The parts list on this video are great but it fails to mention costs. You're gonna need $4k for those trick flow heads right off the bat. The only off the shelf supercharger kit is $7k. So for the first two power adders you're at $10k in raw parts for maybe 350-400whp. Then you need transmission, ECU, fuel system, Headers/Exhaust, rear end, tuning, sessions, wheels and tires...... Then we have to ask if you can install everything or need a shop to do it. You can build a 4.6 2v but you're probably better off buying a used Coyote and getting that rock n rollin. Otherwise, that Crown Vic/4.6 is gonna run you probably 20k-30k. It will be a badass car but ask yourself if you have that cash or credit available. This is coming from someone who wanted to build a CVPI but started looking at parts. I just had fun with the stock 4.6 and drove the hell of it and bought a 2019 Mustang GT lol.

Just to add, can you use Gen2 Coyote rods at the same length as the 4.6. I'd pass up on the trick flow top end and get aviator top end/ or motor for 1-2k. That's better heads and will flow crazy on some boost
Actually all of them have independent front suspension. What they changed was the balljoints, by putting them in upside down, so the wheels don't fall off, when they fail.
The 4.6’s are very capable also might sound weird but I’d like a video regarding BMW Turbo 2.0’s I have the N20 it’s very reliable just not a power house they do share the same internals as the N55 if you must know!

It doesn't matter how much power or horsepower you put in a crown vic aka p71, it is still a rolling bomb whenever itis on the streets. All it takes is someone to rearend the car and it will either explode or blow-up. The fuel tank designs are the MAIN problem with these cars. That is why most people will go for the B-body.

Coyote rods in 4.6s is a strong budget rod Then put some npi pistons and get you so highh compression. The 4r70w can be built no issue

The wheels never fell off, the ball joint would separate and the lower control arm would drop to the floor

They were always independent in the front‼️ the change was to rack and pinion from steering gear box
And reversing the balljoints.

im pretty sure the 4R75W can hold upwards up 600whp. this isnt no 4L60e now
Transmission uses torque ratings for limits. The 4r70w could take 700ft/lbs. Torque is what thrashes a trans
500-550 is the absolute MAX for torque on a STOCK 4r75w

hotrodlincoln7186 The Panther loves 4:10 gears and if you do a lot of highway driving the difference in gears won’t hurt mpgs too badly
