I note there are other comment regarding this, but I have to say that it would appear(as usual) that there is no mention oil checking/changing & draining & putting in fresh fuel etc?!!!
I am suprised that it did not appear that the fuel lines were cleaned , the oil changed and the motor was checked to be turning over freely. This may have been done but not shown, but if the video is taken on it's face value a lot of damage could have been caused to the engine by just attenpting to fire it up without proper preparation.
I really don't know why fuzz is even in this program he never dose FA

The chassis is rusted only 2mm thick!
Would be a lot cheaper to simply buy a good one in the first place.
My friend had one of those back in 1965. I rebuilt the motor that was in it. Turned out to be an English Ford motor. Certainly no performance car, sloppy oddball shifter, wooden frame. To be generous it was rolling junk. My pal Tony got rid of it. The car looked classy, but that was all.

@@MadMomma-kj9ks haha it was a good guess in fact a well set up 4/4 with the 1600 Ford engine producing around 115bhp was a very fast nippy car in the 1970s I had 3 of them over 20 years !! Cheers.
Enjoyed this series, miss Sam though, nice to see Fuzz without the other Pratt Tim.

Allen Millyard is so much better than this. Why is he lending his name to this pantomime? There is no way that he would just start up an old engine without checking the oil etc (the water pump is leaking a bit). Cole must have photos of him riding an off the shelf Chinese bike or something.

Ironically I was in conversation with the owner of this particular Morgan and arranged a viewing, unfortunately work got in the way on the day of viewing and I never made it, the following week this episode was screened, I couldn’t believe it, Henry Cole stole it from under my nose. ☹️

Bargain and a great resto project. Not about the money, it’s about the pleasure of resurrecting an old car and that’s priceless. Just hope the ash frame is intact!
