Dear Sir,
I have purchased a flat in your Bloomingdale Appasamy Apartment, Pammal, which has lots of issues that your builder has created and both the construction and materials are substandard which includes the wall, switches, and STP. Walls have breakage and seepage even been repaired after many times. Do you know sir, Bloomingdale Appasamy flats are worse than the public toilets, the smell of the flush water is horrible at all times and dirty. Murky flush water is creating health and hygiene issues. Do you know sir, your management is always silence to many emails of residents and our money towards drainage connection have been eaten by your company and we are paying maintenance cost of 8.5 Rs per square foot. It really shame for your brand.

@@thelayman6189 Somebody needs to pay the high association maintenance. Typically Owners pass that on to Renters. High rent is because of that. If you can't afford it you don't have to rent it. Thats owners problem.
