the honor V3 come with Google android as standard straight out of the box?? This was my only concern whether to potentially buy one or not?.
the dimension and size of the phone for Magic V3 attracted me , Im been using Samsung for while now , but the fold 6 looks bit weird for me.
Though i don't personally like the foldable concept some where i saw it have HDMI output so was just curious about price
from 10:40 your voice changed and a bit muffled. Is it related to microphone's position?
Honor 🔥 is underated phone brand😀
does it support double press power to load google assistance? Or bluetooth button press to load google assistance?
Please please please can you make a comparison between Honor Magic V3 and Huawei Mate XT Tri-Fold? 🙏🏼🙏🏼
As a die hard Apple user how does the operating system compare? Looks seriously impressive for a foldable with some great features
1:35 Bro, sexy music for the b-roll shot. The engineers be praised for such a feat, coz our chap thinks it's gorgeous
Absolutely
In your opinion between magic v2,v3 or pixel fold 2, or OnePlus open, or z fold 5,6 here in USA East Coast?
Just subscribed, great video!!
Does honor magic v3 have selfie palm gestures? Take selfies without touching the screen?
can the camera record dolby vision videos? are the photos compatible with android ultra hdr format?
The setup and visuals are on par with the quality of the phone 👌
i've just ordered one yay do we have limited time with the AI like with samsung or is it permanent feature of the phone?
The camera quality is really good. Especially the video on that rear facing camera. If it had the same standard of mic as the iPhone or S24 Ultra. It would've definitely been the better phone for taking video vlogs.
Amazing phone... HONOR, Please bring an ultra version of these.
Please prioritise the stylus... remove bluetooth from stylus...very poor battery life of stylus. Please sell the stylus to us... smaller nib please as well. And improve the notes app.
I LOVE THE IR BLASTER... PLEASE KEEP!!!
Can you not get the 1TB version in the UK? That's a dealbreaker for me. :(
