The "shoegaziness" of Rebirth and Memorial Fields is so awesome. A great new element has come from this recent incarnation of Yuck. I like!
It's good to see more of the band on vocals now. Beautiful harmonies going on.

This was the first lineup and record I heard by this band. It’s my preference.
The record after this was great. Got to see them tour the states on that one.
Max’s new solo stuff is great.
rebirth is such a chill song. i stay playing this at the beach.
Middle Sea is by far my favorite off of this album.

Actually I like them allot better with the new lineup. I see this line up breaking this band through to a considerable large audience. This band has everything to be really big.

It's kind of crazy/creepy/awesome that this just got uploaded. Seriously yesterday I was listening to their self titled album and thought to myself "I wonder if YUCK has ever been on KEXP?"

I like 'new' yuck. glow & behold works way better as a whole album than their self titiled. also max has rlly good skin

To be honest, I prefer this formation than the previous one. Max has better voice than Dylan (Daniel). And Mariko-chan's voice is also soo kawaiii and warm.
Ahmad Adyarso As much as I loved the music put out by the original line up, I really do like the newer music better. I think they get more interesting and more complex with each new release.

I honestly think they both suffered with his departure. Deniel's new stuff in meh, and yuck defiently took a hit from it.

does anybody know how to set my dl6 to get what he gets at 8:13? I can't properly figure it out from this video.
This is probably a late reply but I would hit a chord and the mess with the time / repeat knobs. Using the time knob to affect the rate of repeat and the repeat knob to affect the intensity / volume level. Hope this helps.
Christopher Jones it's never too late. thank you. yeah, i now it's about repeat and time knowbs, btw i've seen that each type of delay into the dl6 reacts differently to the time/repeat modulation. i was wondering wich type of delay he was using. i've notice that nearly all of them, when hitting the time and repeat knobs, don't change the rate and the time of the repeats, but they also repeat the glitching part while I hit the time knob, creating a sort of "woob woob" space invaders sound. and then, in this video, you don't hear any glitching sound but only the time and the repeat of the delay getting faster and more present. i can't really figure it out...
Lofi delay setting on the DL4 is the one. Crank repeats and move the time knob really fast

Daniel pretty much made yuck what it was, that said this isn't bad and it is certainly better than Daniel's solo work 'Hebronix'

German PVx still good though! better than i thought after his departure. daniel has such a good voice!!
but is a good band , Daniel is not yuck, they have a good sound and the voice of max is amazing , i guess they don't lose much

why do they have black tape on their guitars?
+nadav182 Jazzmasters and jaguars have a second set of roller knobs that because of there location can get knock out of whack when you're playing. It's common to disconnect this second set of knobs internally, duct tape will also do the job.
