He could react to certain songs/performances that musicals do on tv shows or the tony awards though, that would be awesome to watch!

I know a lot of people don't like "you're welcome" instead of "blue" but I like both. I know they're both songs with very uncomfortable meanings but with a funny and upbeat spin (like the whole musical) however I might like the west end version more, blue is VERY catchy but I LOVE Veronica's lines from you're welcome.
I see the opposite (people hating blue for "making light" of SA but adoring "you're welcome"). I think it's just personal taste and that there's many reasons to put one instead of the other in the musical. Sadly, a lot of people mistake personal taste for moral high ground and shame others for different opinions xwx

But I absolutely agree with you that the way people assign high moral stakes to their preference between the two is unnecessary and irksome. I think that we all understand that (a) date rape is very serious, and (b) this is a dark comedy that often treats very serious subjects glibly. I don't really see a moral dimension in how people prefer to see those constantly-duelling tones juggled in the scene.

20:32 , welcome to the art of quick changes! I think theyre very cool whenever I get to see them. Expert work on the actors, costume team, ensemble, etc. You should def watch more musicals! Some quick changes happen back stage (I did a quick change from a prom dress to a wedding dress in 1 minute and 10 seconds) while actors are running to their next position; some, as you see, happen on stage. Some are done by props hiding actors. Either way, all so impressive! "& Juliet" is a great example

this might be a rlly niche request but u should react to alien stage by vivinos - its like an animated music project and it has rlly cool lore and characters, also its not very long and u can easily watch it in order in like 2-3 videos or even just one big one cuz its just a few music videos 🙏🙏 also the next part is coming out soon!
i second any recommendations to watch STARKID musicals!!! after the first one the recordings get much more professional. i highly recommend starting with Twisted. i think its the best example of starkid's all-around talent: story, characters, music, lyrics, stage presence, choreo, everything. there's not a single flop in that soundtrack, in my opinion! another good one to put up front is Trail To Oregon. it's based on the old video game, and extremely funny. The guy who didnt like musicals is also phenomenal, but i kind of consider it the "end" of classic starkid era- the sequels/trilogy from the hatchetfield universe are not as good as TGWDLM for me, they just have different vibes and arent as good at hooking me. and of course, starkid is most known for their parody of harry potter- a very potter musical! that one is still iconic, though a bit dated in content and recording lol they were seniors in college just making a video for friends and fam, no one expected it to go viral! the good news is they always have GREAT captions, so even if the sound is a little bad in that first one, you still know what they say/sing at any point!

Sadly for whatever reason finding a full show in English seems to be impossible, however there are animatics by Ink Potts and the full list of songs are available to listen to right here on TH-cam as well. Not even saying this needs to be a reaction or anything just something I'd fully recommend listening to in your own time.
