yeah I love that car probably because its Roman's and its the first car you use in gta 4, it would be so nostalgic if they added it. Only downside was the fact we was only limited to 10 taxi missions in GTA 4 but that definitely wouldn't be the case here
I kinda wish they'd added an interior to the Downtown Cab Company where you could store the Cabs and give us an option to use the ones that have the liveries during fare mssions if they are stored in there. Kinda like in GTA Vice City when you unlock the Zebra Cab.

I guarantee you no one will, there's a reason no one plays arena war, and it's because it's shit. Arena war isn't worth playing for arena war unlocks, it's not worth playing for a better taxi.
There are a list of 100 coordinates in the script for this, so I supect those are the destinations that you have to take passengers to. Pickup locations are probably generated dynamically based on the existing taxi code from Single Player. That's based on a very quick scan of the script though, so it's just a guess. Easy to confirm with a small script mod in single player and checking against the drop-off locations shown in this video. If I get really bored I will create it to confirm that at some point. Edit: Can confirm that the coordinate locations match with at least one dropoff location shown in this video. Edit: Can also confirm that the locations span the whole map and not just the city area, one of them is at the house near the lighthouse way up north (Ursula's House), so you're going to be driving a long way for some of these trips.
They just literally took the code from single player and put it into Online. A lot of people don't know this but if you played as Franklin in story mode you can own the Taxi Business.

But I just wish they added something more to this. Like some private personal non yellow taxis. If not that some other realistic looking taxis. Like cmon R* put half the effort to add a prius taxi, or a minicab one like the one in GTA 4. They then allow us to unlock liveries but they don't let us use the vehicles. Crazy. Very underwhelming and basic same goes with the payout. But fook it aslong as GTA 6 delivers

Except this is nothing like Crazy Taxi, the fares are way too easy, there's no sorts of excitement in there. They could've made passengers ask for specific things in their fare like go fast or avoid dirt etc... but that would be asking Rockstar to actually work on their game lol

That Taxi Custom reminds me of the Borgnine Cab on 3... I played taxi missions on 3 just to unlock that cab, I also remember unlocking the Zebra Cab on Vice City, but forgot if it was from taxi missions, or Kauffman Cab missions, it was a long time ago now.
Because now that I've robbed banks, a casino, taken down a drug dealers island and saved the world from a nuclear threat... driving a cab seems like the natural next step 👍

Update: You can now use the Broadway and Eudora for taxi driving. If only they would add the same taxi livery to the Weeny Dynasty, because if any car should get a classic taxi livery, it's that one.

im genuinely upset this new mission is about taxi job yet they did not take the reference of the original taxi movies from (1998- taxi 3), it's basically my childhood and quite a few more people, driving around in a super fast white peugeot taxi marseille would be super fun

Unless they’ve changed it you can use the Broadway for taxi work as done that to unlock the Eudora taxi livery the other week on PS5
If only the last two vehicles were useable for taxi work with the livery equipped!

Funny, as I’ve done almost 10 in a row, and ALL did close the door 100%. 🤔 Did you hit the gas as they were getting out or something?

just what we needed, a job that pays 1k for each customer in an era of GTA where everything is absurdily overpriced and expensive, usefull content.
This is addressed mainly to beginners of the game to have enough cash to purchase some weapons, a car and a garage and then do other stuff to get some money
They better put a night shark taxi out cause there’s no way you could do this in a public lobby
You can't be a CEO while doing taxi work; I haven't tried it myself but maybe it's possible to do in Passive Mode, since it involves no combat at all

@@kylewalls6521 I do, and I still want them to add the proper police, noose and paramedic gear to be purchasable, and I'm glad we have the firefighter, prison guard, gruppe sechs, mechanic, etc. But when a profession doesn't have a certain uniform, npcs dont wear any unique clothing, why would they add them?

Update: You can now use the Broadway and Eudora for taxi driving. If only they would add the same taxi livery to the Weeny Dynasty, because if any car should get a classic taxi livery, it's that one.

This is like the simeon,and luxury motorsports thing besides the fact that you can now buy a taxi cause you could already do the taxi missions anyway in the game,for the past 10 years so Rockstar logic for you,something that doesn't really add anything to the game at all,and acts like it's a brand-new thing,an easy way of saying: "we're too lazy to come up with something new so here's something that's not actually new but,it still is,trust us,the developer who scams you out of shark cards,will you buy some more for us plz? im genuinely upset this new mission is about taxi job yet they did not take the reference of the original taxi movies from (1998- taxi 3), it's basically my childhood and quite a few more people, driving around in a super fast white peugeot taxi marseille would be super fun

Not sure how late i am, but back when this came out the taxi livery was purely cosmetic... just now i took out my Eudora and it said "Press R to start taxi work." Yay!
