I used this floor plan as my build floor plan with the only change being the master bath/laundry. We made it to where we could walk into the laundry from our bathroom closet. It’s an amazing layout.
Please tour the new Paul Schumacher charleston II modern hill in Cleveland. Thank you! My wife and I find your videos pretty helpful as we are in plans of choosing which home to build. Thanks again and happy holidays

🤣🤣😂😂🤣you made my day when you were skipping inside the house it was sooo funny. Loved that house wouldn't change anything on that house. Thank you for sharing this video with us.🤗👍
I’m ready to move in, let’s go lol!! I love this home top to bottom and side to side Timmy,! You’re forgiven for the island mishap don’t worry, we still love ya! Great tour, class act all they way….both the home and you, of course!! 🤗
Another Beautiful Example of superb craftsmanship in a home. I like the exterior finishes and colors they used. It's a little too big for my situation, but for the right family, this would be a great forever home. I Love this area of the country you are presently touring. Keep showing us Pretty Houses. Always enjoy your tours.
Hi Tim could you sometimes explain what the difference is between a modular home and a real home? Also can they be placed on a foundation to allow for a basement ? I live in Tornado alley
Really the only difference is that a modular home is built "off-sight" in a factory whereas, a traditional home is built on-sight. Modular homes are built using the same standards and materials as "stick-built" homes. Modular homes (check with the builder who may also offer mobile homes) can be placed on a foundation and/or built over a basement. I have friends who oown mobile home and you wouldn't know the difference unless they announced it.
That butler's pantry would be the perfect place for the dishwasher (maybe two, if you have a big family) and all your dirty dishes would be hidden from view! 😊
Wish you would have opened the closet doors and linen closets and the basement. Also, you have to have a bathtub in the master bathroom. Wanted to see that walkout basement. Who cares of there are people down there. Just want to see every nook and cranny of the house .
Yes it is a site built. But there is no way to tell the difference between I have toured modulars that look exactly the same. Manufactured I think is what you are thinking of
Y’all lol you have to understand that I have to play by the rules I am given or I don’t get to show homes. The basements in the homes lately are offices. Even if I did go down there you would never get the full picture of what it looks like

If you don’t mind me asking how much was it to build from the floor plan?

Just toured this home Saturday on my birthday and it’s a beautiful home. That “second”little kitchen is what they’ll call it a mess kitchen.
You got a thumbs up for 00:06 alone. The tour was cool, too.
Beautiful home 🏡💕 there is nothing I would change, love it 😀

Last time I tried to skip, I twisted my ankle! I envy you, Timothy...

Good ? I am from tornado alley also

Nice. Expensive. Definitely not enough counter top space. Tell family hello.

Is the basement included in the square footage you mentioned?
How big are the closet’s
My bad the only thing I'd change is to install another built in oven since I cook alot. Lol
Wish you would have opened the closet doors and linen closets and the basement.
Also, you have to have a bathtub in the master bathroom.
Wanted to see that walkout basement. Who cares of there are people down there. Just want to see every nook and cranny of the house .
Skip carpet get quality area rugs where you need them...
Is there room for attic space in this home?
Love it but need 5 bedroom
Guessing here, but in NE, I'd bet this would be a $600k+ home to build as it is.... possibly not even including well or septic.
I like it, but I would like to see the basement.
Me, too. He could have went down there and be out of the way of the other stuff!!
Wish it had a fireplace.
I only like the skipping part only! LOL!
You completely rushed through that house. It seemed nice
I agree that he rushed, he didn't show us 1/2 the stuff, like cabinets and closets!!
Show 🏠 houses in Virginia North Carolina New Jersey and Boston and New York
Like the exterior look but not so enthused by this living room and the place begs for a formal dining area.
This 🏠 house doesn't look like a modular house it's looks like a regular 🏠 house.
Yes it is a site built. But there is no way to tell the difference between I have toured modulars that look exactly the same. Manufactured I think is what you are thinking of
You never show the basements😭😭
He used to do that, but now he don't. I'd like to see it as well!! If he is going to show us a house, he should show it all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Y’all lol you have to understand that I have to play by the rules I am given or I don’t get to show homes. The basements in the homes lately are offices. Even if I did go down there you would never get the full picture of what it looks like
I don't like the kitchen and living room bunch together
Disappointed no master tub
Love this floor plan.
