I don't know about others but this is the best house tour of 2022 for me so far. It's the right size for everything you need in a house. Grand without being awfully vain. And I'm guessing they shot this purposely during nighttime to showcase the beauty of the lighting fixtures and the best features of the house after sunset. What's the best? The wide frontage! Kudos to Julia and the Presello team! 👍

This is the first time that I felt tired of going around a house with such a number of surprises it's like a maze and a hotel vibe, it's both amazing and some how daunting to remember every door that leads to where.... This is such an interesting house with such an Orthodox layout in a good way. I watched it six times to really get a good grasp of where each door leads. ♥️
This is the house na napaka ganda ng staff quarters. Pinag-isipan ang welfare ng helpers. Kudos to the team.

Yes! another awesome house that provides a more comfortable living space but this one, i consider a luxury, to the house staffs. For the price, i think this is a best buy with all the furniture added and amenities included. especially located in the middle of a busy metropolitan area plus close to the airport. it does feel like a resort/hotel vibe for me also, and also the secured feeling becuz from the backyard and inside, u don't see or feel like ur in a busy neighborhood. I envy the future owners of this house.
I like the pool area and the parking space. The guest/inlaw suite is great to have. Sana lang hindi nakatapat sa pinto yung stairs. Hehe
that's one thing I noticed too... got turned off with it. (kala mo naman bibilhin ko haha)

If the location of this house is in Ayala Alabang it would be in the vicinity of 300-500M...in Forbes Park and it would certainly be close to a Billion! Nice presentation by the way Julia!

Wow, yes lovely Ms. Julia, its such a 5 star vibes resort hotel, I love it. So practical and so minimalist setting but does it flood there if in case no. 1 typhoon comes but other than that it's gorgeously magnifico👏🤗😉. I've had friends there and been goin there in the 80s. I love❤️ also all that's in it including the grand piano and the telescopic camera in the 1st bedroom as I'm a photographer. Sayang the superb art paintings are not included as I'm a painter too. Nice to invite my numismatic International friends there as I too is a collector of modern antique coins, bank notes and old stamps as well at ibapa, etc... as you can view in my Facebook account. I love too buy that ultra magnificent house when I marry the woman of my dream. 😘🤔😍
