But with all respect, you should stick to talking about the macros, the taste, preparation, and value. Sayin shit like "eating three eggs a day has been shown to boost testosterone" will put you in a group of shitty psuedoscience fitness / nutrition influencers and you don't wanna be there. Stay away from the bullshit claims, most informed people will see through it and we're not watching for that kinda info. Tell me what to buy that optimizes protein, calories, taste, and value.
