This was a pair of Aston starlight mics I rented, I want to try other mics and also learn a bit about audio engineering in the future when I release longer songs because I think I could definitely get a better recording sound. Also all of my short form content audio is recorded using my iPhone 13 Pro mic, I use a dslr for the video, and I attach my phone to a mic stand and sync up the iPhone audio to the dslr video, when using the iPhone it is good to make sure to point it at the drum in a way where the mic will pick up a good sound that’s why I use the mic stand, also the rear camera uses better mics then the front facing one
Thank you my friend, I wish you the best in your journey! What I did was shaping steel domes and cutting into it then eventually figured something out!
What an excellent comparison. I love yours much more.
Thank you very much! 😊
Both sounds pretty amazing :)
Thank you! And I agree!
@Infinity Drum love it bro❤🙏
Thanks for the comparison! Very good recording, by the way. What mics did you use, if it's not a secret?

@@infinitydrum Interesting! Thanks for sharing and good luck :)
Interesting. I think I like the sound of the infinity better. I hope to custom build a drum some day, but I am not sure how to design the keys.
