You know, rumor has this was supposed to be Trevor in Dax's spot until Steven Ogg fell out with R* and with this dialogue I'm inclined to believe it. Sounds 100% Trevor.

Steven was very peeved by this, and instead reiterated that he is not Trevor, and is an actor that happened to play what he considers a cartoon character. So really, he’s sick of being referred to as a fictional character.
Apart from this update I'm glad R* finally let us have private servers where we can still do all online things. Best decision ever,late as fuck but done nonetheless. Just feels like campaign 2.0 with no assholes ruining business runs or anything anymore.

I hope you have recorded every single online mission to date, because I gave up playing Online like almost a decade ago now. It would be nice to know the prequel lore that I missed once this game gets replaced by Grand Theft Auto VI.
You know there are gtav mods which turn all online content into singleplayer offline for you to enjoy. If enough people throw a dollar or two and i am sure all these missions can be played in however you like.
Rockstar now allow closed private servers online and businesses will keep accumulating goods within these servers, though they also give out bonus money for doing businesses in public servers.
I wish lore wise it was Trevor and not Dax(although I love his character too) because it would give TP industries more of a background and purpose. Trevor indicated that he primarily sells his drugs to guys like these to keep the happy parties going. Also explains what he was doing while grieving for Michael. Trevor indicated he didn't create TP industries just for the money but for the drug outlaw life and community. Also explains why most of his rivals left him alone until the events of the story since he wasn't doing much selling and they didn't want to mess with him.

Well, that's the normal payout of contact missions. And by no means, contact missions are for money making now. Run business like the new acid lab for money making purpose instead.

They did. These guys are dedicated. They even did all of the Gotham Knights post-release gauntlets with three players on the Arkham Series channel.
