Wow Claire, you're so right on many things! I'm so sick of these so called spiritualists who blame others for being fearful, angry or negative. With "good vibes only" attitude they're so often against basic instincts and even intuition. I agree that they're narcissistic. So arrogant for being above others just because they're constantly at peace, constantly manifesting (usually wealth for themselves, not for others), bragging for being starseed or having crystal children. You really need to make a video about toxic spirituality, it would be great.

Yes Claire what you are describing is Acceptance and Commitment therapy or ACT and it has been very successful in treating people that suffer with Depression and anxiety. In the past people were encouraged to challenge the feelings of anxiety and depression (CBT) but now psychologist encourage acceptance and self compassion.
Thank you bringing up a subject that many people suffer with in silence. Anxiety can be isolating.

Thank you! You touch upon much of what has long troubled me about New-Age "wisdom". Natural responses can no more be stopped than waves on the sea can be stopped. Sailboats and surfers don't try to stop waves, they figure out ways to adapt their own energy to the waves' actions. And yes, it DOES matter what story we tell ourselves, because we listen to it.

I live in London and generally allow more time for travel and get the bus or sometimes it's quicker to walk if you know the way. I used to work with actors and performers and they can use their nerves or anxiety to switch energies, so they change it to excitement instead of fear. As a teacher I used to tell my learners a bit of nervousness is good because it sharpens the wits and senses, heightens awareness. It also meant that they cared about what they were doing. To realise it was good and to use that energy for concentration and focus in their work. 💗👍

Thanks Claire, I have had on and off anxiety since I was a teenager and was rehabilitating to living with sight loss. Im the same as you Claire, My husband drives me. everywhere. I ve had my licence. since 1986 and I forced myself to drive in a busy city. everyday and made myself even worse, not only do I hate driving, I have no sense of direction so would get lost, and bad night vision, and your bang on, nobody understands, and I would tell myself theres something wrong with me all the time and keep doing it, until one day I said no, I m driving a weapon and I don t feel comfortable so I m not doing it anymore. Thank you for bringing awareness to this, we have other gifts and thats why we re here.

I am a Life Path 11 that lives with acute anxiety. It’s debilitating and I struggle to do basic things in life that others take for granted. As you said, you’ve got to go with it, try to stay in the present, even if your nervous system is spinning out of control. Blessings to all who experience this ✨💜✨

Wow Claire you are so right. I can’t drive and I have no wish to learn to drive. My husband learned to drive and he said he wasn’t a confident driver and he doesn’t like driving. So he won’t drive. In fact he gave up his license and we catch buses, trains, coaches, taxis and he walks. I used to walk more when i could walk better but it’s something I’m working on so i can do more walking again. We both enjoy walking and my health is better by the sea so it’s something we are currently working on. Anyway I thought I’d tell you this - he also gets anxiety on the tube too because of the crowds and being underground. Having lived in London I was used to it but having been away so long now I feel anxious on the tube too as I don’t like crowds too much but like you I try to be present with it and try to react to it differently. Love to all ❤

Right on! Good to accept, manage and help yourself, but not own it deeply. Our body is wise, our past experiences come up, and conditioning. Many of us are very sensitive and empathic, and we may not understand what or why something is present or bubbling up. Good not to overthink or over analyze, words and concepts aren’t always adequate either. You gave a brilliant example of the Tube experience in London.

Amazing video Claire. It could have been made for me!
14:31 I feel people hide it as it's still a stigma.
I used to work one day a week in London and meet my daughter to have tea. When I got off the Tube I used to feel dizzy, ill and panicky.
Rhi said to me, "you didn't shield your energy, Mama."
I felt all the suited people's low energy.... Ugh

Every word you have said in how to accept depression and anxiety and not fear it and make your own choices in stressfull situations has helped and given me the tools on how to be more supportive and understanding for my husband . my husband after 10 years of suffering has been diagnosed clinically depressed , nobody has given advice like you on how to cope . you may have just saved my marriage !!!!! I experience anxiety but I refuse to let it win, I think of having a boxing match against it where I win and go and do things that it was trying to stop me doing. You feel better once you done it it’s a good achievement. Just got to be kind to yourself if you can’t do it, you can’t do it but if you can it’s a bonus! Anxiety has to just be managed as and when it comes.

Lovely teachin claire... Healing 2.0😊. I don't follow the wider new age trends.. Discernment is a really important tool to use, there are many who use their knowledge with toxicity..
The massive increase in cults and controlling spirituality indicates how many "jump on the bandwagon" without doing the work. Which is dangerous meddling with people's energy.... I'm very interested in your teaching around this....reassuringly, there have always been tricksters.... Often they are tricking themselves and I think awareness is everything in this respect. Once again thankyou.... 15k.is only the beginning. ❤️❤️

Claire, what a healthy outlook. I began looking at any unease, sadness, anxiousness, etc and assessing if it is situational or a deeper issue. As you noted, so many feel a bit of anxiety and adopt that as their state of mind, creating a real prison for themselves with that self diagnosis.

❤❤❤❤ also have a preference to not drive, not good at it and have crashed car many times when parking, always live near public transportation. I decided this is just something I prefer not to do. If I drive it is when there is no traffic. I give myself plenty of time to get where I need to go. Also, do not like crowded places. Prefer not to not go to crowded concerts . I like to make peace with anxiety, struggle with anxiety since childhood. Some of us are just wired differently.

This video is beautiful. It has such an uplifting energy. Thank you Claire.
I used to suffer terrible anxiety and people would always tell me to face the things that made me uncomfortable but I literally felt worse every time I did. Just like you said - I navigated it and gave myself choices based on my comfort level which has helped immensely. On a separate note I am noticing a lot of anger towards those of us wanting to do the work and progress, learning to heal, perhaps they feel stuck or unwilling to help themselves? I dont know- Would you be willing to do a video covering psychic attack / resentment energies, vibrational frequencies adjusting from those we once resonated with, and how to navigate them? Would love to gain your perspective & understanding 🙏

Fantastic video Claire! You cracked me up with ‘tinfoil twats’ 😂 As for all the rest, imagine if everything we did was easy… there would be no room to grow, to feel success and pride. To share a struggle is to be an intelligent and balanced person because we all have them. It’s like those who say they have a perfect marriage or a perfect child….either they lie or they’re delusional! This notion of being perfect, is an actual illness in our society, I think, and how sad it is. Sending love ❤

    Oh yes anxiety!!!
Thank you Claire. Anxiety comes and goes. Mine was roused badly when my neighbours son bellowed at me on Good Friday. He trapped me outside my house, we live in a 12 house Lane and m6 rental property has no front fences. He had ah whole list of things he was angry with me about. The thing was that basically they were someone else’s responsibility apart from asking how his Mother was as I’d seen an ambulance earlier in the week which meant I was just a nosy bitch. I can feel my stomach churning at the memory. I seem to suffer from an inability to speak after someone yells at me. My voice box sort of freezes and words don’t come out of my mouth. When I managed to escape him, I cried for hours. I’m so cross about that.
Well on Tuesday I put my own and another neighbours bins out. No I couldn’t do it. I might bump into this man again. It took me hours but I forced myself to cross in front of my next door neighbour to get the other neighbours bin and put it out on the Kirby, then my own. I managed to do it. It was extremely difficult.
    Thank you Claire.

Claire. You are wonderful.I was born and brought up in London, going ten stops on the tube.I never felt right living there and when I had to go down, traveling from up north to visit mum,my anxiety levels always shot up.I realized that there was too much energy around.I have to go down shortly to put mum's ashes in dad's grave with the rest of the family. It will be the last time that I HAVE to visit our capitol.Maybe I will.Maybe I won't.I will follow your advice.Maybe you could do a driver refresher course.Gr8 about your viewing fiqures.Good for you.I too have been in love with tw...😂 No more.Come a long way after two broken marriages.I need to live om my own.😊❤👍xxx

I went to London last weekend and experienced anxiety, thinking about what would happen if I had a panic attack or fainted in the theatre or tube, that because I was on my own in the crowd what would happen? I ended up taking bach rescue remedy and kalms tablets over the weekend. All in my head but I managed to calm down and get around London. Thanks Claire x

Did you have a past life in London during WW2? They had to use the underground to sleep in.

Thank you for your words of wisdom Claire. Just what I needed to hear today when I’m feeling so anxious. I will try to accept it for what it is and find a way to manage it. Guess you’re never too old to learn (I’m 73!) 🫶🏻
