Long ago on the Rockstar GTA IV site/social club there was a plane ticket for Niko going from LC to San Andreas.
Dude holy shit! I am so glad I’m not the only one who remembers this. I could have sworn it was Vice City and not SA. I haven’t been able to find anything about this online until your comment but at one time it was 100% real
@@totallyjon There's a couple screenshots of the ticket. I thought it was for Packie, but its for Niko.
I think that is canon because you can find pictures of Niko in that one bar in GTA V

The bikes in dlc are reused and finished in dlc which were supposed to be in main game.
Niko had to be used as a driver or bypassing car, her torso and bead is still present in game files to this day, legs weren't needed as in car wouldn't were visible anyways
There is an unbelievable amount of destructible things in gta 4, just head into port tudor. Destructible towers, construction sights, buildings.

The level of detail in GTA IV is amazing, just watch the cut scenes in full or go out with friends a lot and listen to conversations they are having. The story is actually amazing and full of details and struggle.
PlayboyX is most likely an FIB or IAA informant - he wanted Dwayne killed since he would have found out (Playboy probably snitched on him) and then the other dude (Marlon?) who had "real loose lips, calling me a snitch".
It's an amazing game that I wish was bigger, longer and even more detailed.

I found that heart late night on accident back in 09 i stg i was creeped out and intrigued at the same time then on gta v i notice they used the heart in that one movie in gta v as well

yeah probably, and it's not really weird or immersion breaking at all anyway. he drives the civilian version of the humvee noose uses and has a definite taste for heavy weapons so having surplus fib stuff would just be in character for him.
I think the NPC in the museum is likely a placeholder or holdover from the mission and since you're not supposed to be able to get in there outside the mission, there's likely a culling issue which is why she seems to appear and disappear randomly depending on the cameras view, even though the collision is still enabled and you can see the impact when shooting at her
