Not being nitpicky, idk, maybe I am, but hard to hear the terms "quantitative" and "qualitative" so many times pronounced this way, like nails on a chalk board. Websters dictionary would say kwall-e-tay-div rather than kwall-e-tiv-tiv, and kwan-e-tay-div rather than kwan-e-tiv-tiv.
