All are looking for kitchen but when i notice the bend of the floating stairs is already showing that the house is not well made.

I really loved the house. But i just noticed that there is no actual kitchen. I had to rewind the video because i thought i skip some parts of the video because i didn't see any kitchen. haha! That is the only downside of this house. but somehow it is such beautiful property. 🙂

So I guess some people who goes on vacation with their helpers don't cook? Are they from Mars since no one on Earth would do that...just saying...doesn't make sense to normal earthlings.
Easy fix. Convert the service area to a galley style kitchen. The plumbing, etc are all there na. Because it’s a vacation home I don’t plan on cooking anyway. The help can do that and seriously the most important thing is the staff quarters. I am more concerned about not having a separate male or driver’s quarter.
Again, because it’s not my main home, chances are we’d probably spend more time eating out and not much heavy cooking.

This house from our neighbor is really good.This house was really good, the furnitures, fixtures and over all design really detailed from the video. Upon looking outside whenever I jog around it looks pretty nice. Guaranteed 👌

Yes, I agree with you. I even rewound the video thinnking that I must have had missed out on the kitchen. Weird, where do they cook their food, range or oven, provision for the refrigerator, other kitchen essentials? So they just have to order from outside their food?
@@nethcalooy7323 there's a kitchenette on the second floor. you could put up a microwave, a convection oven or an electric stovetop. tas sa dirty kitchen you could do the main cooking there. but perhaps this house isn't meant to be a permanent residential rather more of a vacation house.
p.s. you could turn one of the staff quarters into an actual kitchen, just probably get rid of the furniture.

They forgot to include a main kitchen. Maybe because it’s just a vacation house. The new owner should convert that office room into a kitchen.

@@jessicaal415 The house has a kitchenette in the 2nd floor which makes sense in a vacation home since most people don't plan to cook but will likely eat out. That said, some people do like to cook, and it would be very inconsiderate to cook in the service area considering that's where the maids hang out and relax, etc.
Maganda yung bahay wala nga lang kitchen kahit magdala kapa ng mga desaksak na lutuan wala naman exhaust para sa mga usok if plano mo ring maglagay ng mga appliances sa pangluto wala din ready na lalagyan nya. Yung Floating stairs sa 2nd floor yung solid wood Big NO NO nag bend nakooo wrong na wrong.
Gaano b karami mayayaman ngayon grabeh lupet ng presyo bka kahit foreigner shocky!!!

Ok na sana kaso walang kitchen? Ano yun nakalimutan ng arkitek? Kahit pa sabihin vacation house lang you still need a kitchen. May kitchenette sa taas para ano when you don't have a dining area. Sayang talaga as I wanted to suggest this to somebody who is looking for a house in Tagaytay. Dame pwede tambayan pero bawal kumain pag nagutom.
