- There is this street in Kata with so many business's, coffee shops condominiums houses and bungalows for sale and rent, I had to make a vlog about it, Phuket Thailand

12k per month for that small room, no pool, mediocre location, does it come with daily cleaning for that price? Even for Phuket thats expensive...

@@scotty5166 rooms start for about 1k per day so probably looking at 800- 850 per night for a month, it's a hotel with pool and gym so you get hotel quality but hotel price as well.
If you pick the phone up and speak to the main man, You can get this for 500 a day, Its always best to talk rather than making stuff up, Phuket is proper in the shit right now guys and not going to recover

Not sure if you like Phuket town or not, but in an area called koo koo, around 3 min drive to town you can rent a condo for approx 8000b a month. Priced may vary, the property is called Plus Mansion Mueang Phuket District, Phuket and is clean and not really used by foreniers... a very colourful place..
Actually mate its 6500 baht including cleaning everyday and fresh linen..... not really a place farangs go, why so cheap...

You cant buy stuff in Thailand though you prob know. If you set up a local biz and jump through lots of hoops, its possible but not worth it, and we all know, or should know the result of buying property with a Thai 51% owner. Rent, forget owning.

Nice one Sean, this was an interesting one mate. Looks like an awesome little place to set up camp while you explore. Have it as a main base of operations. I was thinking though how cool would it be i you bought one, did it up and have a TH-camr hostel type thing. TH-camrs would come from all over the world and after their stay a picture added to the 'Vlogging a Dead Horse Hall of Fame' haha. I think you would make an awesome place. You could hire dogging temple man to give messages to peoples toes. haha, have a good one mate.

@@scotty5166 can't be better for tourists things are going expensive in Thailand with all the extra charges like service charge and Vat on your Bill a low baht rate is no good at all it will just drive tourist away.
