I'm not sure if that 2008 applies, but I believe that GM even lowered the timing belt maintenance schedule on some Aveos. Back in the day, we had tons of these come in for cylinder heads because the belts were breaking close to (or before) they were due to be changed.
I have a 2007 Chevy Aveo and it’s got that problem too, the codes are for misfire on cylinders 2 and 4, losses power when driving but no problem when Idle, also just through a code for the throttle-body,
I know from doing that kind work. I have seen coil do odd things. Usually when you load the engine get a misfire. But sometimes its dose not . Good fix . How is that F150 doing. Happy New Year

I thought it was a bad MAP sensor on my 08 but that didn’t fix it. The idle is rough and feels like it’s going to stall.
