I think it would be cool if they did a scene like they had for Cap and Iron man. Have Iron man (dr doom) say the world needs to be protected with a suit of armor and this time instead of Cap have it be Reed that doesn’t agree with him and that’s where they go different directions.
or maybe even if they cgi pedro and downey to be in college and show them starting off as friends and then have flashbacks to modern day times and somewhere else in the movie later on or in the middle reed reveals that victor was either scarred or killed in an accident and that he wishes things played out differently and then at the end or post credits scene its revealed that victor survived and travels the multiverse as rabum alal and wipes ot the kang dyanasty after encountering a kang
The way they're going to handle Doom in a big event from the get go is kind of disappointing. He should've been built up, but now they have to replace Kang because the mightiest conqueror can get killed by one person easily.
“He should have been built up” Too late. That’s a consequence of the misfire of phase 4 which began with firing Scott Derrickson off of Doctor Strange 2, and hiring Rick and Morty writers to create an increasingly plot hole drive story about the TVA and Kang.

I think well get 2 scenes with rdj as doom. 1 could be a flashback or a scene showing reed and doom before doom dons his armor. The second scene could be doom sitting on his throne surrounded by doom bots and in his full armor, complete with his cape.
I know there's a lot of debate among fans on whether RDJ is actually playing Victor Von Doom or a Stark variant, but I truly believe it's the latter. My prediction, is that Reed and the other multiverse characters (the X-Men universe at the end of "The Marvels" or 838?) will refer to him as Doom, but the big third or second act reveal will be that he's unmasked, and it's revealed to the 616 universe characters that it's a Tony Stark variant.
