- Today we've got a custom setup designed for the 800PP race at Sardegna in GT7. Testing out the new cars in the 1.19 update, with the focus for this build on the new Nissan Skyline Super Silhouette. This car is only available for the legendary dealership (time-limited) so if you do miss it, be sure to check back. It's worth the price! Vehicles do cycle in/out of the dealership, so you'll eventually be able to purchase. This car handles great, and it'll work for Sardegna. You can earn 1.8M credits per hour with this build, but there are better tunes out there for this specific circuit. The car is fun to drive, and can work on other events. I wanted to test the max of what you can expect for performance from this car; that's what this video is about.
As always, tunes are highly personal, so feel free to adjust it to your liking! I’ll provide all details/specs at the end of the video to make it easier to tailor to your needs. As I call out in the video, while you could use this tune to grind for credits there are definitely better options. So even through it's likely not a credit car, it's a slick tune, and certainly will have uses in multiple race configurations.
The livery is custom and my own creation. Follow me in game/check out my profile to get the information should you want to use it. It's an open livery meaning you can edit it as needed.

Absolutely love this classic Gr3 Skyline. Put on a big turbo, fully custom trans, a little bit of suspension and diff tuning and it completely wiped the floor at the Spa 1hr race. Great addition to GT7, hoping for more classic Gr3 cars in the future

Agreed this car feels so planted as well. Fits right into the game. I like to lower tier cars and road cars in GT7 hopefully the add more events for them!

Dude, I love your tunes/videos! Thank you SO much for sharing tunes but also just as important thank you for sharing those notes (tires, fuel map, pits, shifting early) then you share in actual writing all upgrades you did. Then you even share a 800pp tune at the end. Nothing was rushed so you’re not constantly pausing to keep up during the tune but it also wasn’t an hour just showing the full race. This video 10/10 thank you very much brother!

Big turbo and tuned for 699pp was able to win la mans in the rain! IM tires and your suspension settings allowed me to grind faster than the other cars with W tires! Thanks as always!

No change but the car actual handles better now with the suspension geometry update! You can run mediums on the car if you want additional traction.

I like it, it's slower than the cars in gr1 but the looks and sounds make up for it

Thanks, appreciate it! It's good, but I still like that M3 tune the most so far. I'm also partial to the Ford GT because it was my first money grinder! I've also got a tune coming up for the new Porsche Spider - that car is fantastic and it works on Le Mans!

Hey man, these tunes are amazing! I also used this skyline for Le Mans, it’s great for that race. Also have you managed to pick up a 2JZ engine swap? If you have, could you potentially make a 600 or 700pp tune for the 2JZ swapped Yaris or S15?
I've got a Yaris tune built out just haven't gotten to a vid yet. The S15 I've got the swap installed but haven't tuned yet. So they'll be coming eventually!

@@TBSMLK That 2jZ is thirsty if I remember. Makes it kind of tough to use for endurance, but I'll keep playing with it.
I'll apply your tunes and race it at Sardegna, but obviously the 1-hour race at Spa is out of the question for a win (altough one of your commenters said he had an easy win there with it).
What about a 700 PP tune for the Le Mans race? Good work, by the way!
EDIT: I just noted that you said a 700PP tune might be coming, but the car may be too heavy on fuel use there to be any good.
I've worked out the 700PP tune for Le Mans. It's actually better than this one. I didn't try this at SPA, but it's a long/fast track. I'd imagine this car is underpowered for it.
Le mans tune should be coming out within a day or two.
I beat sardegna in a consistent 25-26 min in the jaguar v12 gr.1 from like 88

I tried letting the AI use the skyline super silhouette in custom races, and it's by far the slowest gr3 car of all times lol.

@@Voss44 I'm taking about the BMW CSL 3.0 '73 with the z4 engine swap. It was a part of the new update.
@@ThesimulationSyndacate Oh gotcha. No I don't have another engine for it yet, and one my latest ticket I just rolled the Coyote. So have a swap coming out for the Pantera, and a few others, but no CSL until I get the engine. I love that car though, so I'll eventually knock it out.
