some constructive criticism for whoever does the cinematography please turn the camera on the specific thing the host or julia is talking about in the moment ie the 'doorway' we couldnt even see. while i dont necessarily mind looking at the host, your main subject is the house so best not to leave these things to the viewers imagination. i noticed this in most videos and its baffling noone has pointed this out yet.

This design is such a breath of fresh air! Almost all new built houses have the same generic modern design that looks identical to one another. This house has so much character.
maaliwalas at may wow factor pagka pasok mo, ganda ng stairs nila, maganda yung bahay pero parang nag ang sagwa ng shape ng property. Nag pushback din sila sa mga appliances, 230M pero walang Chefs kitchen at hindi kagandahan yung T&B, so overall prepresyohan ko ito ng around 150M... hahaha
Beautiful house. If there is 1 thing i would change, is to have 1 of the rooms in the ground floor for the elderly. the small room beside the kitchen is clearly a staff room. There is no powder room as well. Perhaps because there’s already a shower room by the pool.

Beautiful spacious home. Team of cleaning crew for the maintenance and upkeep, For 230 m surely the future owner can afford to employ the services.The bathroom of the master fell short. Smallin size. Not proportional to its adjoining bedroom.The neighbor's house is too close to the house.
Hindi ako fan ng meron closet sa loob ng CR. Opinion ko lang yan kasi the steam from hot shower and humid air from the bathroom enters the clothes. This may result in the growth of mould and a musty odour. Additionally, airborne fecal bacteria can contaminate the clothes.
I guess resell is not interested in sale of land They have not bothered to respond to my message in here. That’s ok. There are many other useful realtors out there
I absolutely love the facade of this house and was so excited for the full tour! Sadly, I feel quite disappointed. The rooms are way too small, and one of them doesn’t even have built-in cabinets! The rooms that do have cabinets are open, which means moisture from the shower and splashes from the sink could easily get onto the shelves. It feels like they forced it to fit six bedrooms. The kitchen is tiny, and I couldn’t find a storage room, the laundry area or even a driver’s room. What a letdown! Who to blame? Architect? Project Owner?

That $6 million plus aud house value may go a long way in Australia; house prices in the Philippines are totally crazy; you can purchase amansion with hectare/acre of land for a million or two here, so why settle in the Philippines when you'll be stuck in traffic when you leave ur house. I passed by this house yesterday. It has nice curb appeal compared to the usual tropical moderne chopseuy ugly glass and vertical slat disease infesting modern builds today. The major flaw is the lack of space on the side, hence the lack of privacy with the house on the right. You can see/hear your neighbors and they can see/hear you.

Wala din powder room. Lalabas ka pa sa pool area for the shower room or use the one in the maid's room.
