    Wow, you did a great job with this video. I checked the NWA area out for about two years before I moved here and came to pretty much the same conclusions, but this will be extremely useful for anyone interested in moving to the area.
    One thing that might be helpful to someone looking at the area is that you don't necessarily have to live in a city to enjoy the benefits of that city. For example, if you chose to live in Cave Springs (fairly centrally located), you could still use the parks and trails in Bentonville (example). You even could use the excellent Bentonville community center facility by paying a non-resident membership, which is a little higher than the resident membership. I like walking the trails in parks when the weather is nicer and have used trails in Bentonville, Rogers and Fayetteville. I visited the city squares in Bentonville, Rogers and Fayetteville around Christmas when they were all lit up. Going back to my Cave Springs example, there are lots of eating choices and shopping options not too far away from that smaller city. Part of the charm is that while many of these cities are close enough to essentially be one big city, they really are separate, and each has its own charm and personality.

      We live in Dallas-Fort Worth area. We are looking into a 55 and over manufactured home park in Rogers. A home for sale there . We think we can qualify for financing but we're waiting until the end of July to get my husband's credit score up. We don't know if we need a realtor or not it's a widow who is selling her home.

      No, Fort Smith isn’t in what we call Northwest Arkansas, it’s in what is known as the River Valley an hour south of NWA. I’ve been through there, but don’t really know much about it. It’s not very big so not a lot going on down there.

    • @naturallynwahometeam
      @naturallynwahometeam  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    Would Fayetteville trump Bentonville for a family with a 3 and 5 year old? School wise and activities, parks?

    • @naturallynwahometeam
      @naturallynwahometeam  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    if you are moving to Arkansas from a city to move to a city maybe you should just stay where your at, and he left out the Tornadoes, ticks, chiggers, poisonous snakes and humidity, i use to live in Witts Springs in high school 25 miles miles from Marshall and it was great but the tick chiggers humidity just isnt my cup of tea so moved to 20 miles south of Salmon Idaho

    • @naturallynwahometeam
      @naturallynwahometeam  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Tornadoes are pretty rare here. They do happen in this part of the country, but the majority of them go around the Ozark Mountains and stay in either Oklahoma or they go South near the River Valley/Fort Smith where it’s much flatter. The only time you’ll really get ticks, chiggers and poisonous snakes is if you’re out in the woods. And humidity is relative. I’ve lived in East TX and that’s real humidity down there. It’s not that bad here compared to that. But if you’re coming from a dry climate, you’ll probably notice the humidity here.

    • @annsdenn
      @annsdenn ปีที่แล้ว

      Nah bro you haven’t been here there’s literally no tornadoes 💀 I do agree with the humidity
