    Really enjoy these videos, I am still doing undergrad, doing my last semester, I am preparing myself mentally for CTA, and these videos just inspire me ❤️

      I am glad you find these helpful! Feedback like this is really why I want to continue making these videos.
      CTA is really a mental game. All the best with your undergrad 🤎

    Hi Mpho, firstly really loved the video... Very Informative.... Keep up the good work!.
    I'm 27, a Town Planner by profession, but have decided to change careers.. I'm currently doing my 2nd year of study (Bcom Accounting, with UJ), listing to what you have to say really motivates me to keep going after a career that will make me happy!
    I was just a bit confused as im not too clued up on the certifications one needs to take after completing the degree.. Im passionate about getting in the investment space so I was looking for more information about CA(SA), CFA and CIMA in order to make a clear comparison between the offerings.
    You have covered CA(SA) well, is it possible to shed some light on CIMA and CFA?
    Thank you so much once again!

    You are a great speaker! I am currently in my third year of undergrad. I would like to know what pointers could I take into consideration to ensure I qualify for CTA 2023? Thank you, this was an incredible video.

      Omg I didn't respond for so long because all I could think of was "study hard" and "exam technique " 🥺
      Please check out Zanele Maduna, Ntwanie Ngomane, Nomathamsanqa Mfundisi; all here on YT. They may have covered more practical advice on their channels.
      Zanele also runs a business focused on helping and shaping CA students. 🤎

    Dear Mpho. My Son wishes to be a CA, but we now discovered that Pure Maths is a requirement and he changed last year in grade 11 to maths literacy. But UWC and UJ do accept maths literacy, now are these two universities accredited?

    • @johnlwakila6256
      @johnlwakila6256 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes He can. There's extended programs that cater for such scenarios.
      Ideally He could do any basic accounting course at TUT for example then after he gets his Btech , he can register to do CTA's or PGDA for one more year which will give him admission into writing the board exams to become a CA

    How do you become a CA(SA) if you are doing Bcom in Accounting?

    • @marvelousnyilika8687
      @marvelousnyilika8687 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can bride into CTA after your degree through doing a bridging course called "bridging certificate of theory In accounting" ( BCTA)

    • @DetectiveBurns
      @DetectiveBurns 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      yOu have to do a BCom accounting course to become CA. BCom general won't do it. Then you do your 1 year CTA and 3 year articles. You can write the ITC board exam the next year right after your CTA and then the APC at the end of the year provided you have 20 months of article work under your belt.

      Hi Oratile, I'd advice getting in touch with SAICA or the institution you'd like to further your studies in, for more specific guidance. They'd be able to look at your current qualification and give you more relevant information. 🤎

      Yeah, you can enter into a part time training contract. This is a 5 year contract, instead of the usual 3 years.

    How much you earn after 3yrs

    • @mphomakhubele

      Depends on the role you are in. People in audit, finance, banking etc. Will usually earn different amounts. Bonuses also differ depending on the industry you are in.
