7:32 and Keibul Lamjao is the only floating national park, where 'Sangai', the brow antlered deer lives. Sangai is found only in Keibul Lamjao. You won't find sangai in any other parts of the world. Proud to be Manipuri.
I want To share few information about those details 1. Loktak lake - the only floating lake in the world ( those round green's one are the floating phumdi) and it has the only one horned antler dear ( locally called Sangai) not found anywhere in the world so to preserve its species from extinction the national park was specially dedicated to the Sangai deer ? 2. Shirui lily is one of its type never found elsewhere in the world and is on the verge of extinction now . 3. one horned rhino in Kaziranga National park again is an endangered species found in few places . * Northeast are the states where there is no dowry system and *Meghalaya belongs to khasi tribe ( Austric) is a matriarchal society . *Mizoram is the most discipline state. And the only horn free traffic states in India and many more interesting facts about different state but just sharing some relevant things . Hope u will know more about NE by visiting the state soon . My recommendation on priority wise will be 1. Mizoram 2.Meghalaya 3.Sikkim 4.Nagaland 5.Arunachal 6.Manipur 7.Assam 8.Tripura. *Am not from Mizoram but I want you to start from there because as the saying goes "a well begin is half done "

Hey guys, I just want to tell you something about language. When you came to Mizoram part in the video and read the word 'Hmuifang', Summer was saying that it sounds like Chinese. Mizo language and some language of northeast India are sino tibetan language, it shares same language family with Chinese languages. In fact, research found that mizo or the kuki chin language, alongwith some language in the northeast may be a proto of sinetic (chinese) languages.
It's one of the best place to visit it's just wonderful 😌❣️fell in love with that place when I visited in 2019 planning to go again one day ok n winter season so that I can play with snow 🤣😌❣️

Ok about loktak lake in manipur let me explain for this cute couple. We can see some grass above the water, we call it phumdi. So many thick grass floating above water. Those peaple who lived in that lake, their livelihood depends on fishing. Lake water also used for hydroelectricity power.
