yeah that gravy pot is aluminium as indicated by its lighter colour and overall thickness, while the smaller preparation wok being used is carbon steel, neither pan has a "non stick" coating- but the carbon steel pan is "seasoned" with use. it is wise to consider that there are some health concerns with aluminium, it's probably not great for health in the long term. but since the recipe is on video, anyone can make it their own way at home.

Commercially when you use a gravy . Cashew nuts paste or magaj paste should be used while placing the order . Gravy will last longer .Nice vedio.👍

Strange makhani gravy technique, personally wouldn’t be leaving hard whole spices in such as black cardamom or cassia, customer will choke
