Hey so i tried all these steps and nothing worked however, you did spark the starter for me on this one so I thankyou for that. PS: For latest version of steam and windows as of 9/17/24!
1: See if Steam is uninstalled under uninstall apps. (Found that my usual link would launch "Steam" logo and everything but it was just a spinning Steam logo with a blue background that was windowed.)
Still trying to figure out how it got removed, last I played was a week ago but like usual I closed the application and powered off the Labtop. 30 seconds, nothing out of the ordanary & only me who has the login.
