I have just made these and they are absolutely delicious. I cooked them on very low on the top of the oven to save money by not putting the oven on. Put a lid on the pan while cooking. They only took about about 7 or 8 minutes on each side. I hope this helps some people
It depends on the temperature of water/milk used in the recipe and also on the room temperature overall. Sometimes it might take longer. I keep the room warm at 22 C or if I want it quick, I put the dough in a heated oven (100 F and oven is turned OFF).

Cup measurements would be nice.... salt and yeast don't go into immediate contact with each other....
What happened to the tenth roll?
Yogurt has yeast in it already and self rising flour has salt and baking powder
