  • Are you feeling unwell but don't want to skip your yoga practice? Or, perhaps you want to activate your parasympathetic nervous system to feel better faster? This video, 'Yoga for Feeling Unwell' we will nourish ourselves with deep abdominal breathing and gentle movement.
    Please consider subscribing to Ciara's Home Yoga. I upload short yoga videos to start our days connected to our body and our breath. My yoga videos are a supportive practice if you want to have more energy, to feel relaxed or to cultivate deep and even breathing. I also upload a lot of gentle yoga videos. Gentle Yoga is one of the greatest acts of self care when we are in need of nourishment. For example, it helps with sleep, burnout, stress & anxiety. It can transform our health, increase energy and refreshes tired and worn out parents. Whether you are in your 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s etc my classes are suitable for everyone.
