    I was actually looking into buying the 125 version until I heard there is a 300 version which would be probably my first and only bike since its powerful enough and it looks absolutely stunning for something that is not a Honda Rebel or a Harley/Indian.

    Good bikes Hyosung, their 250 v twin was quick for what it was and a tough engine, I like this and can see where it would appeal to women as well, the Exhaust is the only downer, it will rust in a snap and it's incredibly ugly but that wouldn't put me off as that can be sorted. Thanks for the review.

    Great review Boss. I really thought Hyosung simply died after the influx of Chinese bike flooding? I’ve not heard of them releasing anything new in the last 5 years at least. I actually laughed because the rear side board plate actually tells you the model name bobber is that because you can’t get it wrong? Saying it’s an aquilla? In terms of gaps, I’d be so bold as saying the Chinese quality is better than the Koreans nowadays. I’d have a RE meteor over this pure & simple. Great work Mark. Keep it up & stay safe!🇦🇺

    I am with you on the seat tank gap, a couple of the Harley sportster models have the same gap hate it there as well. Harley sportster hard to find neutral...but I have to say that the GV300S is a very nice looking motor cycle that by your test drive video seems very capable.

    Had a bit of spare stovepipe so made a silencer did they. Replace that and the rest looks good to go.

    I'd rather have the bike's petrol bill than the 5 litre V8. Excellent little bike. Decent performance. As I get older, I have less need for speed. Nice handlebars. The difficulty in selecting neutral would get to me. Mind the gap: I don't like it.
    18:39 I like the pick-up truck. Ford? I'm thinking of getting an Isuzu D-Max V-Cross 3.0 out here in Thailand. I ride a Yamaha Aerox 155 and a KTM Duke 390.
    Good review.

    The 300 is not in the U.S., but why is there a gap between the tank and seat? I watched a previous video on the GV300, where the guy couldn’t explain this phenomena. Maybe they had an excess number of GV250 seats left over, but after installation noticed the seats were to short.

    Interesting bike! We have had that one over here for a few years, want a smaller retro styled machine, let’s see how this compares to the Honda CB350 H’Ness and the Royal Enfield Meteor 350 as they seem somewhat similar. So that seat is not standard, is the standard one in the UK market suitable for 2-up riding? Not a fan of that gap myself, makes the Honda and the RE look a lot nicer.
    As for the video, the editing much improved, especially the portion where you mixed the on bike and off bike footage with the onboard audio before the petrol station visit. I often wonder why you don’t crop the GoPro footage to the same aspect ratio as the rest of your footage. You talk of the bike being very relaxing, found the video to be of a similar quality as well!

    Not a bad looking bike for a fun runaround at the weekend.

    10hp more than the meteor - I know it’s not always about speed but being able to go is priceless.
    I struggle to understand how the 350 meteor has less go. Slower top end and it 50cc more.
    Shame about the vibration your not the only reviewer to highlight this.
    Nice bike though I like the gap think a peanut shape tank would look nice

      The Enfield has a 2 valve Single made for very lazy riding. Its bound to make less power. Even if it was a 4 valver it would have made 25ish I think.The Hyosung basically has a 8 valver V-twin from its sportsbike range, thus more top end and go.

    Will you be doing a review on the Mash 125 xride? Seen a french review but had no idea what they were talking about. The bike itself looks really nice. Metal sump guard, new led readout and better looking tail pipe. Also with 17" wheels. I have no idea when we could get one in the UK

    I really dont like the chest cam I want to see a horizon to focus on like a chin cam view. Also my bike wont go from 1st to N I have to go 2nd to N every time. The accelerator cables are horrendous on this bike! love the look of this bike though. It looks like a bike from 20 years ago though with those forks and that dash.. im guessing thats reflected in the price.

    Sir, is it possible to put a raiser on the bike without being forced to extend the length of the clutch or the
    brakecable?

    • @motorsforthemasses
      @motorsforthemasses  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi,
      I am unsure, you would need to put the handlebars from lock to lock and see how much play there is in the cables, Be mindful it is not just the clutch and brake, but the throttle also, as if too tight, the cable could stretch on a turn and pull the throttle open.

    Yeah...i don't Like this gap too!!! The one of few things i really don't Like. The second thing is the ends of the handlebar. Presised - there are no 'right ends' on the grips...Looks Like very cheapy! And the Last thing - the cover of the airfilter. Don't Like this to far aside extended boxe at all! At all! I know.. it's absolutely standard for the Bobber-Style mashines. However, i don't Like such design...

    no centre-stand, no pillion seat, no proper mudguards, no kickstarter, no analogue speedometer and no air-cooling - and no fuel consumption figures. Nice looking but I'll give it a miss. RE cheaper too.

    • @motorsforthemasses
      @motorsforthemasses  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Why would you want a new bike with old tech like kick start, analogue dash, air cooling when the above make the bike better? Surely just buy an older bike, or an RE that goes like a 125? Buy a 125! Interested in your reasoning....
