    A top-level pro musician would never have the time or the patience to personally work with a slow, stumbling, inept wannabe such as myself, but through the magic of TH-cam, AND your generosity in sharing your vast knowledge, I get insights that would otherwise never be available for me. HUGE THANKS!

    Because I used to struggle so much when playing in time, I would "over Rubato" pieces I was playing. But even Rubato requires a certain underlying sense of playing in time.

    • @JeremySiskind
      @JeremySiskind  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah, rubato shouldn't be a fallback or a crutch, but should be used for musical purposes only. :)

    I really loved how you spotlight the screen here at YT College. Very smooth flowing between screen. Absolutely enjoyed your humor and presentation energy throughout the video. Thank you 🎵💕🥂

    I dig your channel, Jeremy. You have the knowledge and experience and teaching ability that few others have. One improvement that would greatly help your channel is to buy a shotgun mic. Position it as close to your voice as possible, just out of the video frame. Right now, your audio 'coloring' is mostly 'ROOM'. Having a decent mic placed close to the sound source is critical. And, keep up the brilliant work !!
