I feel like Maid of Mist was cut due to Rainmaker AND Min-Min using both sides of what she was to use... Maybe we could have a boss like that actually, like a fired rally with the last two summoning the glowflies? And a second phase with a spiraling tear storm? idk, just an idea :/

Cadaver looks like one of the early versions of chimera in antibirth and appears to be so as they share some similar parts as well as also having basis in being hodgepodged together enemies such as a host most notably.
Soooo they cut this first boss who looks amazing works fine basically fleshed out boss. But they added and kept fucking Clutch??? Who looks like a pre sprite done in paint and got added by accident unfinished.
yeah I HATE fighting him and gives me less reason to take alt path, gotta love a boss you can't damage but can contact damage you. a good concept for a fight but dodge pattern is obnoxious for last phase

Maid of the Mist was an early version of Min Min- the team thought that they didn’t fit the style of Isaac.
Should be noted that Rainmaker was almost cut for not being "Isaac-y" enough too
