This is not the only house tour which featured this particular home. But I love yours better because you gave even the small details like the wall texture, the dining table, the service quarters and service area, which I didn't see in the other house tour I watched. And most of all, you love what you are selling... you sounded happy while doing it. Lols!😂 I laughed because the other lady didn't sound convinced. Maybe she just had a different taste. It's hard to sell something you don't believe in. But like you, I also love this house. If only I have that much money, I will buy this house, with no hesitations.

However with the inflection, the voice, the pose, I am always inclined to shift channels and find a similar listing from presello or av properties or metroguide.
