Probably an unpopular opinion: if you're not interested in tiering the current event, after you buy the Must Pick exchanges, buy the energy cans and SAVE IT until the event you want to tier the event you've been waiting for/the event you're highly interested in.

I'd love to see more general guides from you too, honestly I just love watching your videos and I always feel sad when I can tell one's coming to an end haha. Things I personally don't understand that well in sekai are how to tier for events (like if I wanted to actually get a good rank, I've been reading up on it but it is definitely a bit overwhelming!) and I also never level up my card skills (excluding 1 and 2 stars for CR) as I'm unsure when I should and am scared of spending my resources on the wrong cards. I'm not sure if these are even possible to write guides on but I thought I'd give my input as a long time casual player who is only now trying to learn more about the game!

As a tierer, picking up wish pieces, practice scores, crystals, cards and especially energy cans are really important since they really help with team building and not having to use crystals for extra energy

I got this recommended slightly late as Step by Step already started but this gave me so much insight on what exactly is different for these events I never really plan to tier any event so I've been really casual on buying things from the event shop (though always following the same pattern as... yeah, there's no reason not to pick up the cards and crystals lol) but I might lock in a bit more this Summer just so I can get as much resources as I can
I'm gonna go for the bonus energy anyway because I'm planning on tiering on 'on your feet' and I'm scared of running out of them. But thanks for the advice and I'll be sure to share with friends👍
more seeds is ALWAYS welcome. as a LATE late game account haver, the seeds and wish drops to max out one attribute's worth of plants is insane, but going to be so so worth it once i hit 360k+ talent on my best team possible (all mr5, all crs 50+, all character and unit decos max, and eventually all attribute plants max. happy vbs soon... trust) even ignoring the uncap price, 250 seeds for one level is bonkers crazy, so every little bit towards each level is worth it in my eyes
even though i know that that the energy cans are more expensive, ill still pick them up bc i want to lessen the amount of crystals ill have to use when tiering. picking up the energy cans from all arc ender events will give me 150 worth of energy for 25k event tokens and thats a way better deal than 1.5k crystals imo (especially late game 😒)
Yepp, perfect resoning! Hence, I said you should see it as "preserving" energy! Saving it for a later tiering away is a super smart way of wasting fewer gems later
im so hyped for the Our Happy Ending event tbh, i would LOVE to tier on that event even tho im not sure if i will be able to pull on the gacha (cuz there are many gachas that i want to pull) so i´ll tell u in the future :DD
Wasn’t prepared for so much info, but this was great!!! Actually will help a ton for me, a loser late game player. sad. Also I’m not sure how music cards are for everyone else, but they do have ads that allow people to exchange a 30 second ad for a song everyday. Just like, if anyone wanted to step away from their phone for 30 seconds-there you go
great video and guide; however, I personally feel that the energy drinks are a must pick rather than a luxury, because they almost always pay for themselves: 3 Energy drinks (L) give 30 energy. assuming a +200% team, playing 3 charts and using 10 energy each (thus using up all 3 energy drinks) awards about 8000 tokens, making an instant profit of 3000 event tokens. and this is assuming that one uses a suboptimal team (generally, mid-game to late-game players use +250% teams). also, people generally use 3-5 bonus energy per live, which means you get even more tokens from the same amount of energy so energy drinks are almost always worth it
I never thought of getting wish pieces in the exchange shop, I don't know why, as I would like to get the 3* mastery rank up... I feel a bit embarassed...
I joined JP in the start of Pandemonium and I was so confused when I saw Arc Ender shop lol But with me, as a "Late Game" (246) I go for the Practice, Stamp, Crystals, 2 star, Wish Piece, Rainbow Gem, Gold Skill, and like fit in the 3 star sometime. Also I try to get the cover card last with any extra bonus I have because I like having them on standby lol. But I'm dumb with my tokens. A, I don't really plan stuff and get like the stuff I need a lot of. The amount of 2 and 3 stars at LvL 1> is concerningly high. But I just take every event shop and do the "situation" thing lol
And that's the best way to do it, if you found the way you like to get things out the way that's better than my list, I just know a lot of people who ask about in what order/ what is best to pick up ❤️

IN MY OPINION the music bouchers are not worth anymore, why? you may ask, its bc you can get a free song per day by watching and add that its like from 15 to 30 seconds long, and if you want to buy more songs per day, you can read past events histories (or the current one to get gems too) to get like 16 to 20 music bouchers, when i start taking the game more seriously i do that and now im swimming in music cards and every time a new song comes out i see the add instead of use the music cards P.S.: no sé inglés ayuda
Yeah very fair argument! I kinda forget that is a thing since I have 560 song vouchers and get them each event either way because they cost nothing when I've gotten everything else. I wanna tier happy end but I think I have marching band stuff at that time, I’ll just hope it’s not the day it starts so I can get a good head start (if you play early, you might be higher then if you don’t play the first day of the event)
Why did they take a break to project Sekai no now there’s no chance of making it to the event that I was mostly hoping to do happy ending. I guess I gotta try my best to give my gems fast as possible
The way im now conflicted between luxury and decency is killing me like do i get the energy cuz i wanna and it became a habit or do i not....also i have never gotten the 3 stars from the event shop
GET THEM. ITS A PAIN IN THE ASS WHEN U NEED THE, AND DONT HAVE THEM ( I still don’t have the nene 3* from popping in my heart cause I was dumb and it has been like a YEAR since)
3* and 2* Cards are super hard to snipe after the fact. They take months before they enter the pool and the only way you can assure you get one is through 7 tickets. I have 1600 hours in the game, over 1 and a half year at this point. I have around 105 4*'s I am still missing a single 3* that I have yet to get, and he just refuses to come home. But if you really want the energy you should go for the thing that will help you the most in the long run. 3* cards can come home later, if you feel like the cans are worth it more then that's totally fair. Like I said in the video my order is just a suggestion from the avrage value
I've been playing puroseka for 3 years and I haven't gotten around to reading the stories until last month and I'm trying so hard to get caught up help me ToT!! Do you have any advice as to not do too much at once and still be able to do other stuff than just reading the stories?? (note: I don't mind reading stories out of order it's just more satisfying to me to read/watch the events like a anime storyline)
The unit stories are the longest by far While the event stories are much more bit sized I would say just take it at your own pace, pick a unit you wanna focus on, and then read the stories that interest you. If a story isn't to your taste, jump to the next one! Personally, from the ones I have read, I've read them online on the wiki as pure text instead, much easier for me to digest than the slow scroll in game
...if I'd known that these upcoming events were arc enders i would've saved my energy cans and stuff (I'm fairly new) LOL welp. Hopefully I'll be able to get enough stuff in time for the 25ji arc ender and the WxS arc ender (and possibly VBS we'll see) 😅
Also me being late game (rank 214) while I've just recently gotten like 8 new 4-stars where I literally have no practice score.... Im poor Edit: Listening to the cover card part about it giving points... also me like 30 minutes ago... "What do you mean I don't need the VBS cover card? I can use it for Akito or Toya! Oh I have all their covers? Im taking it anyways" Also who the heck has enough energy to buy any of this stuff like it's so much more expensive than before they changed the prices
My friend has the EXACT same struggle as you with the pratice scores lol and she is like rank 325 at this point. So you are not alone in being late game and running out of the resources to level up. I just skip cards I know wont be useful anytime soon when I get them, hence I have like 450 intermediate and 16k normal. Fair I pick up every cover card, (hence I soon own all of the MMJ covers + all Shiho, Kaito, and Len) I usually get everything in a standard Marathon event except the charms, the gems, the thread, and the wish drops. Just comes with playing a lot and having good teams.

How many event stories makes up a single arc? So for example how many event stories have led up to "saying goodbye to my masked self" how many episodes would it be all together, like how a main story is 21 episodes, how many episodes is the whole arc?

October 31, 2021 MMJ: MORE MORE Making Christmas December 9, 2021 So how many is in an arc VASTLY depends on the unit
Speaking of arc enders, I have a question. I have been thinking about tiering for Saying Goodbye to my Masked Self because it's THE Mafuyu event, and I love it as much as Imminsible Discord (got top 1k on that one :D). BUUUUUUUT I'm not sure if I should, because I also wanna save to try and tier for the N25 world link (and I still have to check if I have enough time, but that's besides the point rn). BUUUUUUT the things I like are always changing, and idk if I will still be in my pjsk (+ Sonic bc yes) by the time world link rolls around. Could I please get some advice? Sorry about the long paragraph.
The world links should be harder to tier, noticeably more than immiscible discord, as there are individual titles for each chapter. You would need to save more, and if you like the idea of rarer and more exclusive titles, i'd say that you should tier the world link. However, since it will be harder to tier the world link and you aren't sure that you have the time and commitment, i'd advise you to tier Saying Goodbye to my Masked Self.
I agree with Ilikesplatoon, world link events have 4 different chapters all with its own title and tiering, all the while also having a event wide tier, tiering world link events will cost a lot of resources. Especially for N25, which will most likely be the most competitive one right out the gate. So if you REALLY wanna tier world link event, you should save for that. If you prefer Mafuyu as a character, go for Masked Self

Do you mean the Google Play ID? / Apple store? While those accounts are linked, they aren't really tied to your account in any substantial way except for purchases. As for transferring, you do that via the main menu of the game before you start it. Press the three lines in the top right corner, then account transfer. Set up your password and screenshot the long string of Trnafer ID (and remember the password, duh) (you also have to pick if you need to transfer between different phone types or not) Then, on your new phone, you put the trnafer ID in, and the password and your account will be migrated. I would suggest asking for help in the official discord if you have further questions! They are quick to respond and know this stuff super well! If you're worried about the email situation, you can always send a support mail to Sega for some extra assistance on that front

Idk what u mean by that but all the events have cards. Idk about the others but Our Happy End/never ending showtime gacha is a permanent gacha, there’s boosted rates for the cards like a normal gacha but not every 4*
For the Arc Ender events, there are the normal marathon gachas Meaning standard gacha pool, 3 new cards, permanent variety You might be thinking of the Unit catch-up gachas we will see before each World Link Event. The first one of those will be an N25 ONLY gacha for the N25 World Link event. These WL special unit gachas only has permanent cards from that unit, and no special rate up
Is unlocking side stories actually worth it for the gems? The amount of gems seems really low for the resources it takes, so I never did this also thanks for the shop guide, I can never decide what to buy
I mean depends on priorities, I have most cards at max level, so the only thing I can spend Mira Gems on is Side stories, which is a nice extra source of gems

more seeds is ALWAYS welcome. as a LATE late game account haver, the seeds and wish drops to max out one attribute's worth of plants is insane, but going to be so so worth it once i hit 360k+ talent on my best team possible (all mr5, all crs 50+, all character and unit decos max, and eventually all attribute plants max. happy vbs soon... trust)
even ignoring the uncap price, 250 seeds for one level is bonkers crazy, so every little bit towards each level is worth it in my eyes

even though i know that that the energy cans are more expensive, ill still pick them up bc i want to lessen the amount of crystals ill have to use when tiering. picking up the energy cans from all arc ender events will give me 150 worth of energy for 25k event tokens and thats a way better deal than 1.5k crystals imo (especially late game 😒)
Yepp, perfect resoning! Hence, I said you should see it as "preserving" energy! Saving it for a later tiering away is a super smart way of wasting fewer gems later
I always the music cards from every event shop because you can get more gems from every new song you play, I also just enjoy collecting songs

Also I’m not sure how music cards are for everyone else, but they do have ads that allow people to exchange a 30 second ad for a song everyday. Just like, if anyone wanted to step away from their phone for 30 seconds-there you go
great video and guide; however, I personally feel that the energy drinks are a must pick rather than a luxury, because they almost always pay for themselves:
3 Energy drinks (L) give 30 energy. assuming a +200% team, playing 3 charts and using 10 energy each (thus using up all 3 energy drinks) awards about 8000 tokens, making an instant profit of 3000 event tokens.
and this is assuming that one uses a suboptimal team (generally, mid-game to late-game players use +250% teams). also, people generally use 3-5 bonus energy per live, which means you get even more tokens from the same amount of energy
so energy drinks are almost always worth it

I joined JP in the start of Pandemonium and I was so confused when I saw Arc Ender shop lol
But with me, as a "Late Game" (246) I go for the Practice, Stamp, Crystals, 2 star, Wish Piece, Rainbow Gem, Gold Skill, and like fit in the 3 star sometime. Also I try to get the cover card last with any extra bonus I have because I like having them on standby lol. But I'm dumb with my tokens. A, I don't really plan stuff and get like the stuff I need a lot of. The amount of 2 and 3 stars at LvL 1> is concerningly high. But I just take every event shop and do the "situation" thing lol
And that's the best way to do it, if you found the way you like to get things out the way that's better than my list, I just know a lot of people who ask about in what order/ what is best to pick up ❤️

IN MY OPINION the music bouchers are not worth anymore, why? you may ask, its bc you can get a free song per day by watching and add that its like from 15 to 30 seconds long, and if you want to buy more songs per day, you can read past events histories (or the current one to get gems too) to get like 16 to 20 music bouchers, when i start taking the game more seriously i do that and now im swimming in music cards and every time a new song comes out i see the add instead of use the music cards

Yeah very fair argument! I kinda forget that is a thing since I have 560 song vouchers and get them each event either way because they cost nothing when I've gotten everything else. But some people don't like to watch ads, might not be able too, or feel like it takes too much internet data, so I still wanna give music vouchers it's "fair" place on the list.

3* and 2* Cards are super hard to snipe after the fact. They take months before they enter the pool and the only way you can assure you get one is through 7 tickets. I have 1600 hours in the game, over 1 and a half year at this point. I have around 105 4*'s I am still missing a single 3* that I have yet to get, and he just refuses to come home. But if you really want the energy you should go for the thing that will help you the most in the long run. 3* cards can come home later, if you feel like the cans are worth it more then that's totally fair. Like I said in the video my order is just a suggestion from the avrage value

I've been playing puroseka for 3 years and I haven't gotten around to reading the stories until last month and I'm trying so hard to get caught up help me ToT!! Do you have any advice as to not do too much at once and still be able to do other stuff than just reading the stories?? (note: I don't mind reading stories out of order it's just more satisfying to me to read/watch the events like a anime storyline)
The unit stories are the longest by far
While the event stories are much more bit sized
I would say just take it at your own pace, pick a unit you wanna focus on, and then read the stories that interest you.
If a story isn't to your taste, jump to the next one!
Personally, from the ones I have read, I've read them online on the wiki as pure text instead, much easier for me to digest than the slow scroll in game

My friend has the EXACT same struggle as you with the pratice scores lol and she is like rank 325 at this point. So you are not alone in being late game and running out of the resources to level up. I just skip cards I know wont be useful anytime soon when I get them, hence I have like 450 intermediate and 16k normal.
Fair I pick up every cover card, (hence I soon own all of the MMJ covers + all Shiho, Kaito, and Len)
I usually get everything in a standard Marathon event except the charms, the gems, the thread, and the wish drops. Just comes with playing a lot and having good teams.

How many event stories makes up a single arc? So for example how many event stories have led up to "saying goodbye to my masked self" how many episodes would it be all together, like how a main story is 21 episodes, how many episodes is the whole arc?

Speaking of arc enders, I have a question.
I have been thinking about tiering for Saying Goodbye to my Masked Self because it's THE Mafuyu event, and I love it as much as Imminsible Discord (got top 1k on that one :D).
BUUUUUUUT I'm not sure if I should, because I also wanna save to try and tier for the N25 world link (and I still have to check if I have enough time, but that's besides the point rn).
BUUUUUUT the things I like are always changing, and idk if I will still be in my pjsk (+ Sonic bc yes) by the time world link rolls around.
Could I please get some advice? Sorry about the long paragraph.
The world links should be harder to tier, noticeably more than immiscible discord, as there are individual titles for each chapter. You would need to save more, and if you like the idea of rarer and more exclusive titles, i'd say that you should tier the world link.
However, since it will be harder to tier the world link and you aren't sure that you have the time and commitment, i'd advise you to tier Saying Goodbye to my Masked Self.
I agree with Ilikesplatoon, world link events have 4 different chapters all with its own title and tiering, all the while also having a event wide tier, tiering world link events will cost a lot of resources. Especially for N25, which will most likely be the most competitive one right out the gate. So if you REALLY wanna tier world link event, you should save for that. If you prefer Mafuyu as a character, go for Masked Self

Do you mean the Google Play ID? / Apple store? While those accounts are linked, they aren't really tied to your account in any substantial way except for purchases.
As for transferring, you do that via the main menu of the game before you start it. Press the three lines in the top right corner, then account transfer. Set up your password and screenshot the long string of Trnafer ID (and remember the password, duh) (you also have to pick if you need to transfer between different phone types or not)
Then, on your new phone, you put the trnafer ID in, and the password and your account will be migrated.
I would suggest asking for help in the official discord if you have further questions! They are quick to respond and know this stuff super well! If you're worried about the email situation, you can always send a support mail to Sega for some extra assistance on that front

World Link Event will have the Character specific essences, I think it's those you are thinking about

Idk what u mean by that but all the events have cards. Idk about the others but Our Happy End/never ending showtime gacha is a permanent gacha, there’s boosted rates for the cards like a normal gacha but not every 4*
For the Arc Ender events, there are the normal marathon gachas
Meaning standard gacha pool, 3 new cards, permanent variety
You might be thinking of the Unit catch-up gachas we will see before each World Link Event. The first one of those will be an N25 ONLY gacha for the N25 World Link event. These WL special unit gachas only has permanent cards from that unit, and no special rate up

I mean depends on priorities, I have most cards at max level, so the only thing I can spend Mira Gems on is Side stories, which is a nice extra source of gems
