OKAY I NEVER COMMENT BUT SERIOUSLY IM TRYING THIS !!! You have kept me alive with this channel on my night shifts! Masha Allah god bless you both ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️
WOW. This is my favourite of all your videos. For the first time I actually have everything needed without having to go buy anything. Great job Shamza.
That is utterly awesome!!! Not had an Elephants foot since er Uni, pre 2000... Always get shish now but do remember devouring dona pre-snob-era... Convinced this is the future. Shop bought bread full off additives. Elephants foot made of Cod knows what. Make Dona Great Again!!! YeeHaaa x
I made this yesterday and my family loved it. I roasted some onions and peppers and made a side salad too. The garlic Mayo was spot on… Thanks so much for this easy peasy recipe I see myself making this a good few times in a month 😅
Hi, your channel appeared in my TH-cam feed. I have been trying to find doner kebab meat to do my own home-made doners for many years. I found doner kebab meat at a well known supermarket, deep frozen, which I found was mainly chicken slurry. I am not a fussy eater but I threw it away, it was horrible. In the end you have shown that it is actually very easy to make your own doner meat to slice. One thing I would try with the slices is to put them under a very hot grill for a few seconds to brown and toast them. Thanks again for the video and idea.
Very useful Pitta recipe thanks. The kebab looks good but I might just eat the doner whole as it is. The video feels as though it end prematurely though.
Tried the kebab and.......wow!!! Delicious and so simple and quick. Pop the mince into my stand mixer with the spices, then wrap and into the air fryer. Bingo, homemade kebab. And the chilli sauce! Brilliant. Would love a version that doesn't rely on ketchup though.
Glad you enjoyed it, there aren't many takeaway red sauces that don't use ketchup to be honest, it's mostly because it's quick and easy. But I'll take a look and see what I can find.
@MyLittleKitchenRecipes I use erythritol as a sweetener instead of sugar (diabetic). So something with a can of chopped tomatoes, sweetened through sugar or erythritol with the mint sauce, vinegar, chilli powder and other herbs/spices to balance.
I live on Kebabs..I know its unhealthy to do so, even now, I'm living a much healthier lifestyle but the Doner will always get me 😂 So I've GOT to try this, thank you!
Brilliant looking kebab. Shame my better 'alf doesn't eat lamb, but hey ho, she doesn't know what she is missing. The bonus for me, I'll eat the lot! 😅😅😅

Lovely recipe. Not got an air fryer but would the lamb in foil give a similar result in a conventional oven? (have purchased pittas already in the freezer).
I've not tested in an oven yet, but I would say around 35-40 mins, at 200 degrees c. But you would be best placed to check the internal temperature to ensure it's cooked fully.
Hi love your recipes, but please do you have a list of ingredients for this recipe or recipes 😊 makes it easier if we can print ready for our folder of favourites to cook . Peta and Jeff
@@MyLittleKitchenRecipes I've seen a flour thats highly recommended for gluten intolerant people by Caputo. It's very expensive at almost ten pounds a kilo though. Two loaves out of that is crazy money when you think about it.
Pitta bread is so cheap, I don't think it is worth the hassle to make my own. And as an alternative, make the donner meat into burger patties and have burger kebabs, much easier to eat.

I'm so glad! Please do it was totally worth the effort!
Yep - all the right stuff in there. Love a good donner. I used to make them in the instant pot but the air fryer will definitely be better. Thanks.
Let me know how it turns out

It's a great tasting donner, my family loved it.
Salam Alaykum you should greet us with Asalamu Alaykum..
❤❤❤❤
Donner kebab is the single most compelling reason to buy an air fryer or BBQ with a rotisserie.
Oh the possibilities
Very useful Pitta recipe thanks. The kebab looks good but I might just eat the doner whole as it is. The video feels as though it end prematurely though.
Thanks for the comment
Husband was a master at carving 😂
Don't say that he'll get a big head 😂😂😂😂😂

Well at least you know what's going into this one.
Thats next Friday sorted, but will try with a mix of pork and beef as I don't like lamb so fingers crossed 😊
I hope you enjoy it.

thank you so much.
The garlic sauce served with doner kebabs is a combination of mayo, Nat yogurt and garlic 👍
It depends.
It varies on the resturants, but we like this version as it tastes so good.
Kindly mention list of ingredients and quantity in the description box as well. Thanks for sharing 😊
Lovely recipe. Not got an air fryer but would the lamb in foil give a similar result in a conventional oven? (have purchased pittas already in the freezer).
Yeah it will be the same, just might take a little longer.
Yeah shouldn't take much longer, but check the internal temperature to be sure.
Very tempting recipe....can you plz let me know the time and temperature if we use an electric oven instead of an air fryer?
I've not tested in an oven yet, but I would say around 35-40 mins, at 200 degrees c. But you would be best placed to check the internal temperature to ensure it's cooked fully.
@@MyLittleKitchenRecipes Thanks a lot ❤️
This looks great, but if we wanted to use an oven instead, could you give us the timing and temperatures please 😊

Hi. Can i use ready made pitta bread?
@@ravindhanoa absolutely 👍
So im thinking its sweet paprika rather than smoked yes? Itching to try this. Thanks
@@annebruce5135 yes normal paprika. It was delicious!!
Looks fabulous, not sure about the pittas with gluten intolerance though. Are they possible to make gluten free?
I can't say to be honest, I'm sure you can buy gluten free flour, so I'm guessing you could do so.

True but at least you know there isn't any rubbish in your home made ones.
