I've been drinking coffee almost all day for the past 30 years and that's about all I have been drinking I can have coffee an hour before I go to bed and I can still fall asleep with no problem
We were allowed for 1 cup of coffee everyday( breakfast) . We grow our own coffee. We know what is in our coffee or chocolate. Everything consume it in moderation. That’s what I always heard from my father.
My father lived to 94, very healthy. He died from complications due to a fall, broken ribs etc. he drank black coffee 4 to 6 cups every day. His rule was none past 2 PM. He also drank orange juice every day.

It's interesting that my mother, who has Stage 4 kidney disease, has not received any advice about caffeine intake. I'm going to ask her to speak with her doctor and get direction as to 1) if she should continue to drink brewed coffee, 2) if she should change the intake amount and 3) if she should drink coffee at specific times (e.g. an hour after medicating). Even if she has moderate affect from caffeine - blood pressure, urine output, etc. - it serves us to better understand the impact to her condition. THANK YOU for this - its been a minute since I attended a lecture and I really LOVED it!!
Doubtful your family doc would know as much as what the expert presented...usually most doctors are formulaic focusing on on meds they want to prescribe. I highly recommend Dr. Berg on TH-cam and he has over 2000 videos on various topics.

One thing not mentioned is that coffee causes a choloric bowl of acid to form in the stomach and this effect stresses the body its pancreas and the acidity level of the blood stream. No analysis was given to the acidic content of coffee it is NOT watermelon juice it is acid. Caffiene will also cause spikes in energy and depletion in energy. Coffee also raises pressure in the eye .I was told my my doctor I would need to start taking prescription eye drops for Glaucoma.I was using 4 tablespoons of ground coffee in my coffeemaker every morning and my eye pressure was too high.I cut back to one and a half tablespoons per day and my eye pressure went down to a safe level and stayed down for years now.

Turkish coffee is also served (most often) accompanied with a glass of water. There are even special coffee-water glasses for this (because they look nice by the cup). The reason is "coffee will make you thirsty" (your body already knows what is going on) and if you drink water right after, the coffee taste in your mouth would be washed away. (but we want the coffee taste to stay for a while) Therefore water should be drunk prior to coffee (it is part of the etiquette of drinking coffee). It also washes your mouth and resets your taste buds.
I'm 64 and have been drinking green tea (I don't drink water, only green tea) for the last 37 years. Got used to having coffee (1 cup a day) after moving to Australia 12 years ago. Happy that I'm enjoying something other than tea. I didn't watch the whole episode because the scientific terms were like Greek to me. The biggest killer is sugar. Everyone should read the book Pure White and Deadly by John Yudkin. What he has said still holds true after 50 years.
@@ATHLETE.X I went to China 37 years ago and travelled by train to see the country. It was the slow trains back then. I saw people carrying small hand flasks or bottles and heading towards another carriage. I followed them to the carriage and saw them filling hot water from a huge boiler into those flasks and bottles which had tea in them. Out of curiosity I asked one of the passenger why they drank tea instead of water. They said green tea has so many health benefits over water. Even bus and taxi drivers have a bottle by their seat. That's when I started to drink green tea. I'm 65 today and don't have pressure, diabetes or cholesterol. I only drink water when I go out to eat if tea is not available.

I am 70 and a coffee lover. That doesn’t mean I drink lots of cups. I start my day with a cup before breakfast and half a cup after. And after two or three hours, I sip another half cup. My final intake for the day is around 3 to 4 in the evening. That’s my coffee schedule. We in India take our coffee with milk and sugar. I am perfectly alright with it. No side effects and no kidney or any such problems. I’m not diabetic. That’s for your research. Thank you for your research and valuable information.
This was above my pay grade but I'm glad technical videos get posted & shared. It caused me to hop on Semantic Scholar and read some studies on the issue.
I'm not sure he said whether coffee is good or bad for the kidneys. As a chronic instant coffee drinker, I am pleased he seemed to say there's no harmful effects. Thanks Doc. I enjoyed your lecture.
I don't think that was discussed. I believe the major message is how it affects the Kidney's function and therefore the overall body function including effect on brain/blood pressure, and sodium/potassium levels.
Sorry, after reading 'Caffeine Blues' by Stephen Cherniske, M.S., I am not impressed by this lecture, rather just blended by science. According to the above book, which is backed up by much research, coffee is a powerful drug that can affect brain function, hormone balance, and sleep patterns, whilst increasing your risk of osteoporosis, diabetes, ulcers, PMS, stroke, heart disease and certain types of cancer. 'Coffee is the most heavily sprayed food or beverage commodity on the face of the earth'. There are three different groupings of coffee. Robusta beans, the mass-marketed brands contain nearly twice the coffeine of arabica and are also more acidic. 'The caffeine indurstry has generated a tremendous amount of propaganda and disseminated it successfully through-out the scientific, medical and public arena'. It makes you wonder, who financed or sponsered Dr Pichler's research.

Is it now off limits for a university to post a video in which is discussed highly academically complex subjects? 😅🙈 That's the same as saying that the dumbest viewers on TH-cam should set the bar for the complexity of information allowed to discuss. 🥴 Not every single video is meant for everybody to be able to wrap their minds around. There are videos on making complex knots. On smithing things from different metals, requiring different handling in terms of heating, hammering and cooling, leading to different properties in the end product. There are videos om knitting things most people would hardly understand or have an interest in either. There are doctors discussing subject matters they have an interest in, in order to spread their knowledge to colleagues all over the world, too. You will not - in any way you might imagine - be able to see all the videos on YT even if you dedicate your entire life to the effort. Doing NOTHING else. It will never happen. So please accept that there is also information out there, that has absolutely no information of your interest or contains information you simply do not understand. There are videos of Elon Musk elaborating on how his team uses friction or vibration to seamlessly weld together the metals of components for their rockets. It is interesting for someone else out there, even if you are indifferent.
What I do observe is after drinking a cup of coffee, I tend to go to the bathroom more often. So, as far as my body is concerned, it has a diuretic effect. I don't know about you. 😁

I experienced excruciating pain due to kidney stones, the ONLY thing that gave me relief was a cup of coffee. I couldn't find any reports supporting why until now.
Something nobody has mentioned....automatic drip coffee makers can harbor bacteria and mold in the water reservoir and the pump lines etc. There are almost impossible to clean. Probably nobody cleans them even weekly. No telling the health consequences of that and the automatic drips don't really get hot enough to kill anything bacteria wise.......I went to clean mine once and made the realization just to throw it away. I got me a stainless steel presto percolator so I could clean it every day. The coffee is hotter and better tasting.

Great subject thanks for the info and the research. So my takeaway is if I'm healthy I can drink coffee but I need to consume a glass of water afterwards. If I have hypertension and retaining fluid drinking coffee straight up would be a health benefit. And somewhere in the middle there is a benefit for decaf coffee. QUESTION? Is there anything to drinking coffee to lose weight? Recipe: 1- C hot water 8oz 1- juice of lemon 1- t Coffee
I gave up coffee (and all caffiene) a couple of years ago. I no longer need a kickstarter to get going and seeing people queue to get their morning fix reminds me I really don't want it or miss it. There's some quality decaf that satisfies for taste.

Thank you very much for sharing this publicly. I have stage 3 CKD, and at times flirt with stage 4, so I get it. I find your presentation informative and interesting. I took theophylline (for asthma) after I stopped drinking coffee in 1980, and stopped taking it in 1995 after participating in two studies similar to the ones you cited. It was falling out of favor as a treatment for asthma around then as well.

My fiance came back from the doctor, didn't say anything, and just handed me his labs... I studied them and exclaimed "OMG you're extremely dehydrated! You're organs are going to fail if you keep this up!" I had been trying to explain and plead to him how important enough water is, and spring water at that. And tried to explain to him about the pharmaceuticals he was on. He never thought he was dehydrated, until one time they couldn't get blood for labs, and said he needmore fluids. He said he didn't feel dehydrated, he didn't know our thirst mechanisms and signals don't work correctly when dehydrated. We'll get mixed signals telling us we're hungry when we're actually needing water. This also means it's affecting our brain at this point, but we don't know realize that while we're in that state. When I told him he was severly dehydrated, he thought I didn't understand his labs. He responded " No, they told me I have stage 4 kidney disease!" I had been telling him for a year, warning him about how the pharms and lack of water were going to kill him. He didn't understand the gravity of what I had been saying. Nor understood the way it related to kidney disease etc... I explained again. Fortunately, he listened this time and followed my advice fully. He quit the statins (THANKGOD) and histamine interfering blood pressure med, and some other pharms, reduced them down to one. He quit drinking cokes, turned the dial way up on his SPRING water intake (NO fluoridated/chlorinated tap water, nor distilled) to the point that's all he drank, & started eating big salads almost daily. 3 months later he had no kidney function problems at all. It was completely reversed. I used to take meds for hypothyroidism. A couple of months of drinking enough water SPRiNG water daily reduced the need for medications down to one, and eventually to none. Water intake is crucial. Most people do not start at the basics. But the basics are where it's at. The most profound healing can happen. It seems so simple it's deemed stupid. But if we're not getting enough of the basics, eventually it causes everything to work incorrectly. Over time illness and disease is guaranteed. Aprox daily water intake needs 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) a day for men 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) a day for women Less active =less, more active = more Seems like a lot to some people. But they forget - over 2 liters of water is used by the body everyday for breathing, perspiring, urine and bowel movements. If we're not replacing that water each day, and our body gets less than it uses, it's going to have an affect on us. If we do not drink enough to replace that water everyday, for a week, a month, a year, a decade... one could only expect deleterious effects in numerous ways. But people just do not want to be inconvenienced by the effort of it, or having to go pee - not realizing this is exactly what needs to happen to flush toxins out of our bodies and to reduce molecular inflammation (root cause) and give our organs and systems a chance to work correctly without such a struggle. Unfortunately people would rather take MORE medication, putting more strain on their system causing additional problems and exacerbating the initial ones. When in just 3 months of drinking enough clean spring water can change their life. There are so many misconceptions about water and fluids, we just cannot count on getting the amount of water we need daily from other drinks besides water. I mean maybe if we're for sure drinking a liter of water a day we could count the other things we drink, but not without calculating what else is in them e.g. some juices and teas cancel themselves out for counting as water intake. I've seen profound dehydration misdiagnosed so many times, into so many different things, that caused so many other serious problems, it's absolutely heart wrenching. Dehydration isn't something you can feel when you have it. Imaging a patient presenting with constipation, fever, vomiting, tachycardia into the ER that automatically has to assum sepsis without labs, and proceeeds with slinging a slew of 5 or 6 broad-spectrum "killer" antibiotics, overloading the patients kidneys, liver, renal system... but an hour later the fever is gone, the tachycardia stops, the vomiting resides - because of the IV fluids! Which presents new problems since the basics like dehydration wasn't considered, so the IV wasn't calculated to rehydrate correctly causing hyponeutremia, SIADH, metabolic acidosis etc.... And obviously the patient did not need all those antibiotics which caused acute kindney injury and end up diagnosed with all sorts of other things even renal failure, all attributed to the wrong things, because the patients true condition, the underlying profound dehydration, isn't ever identified or acknowledged, which would explan so much of what is going on with the patients labs, especially in light of the antibiotic onslaught, and would make for correct diagnoses and allow for the patient to get the correct treatment that helps! This type of thing in various ways happens so much, it's an epidemic. If a doctor does not cover the basics, inquire about water intake and encourage more, and is only about "practicing" more medicines on you, then get a new doctor because your health, healing, and quality of life is not any of their concern. I remember hearing a long time ago that if you drank a gallon of spring water over the course of a day, that you could eat whatever you wanted and would not have health or weight issues. I used to think that's impossible and bogus. Turns out it's true, it covers the amount of water your body uses a day, plus extra to clean out all other toxins exposed to too. Since not working extrenuously all day everday I don't chug 3liters like I used to, but still shoot for a minimum of 2. Eventually your body gets used to the water intake after about a week or so and you don't have to pee anymore than usually after that. Your body starts letting you know it's thirsty too, you'll start to CRAVE water like the air you breathe. Plus the thought of short changing body, freaks you out. Lol Apologies for so much unwarranted information, I'm just so passionate about the life changing possibilities such a simple thing can bring, I sometimes can't help help myself.
Want to improve your health, regardless of any other factor? Start your morning with green tea instead of coffee. You can drink coffee later, just change to green tea for your "start-up".
Really nice job. Particularly interesting with the addition of historical information from Vienna. I would to like hear more about the particular topics mentioned at the end of the talk. Thanks
Well, decafained instant coffee sounds very good but to take out the cafein there are by using another chemical elements through a processing so how do you think k about them?
This was a great lecture about coffee. At 27:24 there is a question about using decaf vs. water as a control for the studies. By using water as a control the researchers are testing the effects of coffee, but if decaf coffee is used as the control then they are testing the effects of caffeine. At least that is my opinion on the topic. Again, an excellent presentation on coffee and kidney health.
Well this is interesting, but I didn't hear him mention that there are 2 different liver enzymes that break down coffee, and which one you produce is dependent on genetics, so they really needed to split the people up into 2 groups. This would have a big impact on the amount of time people were affected. The second thing I would like to mention is that I used to drink caffeinated coffee and my blood pressure went up per his slides but my heart rate dropped considerably. If I checked my heart rate while sitting relaxed it would be around 65bpm and if I had 1 cup of coffee (cappuccino style) my heart rate would drop to 50-54. One time it went down to 48. This was 100% repeatable. In any case because I had high blood pressure and with caffeine it would go much higher I gave up caffeine all together. pre coffee somewhere between 135/90 and 160/100 and after coffee between 170/110 and 171/110. Note the wide range pre coffee and the narrow range post coffee. Interesting side note, when drinking 5-7 cups of cappuccino including just before going to bed I never had trouble sleeping, and after going cold turkey I never got headaches. Also after ceasing caffeine consumption I was still able to work 20 hours per day.
Interesting! My Dr just told me that now I developed HBP, 110/160. Normally it has been 80/120 my last 50 years, now 69. He never told me to quit coffee. Mentioned salt, but I use very little. As I mentioned on other comment, I will stop coffee, and increase the Scotch, 3 oz to 5 before dinner. My brother in law says that it keep the heart beat stable! 🤣
Exactly, nothing is ever differentiated, we are always fed simple information, which is by definition partially incorrect. This continues the confusion and endless debate.
Even in Italy coffee is served with a glass of water, at list in Southern Italy. The coffee was introduced in Naples by Queen Maria Carolina sister of Marie Antoinette, born in Vienna.
The vocab was above me but I get it. Great vid. I drink about 20 oz of black coffee a day in the morning because working construction, bathrooms are not always readily available and if they are they are disgusting. NE Winters in a plastic porta potty is gross. So it makes me go 3 times and I piss like a race horse. < My medical term for frequent urination. I have no preference for what brand, all percolated as long as it is black. I was once a young lad on a construction site and an old French Canadian guy said son this is how you do it. You get up an hr early and then the routine I mentioned above, he said you have to train yourself. Like this morning 4 am I woke and I went right to the can and did my business, before I even started the pot. Good stuff. I am loving on the coffee Gerry!
This is a research talk for scientist or those that under stand the science not for the general audience. Having a PhD I understood it fine. Coffee is not bad for you.
I agree with you. The only thing I learned from this is that this doctor thinks that a cafe latte in a bucket is an espresso, confirming my belief that Americans don't know much about coffee.
This is not a PhD level LoL, a highschool child would understand. How do you want them to explain it with the tools of science. Is it Covid that makes people so dumb these days or you from Florida school system?
After retirement I suffered from various non-specific, non-serious abdominal and digestive issues that were constantly bothersome (IBS?) and doctors prescribed anti-spasmodics, antacids anti-emetics whenever symptoms became bad. Then I had two episodes; 1 severe diarrhea - antibiotics After 1 week 2 Bronchitis - other antibiotics. Bronchitis cleared up only after the Antibiotic course and then turned into diarrhea again, which Dr decided to "actively do nothing" and I decided to treat with probiotics. Let me dogress here to say that I was, at that stage, because of weight gain and general listlessness, on a self devised omnivorous keto diet, which had worked and I was very aware and careful of my eating habits. I was generally well, besides the low-key cr@ppy feeling. After a few weeks I was back to my old self again with abd moans and groans, for which I had convinced myself that the two courses of antibiotics had affected my liver, as I tended to feel worse after drinking coffee. I stopped drinking coffee and the symptoms improved dramatically, but just wouldn't disappear altogether. Then, one day while on holiday the peanuts ran out and I found myself without my favorite snack for a few days. The improvement was immediate and total . I haven't eaten another peanut since, and I'll drink an occasional (maybe once every 3 months) cup of coffee and I am totally IBS free for about four years. My point, in respect of this discussion, is that I have learnt over the past ten years that, what we eat & drink has tremendous impact on our health and well-being. If a patient has high blood pressure, let them stop drinking coffee for two weeks and see what happens. What harm could it do? Coffee is not an essential nutrient.
it affects my blood pressure so bad that I can not even drink ANY as it instantly raises my blood pressure and the ringing in my ears is goes off the charts! no coffee 😪
Thank you for your comment; I am also currently trying to cut back on coffee and peanuts to see if that will help with IBS, so I appreciate you sharing this info, I'll keep on this track. Stopping coffee is the hard part, I'll try to reduce gradually and maybe replace it with something else. Also will try more probiotics. Blessings🙂
I'm doing keto plus intermittent fasting 16-18 hours every day, have my hand resting on a can of peanuts, and drink 7-8 cups of instant coffee (MountHagen) per day. I felt better than I ever did. I recently after more than 2 years ate peaches and pawpaws as my backyard is producing them in spades, and instantly felt crappy and overly hungry like in the past before keto. I don't know what this means just typing to participate in your keto comment.
Yes I also drink green tea as water everyday. 1 sachet will gives you 2 x 1.5L water. My younger brother claims that drinking green tea gives him very good sleep the whole night. I also drink coffee 1 or 2 times a day
I would think if you switch to a decaffeinated, milk based drink like a Latte or a Cappuccino you can still enjoy the coffee taste with far fewer concerns associated with caffeine. Toss in an alternative milk product like oat milk or almond milk if so desired or needed. Decaf probably has some concerns of its own, however I would expect those issues would be significantly less. In the end as others have stated, moderation is always highly beneficial. Nice share!
I’m 74, been drinking coffee since age 14. Drink 3 mugs every morning instead of a breakfast. Then another 4 or 5 from afternoon till nighttime. I eat one meal a day, in the evening, and I feel perfectly fine. I don’t do a lot of sleeping though 😃
@@pedrobismark5618 This is what I find fascinating. People used to drink lots of coffee, especially black. Today coffee is frequently sold with a ton of sugar which causes in increase in urinary frequency). I believe caffeine does this as well and isn't a diuretic. I'm 31 and I've had 34-oz of coffee per day for years with no negative side effects. One thing I'd suggest though is trying organic coffee. I find it's much better tasting than conventional coffee, which contains high levels of glyphosate. Overall, I think we as people should do what makes us feel healthy. Coffee is high in antioxidants and it has been shown to reduce risk of kidney stones.
I also think there are far too many variable in these studies, the type of coffee, the ways they are produced, roasted etc, in terms of decaffeinated- this process also varies hugely. Thank you though very interesting.

Coffee has many health benefits, including its ability to increase energy levels, promote weight management, enhance athletic performance, and protect against chronic disease. Keep in mind that some people may need to limit their intake, including people who are pregnant or breastfeeding, children and adolescents, and people with certain health conditions. Still, drinking coffee in moderation - about three to four cups per day - has been associated with several health benefits and is generally considered safe for most adults

Re latte vs black coffee: in my experience it appears adding milk slows down the elimination/diuretic effect if any. Whole milk, no added sugar. Tested on myself many times...similar to eating something perhaps 😊 Water after drinking black coffee: reduces how stained my teeth get. Especially since it is a bad idea (for teeth) to go brush teeth right after having any food😊

In practice at least for me now whether this is actually dehydration or not I don't know but when I'm drinking coffee my muscles are sore. When I don't drink it they're not. I've watched 10 minutes of this video and I see there is another 20 minutes to go. The central question which I believe most people are concerned with is: is coffee good or bad for the kidney, and secondarily, what data supports your conclusion. After more than more than 10 minutes I've learned nothing of value. What a waste of time. Get an editor at least.
Here’s an idea. Why not watch the whole video. You won’t even have to be bothered to read anything. The guy speaks and you listen without even having to lift a finger or pick up a book. I can only imagine how enraged 10 seconds of a disappointing book must make you. 🔥 There’s no charge for the information and the only requirement is that you to sit on your biscuit and listen. Virtually no effort on your part whatsoever. If spending 30 minutes of your time for the sake of your own well being is too much of a bother, then wow! I’ll bet you really are a picture of health.
… or don’t even bother. Maybe someone else out there will care enough to do the research so that you don’t have to and make a video that meets your fancy. Good luck with that!

(but we want the coffee taste to stay for a while)
Therefore water should be drunk prior to coffee (it is part of the etiquette of drinking coffee). It also washes your mouth and resets your taste buds.

He didn't have any of his own theories

Is it now off limits for a university to post a video in which is discussed highly academically complex subjects? 😅🙈
That's the same as saying that the dumbest viewers on TH-cam should set the bar for the complexity of information allowed to discuss. 🥴
Not every single video is meant for everybody to be able to wrap their minds around.

Recipe:
1- C hot water 8oz
1- juice of lemon
1- t Coffee

I gave up coffee (and all caffiene) a couple of years ago. I no longer need a kickstarter to get going and seeing people queue to get their morning fix reminds me I really don't want it or miss it. There's some quality decaf that satisfies for taste.
I have quit coffee a couple of times. Again about a month ago. I feel better. I sleep better. And my appetite is more healthy.

For what it's worth, I gave up caffeinated colas in 1968 because they aggravated chronic hypoglycemia.

You're organs are going to fail if you keep this up!"
I had been trying to explain and plead to him how important enough water is, and spring water at that.
He responded " No, they told me I have stage 4 kidney disease!"
I had been telling him for a year, warning him about how the pharms and lack of water were going to kill him.
Aprox daily water intake needs
15.5 cups (3.7 liters) a day for men
11.5 cups (2.7 liters) a day for women
Less active =less, more active = more
Seems like a lot to some people.
Lol
Apologies for so much unwarranted information, I'm just so passionate about the life changing possibilities such a simple thing can bring, I sometimes can't help help myself.

Really nice job. Particularly interesting with the addition of historical information from Vienna. I would to like hear more about the particular topics mentioned at the end of the talk. Thanks
One of my grandfather last 92 and the second is 98 they drink strong Cuban coffee like a mother and all humans are similar but not the same
Well, decafained instant coffee sounds very good but to take out the cafein there are by using another chemical elements through a processing so how do you think k about them?
Apparently no one understands if coffee is good or bad. Nice job smart people who made this video.
Thank you for providing us actual data instead of just an opinion.

Hey Evelyn, Thanks for translating the medical jargon. Sorry to say my PhD does not cover this area of expertise.

Oh my Lord, I've heard the same story when I was a young boy. I love coffee shops in Wien.
After retirement I suffered from various non-specific, non-serious abdominal and digestive issues that were constantly bothersome (IBS?) and doctors prescribed anti-spasmodics, antacids anti-emetics whenever symptoms became bad.
Then I had two episodes;
1 severe diarrhea - antibiotics
After 1 week
2 Bronchitis - other antibiotics.
Coffee is not an essential nutrient.
it affects my blood pressure so bad that I can not even drink ANY as it instantly raises my blood pressure and the ringing in my ears is goes off the charts! no coffee 😪
P
I'm
I also drink coffee 1 or 2 times a day
Thanks for the excellent talk!
Nice share!

LoL 😄 3-4 cups per day is 'moderation'? .. what would be considered in excess?
Maximum two cups. 3 to 4 is heavy consumption for what many people tolerate.
Everyone has to find their own tolerance and intake, no certain amount.

Juicing allows the body plenty of healing energy time instead of sapping digestive time - AM fruit to energise the body and detoc in the am. Then PM veges rebuild in the pm . Simple
@@mikebrunt4099 your advice is well appreciated, Doc.
can you take a similar look at how coffee consumption inhibits trypsin, a key protease digestive enzyme? How does coffee influence the gut biome, and does it encourage lectiin/glycan binding in the upper gi tract?
Organic freshly roasted (light to medium)and freshly ground coffee is a whole different animal compared to the pesticide laden toxic brew many people consume regularly..
Yes.
In practice at least for me now whether this is actually dehydration or not I don't know but when I'm drinking coffee my muscles are sore. When I don't drink it they're not. Also I feel more hypertension style symptoms when I drink any amount of coffee per week vs none. This was drinking Kroger coffee grounds several different blends but the stronger the aroma of blend the stronger the negative symptoms were.
Really a lovely lecture for coffee to infuluencience to a human body's kedny. So decaffeinated instent coffee is not so bad?

He is talking to his fellow doctors not to the ordinary person. What I want
great study! would be amazing if you could also do one on coffee&cancer or coffee& oral health. cheers
You hit the nail on the head! Give me the bottom line first and then give me research.
Here’s an idea. Why not watch the whole video. You won’t even have to be bothered to read anything. The guy speaks and you listen without even having to lift a finger or pick up a book. I can only imagine how enraged 10 seconds of a disappointing book must make you. 🔥
There’s no charge for the information and the only requirement is that you to sit on your biscuit and listen.
