This might be true with 100% organic coffee. But what they do is they buy cheap low-class coffee beans and then they spray it with synthetic caffeine. Coffee beans are among the most highly sprayed and chemically treated crops in the world. Crops are steeped in synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides. So was this taken into consideration?

We drink on average about 8 cups of coffee per day. We have not used sugar for the past 8 years and sweeten our coffee with stevia. We use full cream milk, mostly unpastuerized, which we buy fresh (sometimes still warm) from a dairy about 300 metres from our home. People should be more concerned about sugar and artificial sweeteners, as well as so-called coffee creamers than about the cafein in the coffee.

Nice, brief, and straight to the point in laymen's terms. Very informative. No subscribe & like part, leading to an Ad in the middle. Some videos I watch just go on for too long, filled with speculation, trying to be funny, and complex unneeded information meant for scientists and doctors, that I tend to fast forward or just click off it. I watch tons of TH-cam videos just about every night on many subjects, and prefer shorter ones like this. Some people create near-hour-long or more videos for a yes or no question. I wonder who watches them.
That being said, I've been a daily coffee drinker for about 40 years. So far, kidney and liver tests look good despite having been pre-diabetic for a while. I've been drinking at least a gallon of water a day for decades (not forced. I've always liked it), lately with lemon, and apple cider separately, and a few other things you tend to do as you get older, compared to the younger carefree days.

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation:
01:31 🍵 Coffee consumption may potentially contribute to a reduced risk of developing kidney disease, with a noticeable decrease in risk seen in individuals consuming one cup or more per day.
03:01 🩺 Drinking coffee, regardless of the amount, appears to correlate with a lower risk of progressing to dialysis, making it potentially beneficial for individuals with chronic kidney disease.
04:01 💊 Consumption of coffee in any quantity is associated with a reduced risk of developing albuminuria, which is a critical indicator of kidney health, signifying a slower decline in kidney function.
04:59 📊 Findings from the meta-analysis suggest that the optimal consumption of coffee for potential kidney health benefits is around two to three cups per day, whether caffeinated or decaffeinated.
06:02 📉 While the population-based study suggests a link between coffee consumption and kidney health benefits, it does not establish causation, and further randomized control studies are needed to confirm these associations.

The final sentence was the most important. No causal relationship established or proven. Most of the junk dietary science floating around today is based on associative observations, not clinical studies establishing causal links. This is why our whole country is both fat and sick.
You want to be healthy and live a long life? Live the metabolic lifestyle of our nomadic prehistoric ancestors who lived before the rise of agriculture 11,000 years ago. Our ancestors were carnivores. They were hunters. They almost exclusively ate animal protein. Vegetables and fruits were only consumed as fillers during times of famine when the hunts were not going well. Also, no dairy after infancy. Regular exercise too. No sugars. No carbohydrates. No tobacco. No drugs. No estrogenic substances exposures.
Do this, and you will live a long and healthy life and you’ll stay out of doctor’s offices and hospitals and you’ll be thin, with good hair, clear skin, nice nails, bright eyes, no body odor, no acne, no auto immune diseases, no arthritis, etc.
Don’t believe me? Start watching YT videos by Dr. Ken Berry, Dr. Shawn Baker, Dr. Paul Mason, and Dr. Anthony Chaffee. You’ll learn. I’m 61 and in the best health I’ve been in since I was in my early 20’s. Carnivore just simply WORKS! And it’s easy to do and to adhere to. Try it for 60 days. All you have to lose is FLAB and poor health. 😊

My kidneys and 'adrenals' started healing 4 months after I began to take 250mg of thiamine hydrochloride a day. My whole body started healing when I began a keto diet and limited my bread intake to 2 slices a day. I also bring to boil cloves cinnamon and cayenne pepper pour into cup then add a cup of warm unhomogenised milk with my nestle green coffee (roasted with unroasted) and tablespoon of collagen. Tastes great and makes my morning coffee into a superfood of health benefits. I also add xylitol or manuka honey mixed with rice malt syrup 50/50 for sweetener. Do the research on all the ingredients, Aniseed heals the Adrenals, boil a teaspoon in a teapot.

Doesn't work for everyone. Plant based foods can cause inflammation in some people and that can be crippling inflammation. Grains for start are high in gluten a protein that is not healthy to our bodies as most people can not digest it. People over 40 eating fruit containing fructose can look ahead to type 2 you know what. Sugar is a killer and the more processed your food is the more additives there is in that food. If you are going to try whole plant food make sure they are natural and does not come with a bar code.

If you were my sister (and i only have one), I would say, go through with the CT scan, only because there's more good that will come out of having it than not. My spouse had one today. Unfortunately, she suffered two herniated discs, and the second herniation was much worse than the first. She had to have lower back fusion surgery. She hasn't been the same since, but her sense of humor gets us through.
You won't be subjected to having a CT scan that often. I'm certain it affects everyone differently. I mentioned my spouse because she is also being treated for a liver related problem. Unfortunately, cancer ran in my family. Aunts, uncles, my mom, my youngest sibling that being my only sister and myself. Do what you have to, to rid yourself of it. If you would like, I could keep you in prayer. It doesn't cost a cent. Take care, and no, you aren't alone 💪 🎀🎀🎀

@@SELFPrinciple ✨ Coffee is not safe to drink regularly and does way more harm than any good ✨When everything is taken out of the “important context” coffee looks great but it is NOT. Coffee is a Nervous System Stimulant (in other words…drug) that causes your adrenal glands to go into hyperdrive for a couple of hours (using up mineral stores) and then exhausts the body leading to adrenal fatigue. Your 2 adrenal glands sit on top of your two kidneys and work in tandem with detoxifying the body from metabolic waste. If you want to examine coffee effect on the body, you have to look at adrenal function as well, and if you put that into the picture, you’ll quickly see it’s detrimental effects. Not a good job looking at things whole-listically. .

Because of insulin if Ur kidney failure reverses then it will be a boon to other CKD patients also. As known final option Dialysis. Other option Stem cell Therapy. Am Indian an we use turmeric in every thing it will only reduce inflammation nothing more, it will not revive Ur kidneys. Give a thought to Insulin 🤔🤔 , according to me it should work.
