Thank you for the detailed breakdown! I admit I knew nothing about the area until about 6 months ago. I was blown away by the beauty of the surrounding parks, mountains, and natural areas. I definitely want to visit and depending on how that goes I just may move there!
Very fun! Yes, it really is a special place in America. Feel free to call/text me if you decide to come down! I can give you a tour of the area :) 479.332.9631
This vid got suggested to me again and I enjoyed it just as much as the first time I watched it. I’m born and raised here and love maps so it’s cool to see someone describe each city/town, especially since you’re not from here. Definitely something I’d show someone thinking of moving here. Great video and idea!
Thank you so much for the overview. We are planning on visiting this fall. Depending on the visit, we may move as well. Your videos are REALLY helpful!!
Lots of details and good info about NWA. Consider doing a video with the same info with a slide show of pictures of what you are talking about. The map is too hard to see. Thank you.
Very informative video, thank you! Is there much available along the lines of low/no maintenance senior friendly homes? Also do you think the more hilly areas fare better when the bad storms come through? What a beautiful area northern Arkansas is!
Thank you!!! Yes - Bella Vista would be your best bet -- there are a lot of rock yards there - so no grass at all. That is almost as "no maintenance" as you can get. Haha Yes, they call it the Fayetteville Fizzle -- th-cam.com/video/ASFPlInCluY/w-d-xo.html Usually the hills and mountains of NWA stop a lot of weather. It really is a special place!
There are not many areas in NWA honestly - most people say Springdale but I came from Chicago land so I've seen some wild things and Springdale is a great city compared to that haha!

Yes! I should do a sorta “part 2” on that :)
I don't know how I came across this video but I lived in north west Arkansas for 15 years.
Destiny, of course…

What areas are unsafe due to crime/poverty?

I just added a comment and it disappeared
That’s weird! Must be the TH-cam overlords at work!
