When you have been stuck and living inside your car for so long without going home or sleeping at all that you turn yourself into a schizophrenia that see a ghost of yourself racing. I can tell with confidence that i beat him with my MR-2 at 226MPH without using cheats
@@VeilsideTofu That's good to know. I do know that it doesn't suffer from car overheating as well, and can even use turbo boosting with vehicles that don't natively support it to begin with.
I've beaten this game multiple times... built Paul Walker's R34 from 2f2f with the same body kit and graphics... owned and driven all of the boss wander cars from that black Vette, the red Silvia, the blue ridox supra and the red MCR Skyline... and I've never raced my own ghost in this game. I didn't even know that could happen
Whirlwind Fanfare is the roadblock that stops everyone from beating the game, since you need 100,000,000 CP since the US version of the game is rushed, making the money cap 99,999,990 CP. I used a cheat to make it possible to hit 100,000,000 CP resulting in the ghost popping up after finishing the entire Wanderer Tree and everyone in all 3 cities.
@WhiteJintei wow. Imagine meeting those requirements and not expecting that very final race at all. You think you've beaten the entire game, then this mysterious literal ghost racer appears out of nowhere
I used the ''cheated Gembala'' near the end of the game, After finishing all the main bosses and was only 4 wanderers from finishing the game and to make the last boss harder. I cant beat the game without cheats because of windwhirl Fanfare money glitch. Sounds like a ''issue from a lack of knowledge'' on your part.

I'm just saying the AI keeping up with the player at that point is a big whoa, since the AI in this game is a bit wonky.
@@Josh_7774 unknown in this game has 20% increase in certain atributes when it copies your car, like 20% more power and grip.

well you did beat all 600 racers all over japan. so the only person that can beat you is yourself.

Any car you drive when you do the final boss will always be your car.
Nice cheated gemballa, normalny you cant tune it. Still, that cant fix skill issues.
